We had a fantastic holiday. The villa is beautiful and in a very quiet location. I would advise anyone staying to have a hire car as the villa is located at the top of a very steep hill and all shops/restaurants etc are at the bottom. Only downfall was no aircon in the smaller bedrooms and it was very warm in these rooms.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison. Équipement de la maison très bien, serviettes changées en milieu de semaine, et ménage fait, c'est très appréciable. Clara a été très réactive à nos demandes, merci à elle. Roger nous a envoyé toutes les informations au préalable, très complètes. La piscine chauffée et allumée serait vraiment un plus. Luz est un village très agréable.

Ideal for the two of us. Comfortable accommodation. The villa only needs just a little TLC especially on the decking to spruce it up. We did enjoy our stay as it was a reasonable walk down to the cafes by the beach.

Wir wären so gern länger geblieben! Wir hatten die Villa 2 Wochen im April gebucht - 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 6 und 9 Jahren. Bilder & Beschreibung auf Fewodirekt treffen es genau. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat - in einer wunderschönen Gegend, die überhaupt nicht touristisch/rummelig geprägt ist. Der Blick ins Tal und über die Dächer von Luz ist sagenhaft. Die Terrasse sucht ihres Gleichen. Wir spüren noch den warmen Holzfußboden unter unseren Füßen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: mehr als genug Stauraum und Handtücher, die Küche enthält vom Käsehobel über Gläser aller Art bis hin zur DeLonghi Kaffeemaschine alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Dachterrasse ist fast ein bisschen "über". Wir haben sie nur betreten, um den Blick über Luz oder in den Sternenhimmel zu genießen. Der Pool war nicht beheizt, hat sich aber bei entsprechenden Außentemperaturen sehr schnell aufgewärmt. Die Vorab-Beschreibung vom Vermieter war sensationell aufbereitet - insbesondere was die Empfehlungen für Restaurants oder Strände betrifft. Und last but noch least: als wir Hilfe benötigten, kümmerte sich Clara rasch und super freundlich um uns! Vielen DANK! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Die Villa hat alles was für 4-6Personen erforderlich ist ,es hat an nichts gefällt. Der Pool ist Mega 2 getrennte Duschen *perfekt...Kontakt sehr nett und alles reibungslos abgelaufen sei es bei der Anreise oder der Abreise ..Wir kommen wieder .

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit allem was man braucht!

Die Villa ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen-sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Terrassenanlage mit den verschiedenen Bereichen ist super schön (der grüne Schirm wurde mittlerweile durch ein fest montiertes gelbes Segel ersetzt-super!), der Pool ist gepflegt, einzig der BBQ-Grill war leider nicht zu benutzen und müsste mal erneuert werden... Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

This property is in a great quiet residential area which provides a nice escape. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful and we will definitely be returning! Our only issue was that there was no kitchen basics (oil, salt/pepper etc).

Maison très agréable. A 15 minutes à pied de la plage Praia da Luz. Par contre le ménage laisse à désirer. Dommage qu’on a pas un aspirateur à notre disposition.

A casa foi uma óptima escolha para passar uma semana de férias no Algarve, a aproveitar o início de época alta. O alojamento tem tudo o que procurávamos, conforto, espaço, boa localização num aldeamento perto da praia (dá para ir a pé, mas não é tão perto assim) onde o sossego reina. Era mesmo isso que procuravamos para um momento mais relaxado a dois. Obrigado!

Vi nød vores 6 nætter i Villa Marie med masser af plads og et flot udstyrret køkken samt udegrill. Desuden kunne vi flytte rundt med solen til de forskellige siddegrupper ude. Der var rent og fint overalt, bortset fra poolen, der var fyldt med en del blade, nok fordi den ikke var blevet tilset lige inden vi kom. Midtvejs kom folkene og rensede poolen, så alt blev godt. Vi nød også at gå ned til stranden ad bagvejen langs de mindre veje og stier mød øst. Alt ialt nød vi at slappe af efter 8 dages intens sightseeing i det øvrige Portutal. Vi kommer gerne igen og anbefaler stedet til andre.

Schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist mit gut 20min Fußmarsch doch etwas länger als vorbeschrieben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

O alojamento correspondeu e até excedeu as expectativas, em todos os aspectos. A casa tem excelentes condições, com decoração moderna e muito confortável, tanto no interior como no exterior, tendo á disposição os utensilios necessários e em excelentes condições. A piscina não sendo muito grande, estava em boas condições e teve manutenção durante a semana em que ocupámos o alojamento. Ficamos sem duvida com vontade de regressar . Obrigado

Très bon séjour dans cette belle région du Portugal avec beaucoup de visite sur place. nous avons fait tout à pied et en transport en commun, le secteur est très bien desservit et la villa dans un quartier vraiment tranquille, très appréciable pour des vacances en famille ! Merci

The property exceeded my expectations. It was quiet but only a short walk to the beach.

I could happily live in this villa! Really enjoyed it. Check in was easy via a key safe and pre-visit provided information, Clara the villa manager was really nice and accommodating with us dropping our bags slightly earlier than check in to save us carting them and our baby about! It's a little bit of a walk down to the village but no more than 10/15 down and 15/20 back up. Shouldn't be a problem though unless you have mobility issues. The villa was really nice, everything you need to prepare food and serve up. There's clothes washing facilities and an iron so it has shrugging you could realistically expect to need. Great area to sit out on. The pool was too cold to go in for a good soak and really too cold for our baby but it is April so that's to be expected! I liked the area, residential feeling and quiet, very quiet! This was a mixture of location and being off-season. Suited us just fine though as that's what we were looking for. I received answers to any queries promptly and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Can't fault any part of the service we received. One slight suggestion I'd make would be if it was possible to let the guests know when the cleaners would be arriving through the week ahead of time. This was maybe only noticed by us as we were trying to plan baby naps etc and wasn't a big deal at all but just a thought. (This may allay be don't but we didn't notice) The cleaning team were friendly and did a good job. If you don't mind a little bit of a walk and you're happy with quiet surroundings then the villa and area is great.

All was clean and decent location, 20 minute walk from Luz or a short taxi ride. Enjoyed the holiday and the villa topped it off. Couldn’t get the microwave to work but that could have been us. Would definitely visit the area and use the villa again. Thank you to all involved.

Good comfortable accommodation, well equipped. Good quiet location, a car is definitely recommended. Only rated it with 4 stars due to the fact that the pool was cloudy and slightly green for at least 3 days and the shower door was loose and broken. This issue was hopefully going to be resolved. Everything else was excellent and of a good standard. Would recommend.
