The location was great….could walk to everything….never had to even get in the car ….beautiful beaches!!!

The restaurant next door “ The Hangout” blasted music all day and night and the pool was smaller than it looked on the website!

The View and location was great. The kitchen was good and plenty of cooking materials. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean and fresh.

The suite was not as big as the pictures made it look. When we moved the chair to open couch bed there was candy wrappers and food under the chair. The elevators were slow and there were no up/down signals so you never knew if it was going up or down and the elevator and elevator lobby was not air conditioned and unbearably hot.

Everything went wrong while we were there. Our TV didn't work, our refrigerator was broken. As soon as we walked in, a technician had to come in, spend an hour of our time that we could have been at the beach, we had to wait to see if we were to switch a room. They finally fixed the refrigerator period no one cleaned the room ALL WEEK. No one brought us towels or toilet paper period we had to go get our own stuff then the dishwasher never worked as I was loading dishes on our last day. I was VERY unhappy for what I paid for this room, considering I didn't get what I paid for

Condo is right on the beach Phoenix all suites is the perfect location to stay if your vacationing in Gulf Shores. Everything is within walking distance. My family and I had the time of our lives. They have security around the clock, staff was awesome friendly and professional. Thank you phoenix suites

Long wait at very hotttt elevator Not as kid safe as I hoped

Room had all of the amenities of a small condo with everything we needed. Comfy beds. Good TV with roku. Loved the view

Elevator was like a heat box. It needs ventilation or some kind of fan in there. Hard to breath and hot! The elevator took forever and kept going from floor to floor and wait times for the elevator were long. Tried the stairs but it was like an oven in there. Extra carts are needed. We waited and walked over an hour looking for one of the 4 carts to haul our stuff back to our vehicle and because of long or packed elevator wait times we got locked out of our room. Also Ours was the only balcony with no small table outside to enjoy.

Location was great right on the water. Walking distance from restaurants and stores.

Pay attention to beds know it sleeps 6 but pull out beds are not made to sleep bigger people. I really did enjoy my stay.

The condo was over looking the beach exactly what I was looking for. We had to wait about a hour for it to be cleaned,but we enjoyed a delicious meal at the Silverliner( everyone must try this diner). Thank you for making our stay pleasurable!

the rooms are super dated. early 80’s at the best. the water pressure was terrible and the room wasn’t really that clean when we arrived The elevators are super slow.
