Lovely apartment and view, cannot fault the view and the sound of the sea crashing onto the rocks is amazing. Andrei the owner is very polite and helpful, allowing our stay to be as relaxing as possible. I would book again as my partner and I had a really good time and lovely restaurants around the property but a lovely walk into Torrevieja also.

From the moment I set foot in this gorgeous property I could feel the stresses of life just melt away. The living room is big with ample room for 4 people, great kitchen everything you need spices etc.. ensuite bedroom is invaluable if travelling with another person and a full size bathroom as well. Bedrooms are adequate size. Spotlessly clean. I arrived on a dark Nov evening & opening the balcony door was greeted by a warm affectionate breeze, the sound of the sea & twinkling lights of harbour in the distance. After an exceptional nights sleep in a very comfy bed I woke refreshed & one could be forgiven for thinking i was somehow transported during the night & I woke up on a cruise ship. Laying in bed all you can see is the the sea, the sounds and pre dawn colours before sunrise is food for even the weariest of travellers. Mornings can be spent on balcony as it gets full sun until about 1pm ( imagine this is later in summer when sun is higher ) then grab your sun chair & book to soak up more rays on beach. Everything you need is just steps away, supermarket to the left about 5 minute walk, Torrevieja to the right along beach about 20 mins slow walk. Hiring a bike locally is easy & let’s you venture further afield. La Zenia shopping is 5 minutes in taxi and costs about €6-7. Big market in Torrevieja on Friday. Lots of restaurants across the road to cater for all tastes. My favourite is the one couple doors away facing sea. Returning to apt in evening dining on balcony, watching sun set, reading, enjoying sights & smells of holidays & being lulled to sleep by sounds of sea is pure joy. A car is not necessary & taxi to & from airport is very reasonable. Local taxi service is also from Torrevieja if you are out late. Torrevieja is a lovely town leave the tourist section and stroll the little streets & enjoy coffee with the locals in tiny coffee houses. Tip if ur sense of direction is not great pin your start point on google maps, then stroll to your hearts content & when your ready google will walk you back. Ya just have to love technology. As I was travelling alone Andrzej & his lovely wife insisted I call them should I need anything during my stay as they live locally. This is a 5 star property and a 5 star host. I will be back :-)

Beautiful sea views. Apartment was modern clean and had everything you could want. Andre the owner meet us on arrival and again on leaving. Recommend the beach bar to the right of apartment for breakfasts drinks and they also did take away s.

We had high expectations of this apartment after the reviews. Some were met some just fell a little short. The location is fabulous for views and proximity to the beach. The apartment is bright and living areas are spacious. There is plenty of wardrobe space and bedrooms are ok in size. Bathrooms are not the biggest, so if there are 4 people staying you will find it bijou!! The area is very Spanish, but to be honest we thoroughly enjoyed this. The local bars and restaurants are good and have lots of atmosphere, something we soaked up whilst there. We didn't hire a car and if you are happy on foot then you should not need to either. The walk to the best of the town however in our opinion is more like 40 mins, so in the heat of the day this can be a trek. Location is supplied by several very good supermarkets the furthest away of which is Aldi at 15 mins stroll, so all good there. We had a great stay and would definitely visit the area again. Our only slight issues were a lack of a safe (especially as the lock on the patio doors is broken), and the internet is particularly poor. Again if you are a family with hi tech kids, you will struggle to all use it at the same time. TV is Spanish also. I would certainly recommend this apartment and the host is reliable and helpful. All in a great holiday.

This is a gorgeous, light and airy, tastefully decorated, well equipped, modern apartment with fantastic seafront window views. It’s a sparkling gem of a place and we found staying here a delight & the highlight of our holiday. Many an eve we’d just chill on the spacious balcony, with a glass of cava or beer, enjoying the view, the sounds and the comforting warmth of the setting sun. It was a joy waking up to the sounds of the sea and light streaming through the bedroom window. It was a bit like being on a yacht! We found the ease of access to the beach front, the sea, (4 minutes) the bus stop (5 minutes), the local grocery store (short walk), the town centre (short bus ride or 15 mins walk), the lovely Zenia shopping mall (short bus ride), cafes on the beach, all hugely convenient. If without a car, you need to study the timing of the buses as they are not super frequent, yet ever so comfortable - like coaches. It is worth noting that it's a short (25 – 30 mins) taxi ride from Murcia airport. We used Suntransfers (booked online) from the airport, there & back, and they were very reliable. We recommend, too, that if you are arriving late in the evening, especially on a weekend, like we did, that you have a bottle of water &/or milk to hand especially if you like a cuppa. After a long day of travelling, we felt parched and a little ailing (There are condiments incl tea bags, sugar etc. in the kitchen cupboards for your convenience but there's no water or milk). The local grocery shop had closed by 9pm (it was a Saturday night) & it was closed again early on the Sunday by 1pm (we got up late). It was very disappointing to find another store (Lidls - further afield & half an hour walk away) also closed and for the whole of the Sunday, especially when Google had indicated it would be open. Once we found our bearings over brunch & cocktails at a beach-front café nearby, we settled into what was a lovely vacation. I really wish we could have stayed longer than a week. It was a pleasure to return to this place after a day out. I loved showering under the rain shower in one of the bathrooms and the master bedroom was a treat to stay in with its ample wardrobe space for two & a charming dresser unit as well. The owner was easy going and charming as was his wife. They were very accommodating and kind. They let us extend our check-out time. We seldom return to the same holiday place twice but we would, without a doubt, return to this one.

Located just 15 minutes stroll from central Torrevieja but in a quiet location right next to the sea. The apartment itself is bright, spacious and well equipped. Andre and his wife were very friendly and helpful.

We have just returned home after a 13 night stay here. Andrzej (owner) met us there and even allowed us in earlier and booked our taxi to airport for us, very helpful. The apartment is very comfortable with stunning views of sea. The new air con/heating system has just been installed and worked really well heating the apartment up very nicely on some chilly evenings. Location was ideal as we walked everywhere as didn't hire car. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance so ideal. Very quiet this time of year, which was great for us. Would thoroughly recommend to family and friends and hope to return ourselves one day to this first class apartment.

I and my sister stayed at this amazing ocean front apartment for a week. I absolutely loved to fall asleep listening to those waves crashing to the shore. Wendy and Andrzej did everything in order for us to enjoy our stay, no request for too much to ask. The location is perfect, short walk to the city but far enough not to hear any bars etc. Supermercado is only 400 m away. They even have chairs to take along to the beach, we loved to sunbathe right below our balcony. Thank you so much for the amazing stay! First time in this flat and it was beautiful pics don't do it justice so clean etc its a wow from the moment you walk through the door and the owner was a lovely guy would definitely choose again.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 1 week at the end of April and we highly recommend this accommodation. The apartment has everything you need and more, the views are stunning and the furniture is very comfortable. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by and the centre of Torreveija is a short walk away. The owner Andrzej was there to meet us and was very friendly and helpful. This was one of the best apartments that we have stayed in and are currently booking another holiday here for October.

Would highly recommend this apartment. In fact I would probably rate it as the nicest apartment that my wife and I have ever stayed in on all of our holidays anywhere. The pictures certainly match the reality with the stunning sea views apparent as soon as you walk in and with the balcony to die for whether having breakfast with the waves lapping beneath you or just chilling later in the day with a glass of something. The apartment itself is spacious, light, clean and modern with comfortable furniture and beds and the owner Andrzej is also very friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return to enjoy it again. We had a truly great 3 week stay in Andrzej's apartment. Its location is perfect: waking up in the morning with the sunshine flowing in is truly magical. The nearness of the sea and the sound of the waves is great and very relaxing. A beautiful beach nearby, as well as 3 great restaurants across the road, a supermarket to walk to along the seaside every morning to buy your bread, great walks to Torrevieja or Punta Prima starting from the apartment. The apartment is light and airy, everything you 'd need is there. It has comfortable beds and sofas, it's big enough for 4 adults and the balcony has enough space for all to enjoy the great views over the sea. Andrzej is really friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to enjoy summer temperatures in Febuary in Torrevieja. We were sorry to leave and hope to go back there next year!
