This property is beautiful, newly renovated, pristinely clean and well located. Jasmine is readily available with answers to questions. The check-in was easy. I will return to this beautiful location mainly because of this excellent townhouse. It has lovely views of the intercoastal waterway. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are peaceful for sleep. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The aesthetics of this place is outstanding. Top-Notch!

We rented this property for our family who was gathering for a funeral. The view was beautiful, The house has such potential. The owner was responsive but not always in a proper manner. This property is a diamond in the rough and under the right management company could be amazing.

A lovely townhouse,end of a quiet street but just a one block walk to the beach .Relaxing to eat and sit outside and watch the boats cruise by. Spacious 4 bedrooms,well appointed house and owner is very helpful.A wonderful Florida vacation home!Candy

Host responded quickly. Was able to book same day as needed as our other travel plans had changed. Our stay was excellent!

Location is great; very close to beach (easy walk) and on the intercoastal Jasmine is perhaps the most communicative person I have retned from. Had a small glitch with AC and within couple of hours she had a tec there and it easily fixed.

The house was perfect!! Jasmine was great to work with!! It was an easy walk to the beach, and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Jasmine the homeowner was great to communicate with, before booking I let her know I had two little ones under the age of 3 & she made arrangements for them to be comfortable as possible in her home. We felt at home, the only downside during our stay was that the dock was not available for our use & caution tape was around it which didn't make it so much fun for us, having a home in the water we thought we would be able to kayak or do some water sports without having to leave the house but that was the only downfall, we still enjoyed our stay... one recommendation I have for Jasmine would be, providing working cleaning essentials like broom, mop, vacuum. Other than that we love the house! Great, beautiful house & we will defiantly be back and booking our week stay for next year!

Jasmine was very helpful and communicative. Could not ask for more. Large common area with good light. Great view of the boats and the waterway. 7 min stroll to beach. Sound of palm trees in the wind. Thanks for a great 2 weeks.

Very clean and loved the water view. Enjoyed sitting outside watching the boats. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen could have used a few extra glasses and a sheet pan. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit is grand, spacious, was clean and had everything that we would have needed. It's in great walking distance to nearby restaurants and the beach. Jasmine, the owner of the building itself was readily accessible when we had questions, and very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend staying at this location. We look forward to returning in the near future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom townhome. The townhome is one block off state route A1A, in a very peaceful neighborhood right on the Intercoastal Waterway. I was attending a travel convention in Fort Lauderdale, and wanted a rental that was suitable for my 87-year old mother, my sister, and my wife and I. This property hit the nail on the head! The townhome was immaculate. The décor was pleasant and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to feel like it was our own home. Having a first floor bedroom was perfect for my mother, who can't easily do stairs. The 2 second floor bedrooms were also perfect, each with their own bathroom. My wife and I used the master bedroom and my sister used the other bedroom. Our favorite feature of this townhome was being right on the Intercoastal Waterway. We spent the days on the back patio, lounging and watching the boats cruise the waterway. In the evenings, the 2nd floor master bedroom balcony provided the most peaceful escape to wind down the day, drinking coffee and tea and just watching the calm waters. The location is also great for taking walks up to the Pompano Beach public beach area. One block to A1A, across the street and one street more toward the beach (so you don't have to walk along A1A), there is the nicest street to stroll along until reaching the public beach area less than a quarter mile away. There are a few restaurants and shops to browse through, and on Friday night there was a movie playing in the public green space that a lot of people really enjoyed. If you're looking for a place that is close enough to all the activity of the Fort Lauderdale beach area, but still a peaceful getaway on the Intercoastal Waterway, you can't go wrong with this property!

As one other person noted the pool is not heated....and it's really small. But was nice for cooling down on a hot afternoon. We had one issue while we were there and Jasmine was fantastic to deal with and she quickly took care of us. Thanks to Jasmine!

En stol ute gick sönder, den ska vi självklart betala. Blev av husägaren betalnings skyldiga för en stol till som vi ej haft sönder, väldigt tråkigt. Blev också anklagade att ha förstört en toasits, den var provisoriskt lagad när vi anlände. Vi skulle kanske ha meddelat husägaren om toasitsen när vi kom, men trodde aldrig att hon skulle vara så oärlig. Kan också säga att städningen inte var speciellt bra, inte heller det klagade vi på, skulle man också ha gjort, vårat fel. Tycker mest synd om kommande hyresgäster, stolarna på terassen var väldigt dåliga så det blir fler som får betala när stolarna går sönder Tråkigt avslut på en fin semester Med vänlig hälsning, Magdalena

We love the area, have been coming to Pompano Beach/Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for years. The property is few minutes walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive to our few questions. The only downside is the pool having no heater. Other than that we love the place. If you have a boat or waverunner the intercostal is right in your backyard with incredible sunsets as an extra perk.
