We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this lovely house. Location couldn’t be bettered and we loved watching the ever changing views from the large windows in the lounge. Highly recommended, we hope to return in the future!

Location excellent as only a minute from the beach. Great view from this upside down house. Kitchen would benefit from a freezer, but where it would fit is another matter. I’m afraid it could have been cleaner for the times we are living in….window sills, picture frames. Perhaps I am being picky but it did not detract from our enjoyment.

Been here a couple of times now, and will be coming back, the pictures don’t do the house justice, cosy little place, absolutely immaculate! got everything you need, amazing location! and the views are to die for! Had an amazing stay, Our dog Bailey loves it too thankyou so much!

The property is as described on the website, and can be recommended. It's close to the beach and the village centre, but nice and quiet. The owner very kindly allowed us to postpone our booked March weekend for 6 months, due to the bug, and we were rewarded with 3 days of glorious sunshine. We got lucky!

What can I say, a fabulous location and property, Sam was great at all communication and everything was as described. A truly wonderful stay in a lovely village. The fact that we could be walking on the beach in under a minute was brilliant, our dog loved it too. The views from the deck and lounge are the best. Lovely village with great eateries and no need to drive. Thanks Sam

We had such an amazing time here. The photos don't do the views justice. It was a stones throw from the sea and the view from the lounge was amazing. It was fab going to bed and hearing the waves! The house has everything we needed. Very well kitted out with a wonderful decking to sit out on and watch the sea or the stars. We would love to come back.

The views from the property are amazing! The location is just the absolute best! Everything on your door step, the property had everything you needed, kitchen well equipped. Very Spacious and good for the dog! .... We will definitely be coming back to stay at this property, we also loved the walks in Rhosneigr, and sandy mount was 👌...l Thanks Sam, the property is a gem

The property is situated a short walk to Rhosneiger beach and the village. Lovely views of the sea from the Lounge window. Rhosneiger village is lovely!

It is in an excellent position near to the village centre with a very short distance to beach. Such a nice view and was worth the visit

excellent,had everything that we wanted,very comfortable,all mod cons and a great position very near the beach and also great views out to sea. ps the bins were emptied and window cleaners did their job (just to let you know)

This place is awesome......the location is wonderful, the property is excellent and furnished, and equipped with happy guests in mind. The upside down house gives you great views of the bay and the RAF base, we spent some happy hours sat enjoying the going ons. The village is small but has everything you need, the local eateries we used were all great and dog-friendly. Highlight for the children were the pancakes at Mojo’s, not only eating them, but watching them being made whilst practising their French and just being safe and free to play on the beach. Communication with owners was brilliant, lovely people who genuinely want you to relax and enjoy your stay. Highly recommend to anyone, but don’t all book it as we would like to be able to go back sometime! Karen and Mick

Nice accommodation for a teenage family holiday. Well equipped. Good decking area for wetsuit changing. One suggestion would be hooks and a small covered area to hang wetsuits.

Lovely house a stones throw from the beach at Rhosneigr. With the house being ‘upside down’ you can sit in the lounge and look out over the beach and sea. West facing so you get full view of fantastic sunsets. Outdoor decking on 3 sides of house at first floor level so you can follow the sun around from sunrise to sunset 🌇. This was our third visit and will hopefully be back again. Rhosneigr is a lovely little town to relax and unwind.

The property is situated 100 meters from the beach, with stunning views from the lounge towards the horizon, and only a two minute walk to the little street with the shops and bars. The house is very comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is very well equipped for those wishing to self-cater. The outside, top level decking area is real sun trap all day, and a lovely spot to sit out in the evenings. Access via the side gate to the hose pipe was most useful with our beach-loving dogs and minimised sand inside the property! A fantastic place to stay, just wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed early March during heavy rain and storms. Did it spoil our time? Absolutely not. Jumpers, coats, hats and problem solved. What a beautiful home. The views are entrancing from the living area, the kitchen is well equipped and the dog not limited to certain rooms. If you're taking your dog then then it's a perfect place to be. We only came across 1 shop that didn't allow dogs. All the pubs and restaurants, including the chippy, were dog friendly. In Sandy's they even had supplies of doggie towels, beds and treats. The only advice we were given by one of the locals was not to release the dog on the dunes. Apparently there are a number of adders present. The beaches are so vast and dog friendly that it really didn't matter. If you're having a debate whether to go there or stay in the property then don't. You will not be disappointed.

Wow! We had the most fantastic time in Rhosneigr. The house was so well equipped with everything we needed and more. The views from the lounge window and decking were fantastic. We spent hours watching the kite surfers and wind surfers. The dogs loved the beach, with miles of sand and rock pools to explore. It was just what we needed for a get away from it all holiday. The village is very quiet and there were only a couple of shops open due to the time of the year, but this suited us. We would love to go back again soon.

Our second visit to this property & it doesn’t disappoint. Has everything you would want for a perfect holiday. The views from the upstairs lounge window are amazing. Early morning walks with the dog on the beach make the holiday perfect. Will definitely be back again soon. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else but here on Anglesey.
