The breakfast is wonderful, good combination of food, staff are friendly n helpful. The location is superb! everywhere in the city is jus so around the hotel, there's food nearby, shopping jus a short walk from the hotel..

Housekeeping can do a little better, our room was not serviced despite us putting the sign to do so; but it only happened once during this stay, so probably the staff overlooked. Btw, this happened during our previous stay here two years ago in 2022 too.

The CBD location was very convenient. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the Hilton restaurant "The Grill". Our beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The mini bar was stocked and we were given 2 bottles of free water a day. There is also an option to enjoy a continental breakfast each morning down in the dining room.

The price for concierge parking was really expensive at $55 per day. If you do not pay for this parking service you will need to park your car down the street and walk about half a block to the Hilton. The price for breakfast is a bit steep at $38 per person.

7 days breakfast same thing, and became boring. the same food daily breakfast. TV was not working had to get a person from the engineering Dep. The heater was not working the first night it was freezing, then the next day we realised the heater was not working, but they repaired it in the end. The room had old guest medicine locked up in the cupboard. Pool water was too cold, no one was there to swim.

when i rang re-parking, I was only advised about the valet parking, and not the more affordable parking option for our budget. thankfully, when we checked-in was advised about the affordable parking around the corner at Uparking. the checkin person was amazing.

Hotel chooses to be cashless. Makes patrons pay 2% surcharge to pay account. 2% is price gouging as hotel would not be paying this in fees.

The location couldn’t be much better and nearly all of the rooms had a great view of the city surrounds.

There wasn’t much to complain about. Maybe a very slight hint of “out-dated” considering it was the “Hilton” (known as ultra classy). But nothing was actually non-functional.

We had a photographer taking flash photos of Deb’s on the staircase. The continual flash made being in the bar uncomfortable. We both left very angry

The location and bed

It’s very old and tired. Shower was awful and I could hear tv’s from the rooms on either side of mine well into the night. I called down for ear plugs but they didn’t have any. Valet parking was 15 minutes late to return my car the first day so I was late to a funeral and the second day they parked it quite a distance away which meant I had to lug my huge bag to it and wasn’t offered help. I won’t stay again. And don’t recommend it to you. Not a five star experience, far from it.

Room's are large with a big bathroom, including a tub and a shower area!!

Hiltons are very clean and I am asthmatic so I like the fact the rooms are clean. However, there was a very odd smell coming from the carpet between the twin beds.

Not a great location. Nothing much to see around the hotel.

The location is great. Tram is just across the hotel. The coffee and sele serve juices at breakfast was good.

The bes was comfortable but the room was outdated! The bathroom was from the 80’s or even 70’s. There was even a shower curtain! Didn’t feel hygenic. There was a strange odour, in the room. Don’t mistaken it to the room service which was great. The odour is sure related to the old carpeting, furniture and etc.

I ordered a chicken burger without a bun which was supposed to be with chipotle sauce and was given a chicken schnitzel with tomato sauce and the staff member who served me giggled about this being a more relevant order. Most places are capable of providing what was ordered, for people like me who don't eat bread.

The hotel is perfectly located for me, I had space to relax and work. Room service meals were of a high standard.

Location was great. Staff were very helpful and polite.

I feel the rooms were a good size and had a nice view . The beds were comfortable. Staff were all lovely and polite. Location was excellent so good value for money. Breakfast was a good spread and fresh.

The bathrooms look a bit tired and need an upgrade. The pool was disappointing we expected a larger more inviting pool so we didn’t end up using it.

I got upgraded, it was so nice. Second time I’ve stayed there in the last 12 months. Will definitely stay there again

We got an upgrade in rooms which was very good and also comp breakfast, which goes a long way. Gym was excellent, staff were lovely. Location and easy for my clients is what mattered the most as she was in a wheel chair.

Check in could have been better, we had confusion with the room as we had to have wheel chair access and also bathroom access and we messaged the hotel and also bookings but when we got there it didn't happen which was really disappointing. But staff went out of their way to assist and make my clients stay memeroable.

Inclusive breakfast. My room had a desk, enabling me to work. Very friendly staff.

Parking facilities. I understand that parking is a premium in the city.
