Surprisingly spacious and well located in the centre of the village with private parking close at hand. The drinkers at the pub next door stay late so there can be some noise. The cottage is just a short walk from all the local attractions in Laugharne and the local eating places. All we tried were excellent

Booking, paying and communicating were all very easy. The house was very central, a perfect location for seeing all that Laugharne has to offer. The house is clean, tidy and well equipped with everything needed for a stay. The bottle of wine was a nice gesture and we would definitely recommend and would stay here again

My family enjoyed staying in the house, it was very accomadating and spacious. Location was superb for going on walks by the estuary, exploring the local castle and visiting Dylan Thomas sites. We had delicious fish and chips from the local town, ice cream from ice cream shop and drinks and evening meal at the mariners pub. We also took a few excursions to Pendine seaside which was only a 10 min drive. We had a lovely stay and thankyou for the bottle of wine.

I can highly recommend this place for families, house is massive with 3 bathrooms we spent fantastic time together thank you guy for all help with booking and after booking as well. We definitely come back again for longer this time 😊😊

This property was absolutely superb. Had everything we needed and so much space. It was spotlessly clean and the box of toys kept my children quiet for ages! The location was fab for short walks to the centre of the village. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait until we get to stay again. Thank you so much for having us Jenny and for all your assistance, the wine and goodies went down a treat :)

Great place to stay, lots of space great for groups or families and centrally located in Laugharne, the two parking spaces are an added bonus. There is a hotel and public house right by the property so may be some noise when they re-open but it wouldn't put us off! The beds, bed linen and towels were clean and comfortable, there were plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. and ample dishes, glasses and cutlery. Comfy sofas if a little low for us older folk to get up from! Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch too, thank you.The reason I did not give this a 5* was because it had not been cleaned properly, bath was dirty and bathrooms in general need a good clean, few cobwebs here and there and kitchen surfaces and microwave were not particularly clean. All of this has been brought to the attention of the owners who were very apologetic and informed me that we were the first guests since lockdown restrictions were lifted and that they would ensure a thorough clean throughout.Having said that I would happily return and probably will in the near future.

Fantastic property for a much needed break. House is a perfect size and full of amenities that you need (may need to bring an extra loo roll but that’s not a criticism). Location is wonderful, down the road from the castle and convenient shops. Would come again.

Lots of extra homely touches added to the great experience. 2 grandchildren aged 9 and 13 were delighted with their twin room with ensuite at the top of the house. We had a double ensuite to the back of the property. My son and his fiancee had a double to the front and youngest grandson had a single next to his Mum and Dad and they had their own bathroom. Nice large living room and kitchen. House was spacious so that we weren't tripping over each other but plenty big enough when we were spending time together, be it inside the house or out in the sunny garden. Although we didn't use it there was a barbeque too, some toys and even a bucket and spade for the beach.Everything is within walking distance be it pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes and beautiful scenic walks. We highly recommend for a great family holiday experience. Thank you Jenny and David, we can tell a lot of thought has gone into making this property a lovely experience for your guests.

A fantastic property in a beautiful location. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us, and having three bathrooms is ideal. The large kitchen diner was perfect for sitting and chatting in the evening with the French doors open. Comfy beds and plenty of storage. Laugharne is beautiful and quiet, and ideally located for the beaches of Pembrokeshire in one direction and Carmarthenshire in the other. Already planning our next visit.

Have just returned after a a few lovely days in Laugharne with our children (1, 6 & 15) The house is perfectly situated within walking distance to shops & cafes & is well equipped with everything you would need, even plenty of toys & buckets & spades! We were so lucky to have the gorgeous sunshine too! The owners have been so helpful throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning!

All good , lovely area, friendly locals. House is clean with all facilities. The only thing was we thought it was a cottage but the home was a end terrace home.

Our second time of staying here and we returned because we knew it would cater for our needs for a short break in South Wales. It’s especially conveniently located within the village with everything in walking distance.

Spent a weekend here during storm Dennis - very central in Laugharne- lots of local restaurants and dog friendly pubs - good walks and short drive to beaches - very well equipped cottage with log burner and plenty of space - we had a great time thank you!
