Accogliente gestori molto gentili e simpatici ti fanno sentire a casa

Giancomo and his dad are amazing hosts. We faced a big challenge to reach Cervia due to the floodings in the area. Giancomo and this dad were really helpful and made our stay amazing (even though the weather was not so good). Room is spacious and has all facilities that you need, kitchen supplies, drying rack etc. The beach is literally around the corner and there are bikes that you can use to reach the city center.

Only one thing we could think off: Wifi was sometimes out of reach or weak. Next time we hope for more Italian sun.

Mainly the staff and the location. I was taking part in Ironman for the 2nd time. I stayed in a more modern hotel in 2017, but it had no heartbeat , so chose here this time round. The bathroom had been refurbished recently. Nice bathroom furniture, wall tiles and a large shower. The balcony was a good size and had two comfy modern sun loungers outside and a dining table and chairs. Kitchen came with a hob, microwave, fridge freezer, pots, pans and utensils. Everything essential so that every meal didn’t have to be a resturant meal. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was shown how the free bikes work. This was brilliant for a quick, less taxing, grocery shop. They arranged my €15 PCR test for my return in advance of my trip as art of their service, helped change my train ticket online, as I bought it for the wrong day and finally booked my taxi to the train station, which is a 10 walk, but it was 7am the day after an Ironman I didn’t train for.

The kitchen and living room furniture and dressing was dated. That said it had everything I needed. It was clean, however due to the age of the kitchen units and furniture it didn’t feel as clean as I personally liked. That said, I’d still stay there again with no hesitation. I have to mention this so the owners are aware and have honest feedback.

Excellent and friendly staff, we felt like home. My wife and I were in Cervia for the Ironman: if you are planning to stay in Cervia for the same reason the location is perfect, 300 meters from the start line (and 500 meters from the finish line). All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The apartments where we stayed (we have been in two different ones) were excellent and well designed (we have been working remotely for few days and the space was enough for me and my wife). Both apartments had super nice balcony where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I strongly recommend this place.
