Owners were very nice and helpful. Even took the time to call me when I requested information. Parking right outside of room and good location.

Helen was friendly and accommodating. Appropriate amount of care, but respect for privacy. Good size bed for a single room. The room was also clean and the temperature was lovely for this time of year. A comfortable sleep and a freshly cooked breakfast. A perfect couple of night's stay. I would highly recommend.

excellent welcome when i checked in and happy to direct me where I needed to go to meet up with a friend.

I arrived later than the checkout time window due to traffic and losing the way but Helen welcomed me to Fairlawns and gave me all the info I needed for my stay. The breakfast was excellent and Matt and Helen were great hosts throughout. I highly recommend Fairlawns for a stay in Banbury, reasonably priced and great facilities.

Very friendly hosts and excellent quality breakfast, I struggle parking my large van when working away and the owners allowed me to park in front of the door, much appreciated.

The breakfast and the friendly husband who served it, the fact room was on the ground floor as I have mobility issues with arthritis in my knees

The rather curt response from the female owner to me on arrival, the small uncomfortable double bed, a bath with a basic shower over it, prefer a walk in shower, also the room didn't smell aired, some bottled water would of been a nice touch it's usually standard at most hotels we've been to, a small fridge would of been lovely too

We have stayed here in the past too. Have always found it excellent value and very high quality. Comfortable beds, a good shower and friendly hosts. The breakfast was good with excellent coffee. I would definitely recommend this superior guest house.

The location is quiet and relatively convenient but it is a bit of a walk into town and to restaurants. However the price of a night's stay makes up for that. There is nothing to dislike about the guest house. A great choice.

We had a lovely seperate room in a beautiful garden with a set of tables and chairs outside. The room was confortable and clean and the breakfast was very nice. The gardens are delighful....

Our room could have been a bit bigger and the toliet was very small but clean and functionable.
