All was good

Good location, quiet, ample parking, good price.

Cold air coming in so it was freezing, no microwave, blinds did not give me complete privacy at night time when they were pulled down, and they let it too much light in the morning (not blockout). Looked clean at a glance but needs deep cleaning - excess dust in vents etc.

Wifi was weak & slow. Maybe better upstairs?? TV was small & limited regular channels No dishwashing liquid or dish cloth

I expected the room to be pretty basic, because it was a pretty cheap price compared to most surrounding places. My biggest disappointment was the main bed. It was terribly uncomfortable - I'm assuming due to age and the massive dip in the bed. I found it difficult to stay asleep and had a very sore back the next day. Even a mattress topper would greatly improve this bedding issue. For the second night I ended up sleeping separately from my partner and sleeping in the single bed, which was much more comfortable.

The room was spacious and I was able to relax in the room without feeling I was relaxing amongst all my stuff. The bed was comfortable.

Shower facilities were very basic and I found it tricky to get the temperate right - I was either close to scalding hot or very little heat at all.

Great comfy beds and service was great. Ample parking

Big rooms plenty of space.

The receptionist was very accommodating clear instructions, well priced Room, large open room alot of space, very clean and tidy. Would recommend to families and friends.

We liked everything, there was nothing to dislike about the place .
