Apartment is spacious well equipped in a good location with beautiful seaviews, plenty of sun all day on the terrace, there is a awning if sun gets to hot, there are some very nice restaurants just at the back of the apartment. Walking to town centre takes about 5 minutes down hill with a lovely beach. Communication with Masako was excellent who met us at the apartment with key & a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge. Will be booking for next year.

Perfect location on a quiet street, less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Carvoeiro. Large terrace with dining table and sun loungers incl. parasol and awning; beautiful view of the sea. The flat is very spacious and excellently equipped. Sufficient parking and shopping facilities are also available. Communication with the landlady was also excellent. We would come back at any time!

Beautiful, clean apt with excellent views of ocean just as listing pictures showed. Very convenient location. Easy walk down to the beach with many restaurants and shops. Walk back up to apt a little more challenging but the views make it worth it. Also the location of apt made it very easy to relax as it was very quiet. Communication with Masako and Paula was so easy and they were quick to respond. Masako was very helpful with an unexpected dilema we had. Enjoyed our chat with Paula. Again thank you Masako and Paula for making our stay a wonderful one. Highly recommend this rental.

A very large apartment, exceptionally well appointed. Our host Masako warmly welcomed us and explained everything in detail. Additionally, a lovely welcome bottle of wine and water was left for us. This was by far the most amazing place I have stayed in. It was everything we expected and more! Would recommend to anyone staying in the Algarve and hope to be back in the future for a longer stay next time.

We had a fab 8 night stay. It was beautifully decorated spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and constant hot water. Our weather was amazing and the air con helped to keep us cool. We had a small issue with the tv which was fixed within hours and Masako was great with communication before and during our stay. The terrace is huge so it gets the sun from 10am until sunset even though it is west facing. There were 5 comfy sun loungers with matresses and beach towels were also provided. It is reasonably private and very quiet. There was a couple staying in the apartment above the whole time we were there and we never heard or saw them! The location is amazing. A 5 minute walk into town and you can access the property from the front and back. When you go out the back you literally cross the road and then have bars and restaurants and a well stocked spar. Can totally recommend. We had a great holiday.

This is an amazing place and I highly recommend staying here. The views are breathtaking and the location is wonderful with many things to do even in the winter.

We loved this place so much, I wish we could buy it and move there. It is open and airy with plenty of light. The beds were pretty comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. It was perfect for our party of two couples. I would definitely stay there again.

Sit back on the deck with a beverage and watch the boats go by. It is in a quiet part of town but still close enough to walk to restaurants and the beach. We were lucky to get one of the last weeks left this Fall. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Well designed, spacious apartment. Equipped with everything you need to self cater plus there are also good restaurants nearby. We particularly liked Mar D’For just across the road. Not the cheapest, but good food, excellent service and outstanding sea views. Masako was a great host. Easy to communicate with and helped us with a flexible check in time. Would love to stay here again.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. Location was also excellent. The owner was great to deal with and did everything possible to make our stay perfect.

The villa is just up the hill from the Praia do Carvoiero and all the restaurants and stores. On the other side of the beach, a boardwalk and walking trail extend for miles over cliffs and down to beaches. Excellent location. The villa has 3 levels, and each is rented out separately. We stayed at the middle level - Teracao do Mar - a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a large terrace that enjoys sea views and breeze. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. Grocery stores - Intermarche and Apolonia- are a 5 min drive away, with smaller convenience stores within a few mins walk. Don’t miss… Bakery - Fabrica Velha and Pastelaria le Doce- for fresh breads and desserts Freshly squeezed orange juice from any grocery store … all close enough that we took a walk each morning and grabbed some fresh bread and OJ for breakfast on our way back to the villa. Masako is a very kind hostess and shows you the ropes when you arrive. Plenty of street parking at the back.

Beautiful apartment- the view is stunning ( sunsets especially!) and Location couldn’t be better- close to everything yet quiet. Spacious rooms with everything we needed. Check in and contact with the owner was so easy. Our host was so accommodating , friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this spectacular apartment 👍👍👍

This is a great location for easy access to central Carvoeiro and the Algarve coast, and it has a nice large deck and view. Communication with the owner was good and the apartment is spacious and well equipped.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 4 nights and loved every moment. Not only is it a well equipped, beautiful property with a great ocean view, but it's location on a quiet street within walking distance from town (restaurants / bars / shops) and the beach makes it the perfect location to spend time in the Algarve. We would happily stay there again!

We were very confortable in this house. Very espacious. Magnific terrace. Very fluid communication with the owner. Two fantastic beaches you can go easily walking. Supermarket and restaurants algo near. Very quiet property. You can rest at night.
