This was our second year at this condo, which is immaculate and cozy. It also comes with your initial supplies (milk, water, fruit, bread/croissants, wine, chocolate, tea, coffee) so you don't have to run out to the store first thing. However, everything your heart could desire is right around the corner:) The Location is PERFECT and you are just a couple blocks from the train so you can fly into Nice and take the train down and then travel by train, bus or boat to all of the locations you want to see. The harbor is only a couple blocks away too! We used UBER and the train to get everywhere! Happy to talk with anyone live if you are thinking about going. Just ask Clare for my number. She is a great host and is there for any questions you have.

Clare & Guy are the consummate hosts and welcomed us to their beautiful apartment by meeting us in the middle of a very rare thunderstorm with umbrellas in hand. Nothing was too much bother for them and their care and attention to detail is prevalent throughout their property. We are annual visitors to Cannes and can’t beleieve we haven’t found this little gem before - it really is a haven of tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of a busy TFWA convention that we were attending. Thank you so much for having us stay in your property, it is truly magnificent.

Clare was the consummate hostess with the fridge stocked with some basics and very helpful about the town and activities. Her apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay in Cannes. The location was great for beaches, shopping and restaurants. I loved it and will rent again when I return!

This loft is absolutely perfect. It is equipped with everything one could possibly need and is so beautiful that, had the weather been poor, we could have quite happily stayed in for days. Our stay was in July though, so weather wasn’t a problem! The loft is ideally situated as a base for all types of activities; there are excellent beaches a short stroll away, together with fantastic restaurants, galleries, cinemas and shops. The railway station is very handy too, so if you fancy exploring further afield, there are regular trains to Antibes, Nice etc. Clare is the perfect host. She provided detailed information which enabled us to park our car in a handy space in a parking garage very close to the apartment. She responds quickly to any enquiry and is delighted to offer recommendations and suggestions based on her knowledge of the local area. If you are looking for a luxurious and quiet place to return to after a hard day sun-bathing, exploring, learning, eating or shopping, look no further - you’ve found your property!

Our stay at Clare and Guy’s was lovely. Their apartment is central, adorable, and had everything we wanted and more. They were such responsive hosts with so many recommendations and helpful in so many ways. The apartment is so tastefully decorated, clean, and lovely. We felt right at home.

How clever of me, to describe in the title, our beautiful loft and wonderful experience. What’s not to love? The property was beautiful, a roomy flat, four easy floors up, everything in spiffy order, modern, well equipped with everything. As for “location, location, location”, it’s literally steps away from the market, the port, and the glittering shopping/clubbing/restaurant area. And yet, it’s placed in a quiet car-free area so you can retreat from all the excitement and rest up to begin enjoying Cannes again. I’ve saved the best till last and that would be our hosts: Clare and Guy are as attentive and friendly as can be, particularly Clare who damned near adopted us. If this sounds like a gushy paid commercial so be it, but this entire experience with the property meant we could truly enjoy a dream vacation.

You cannot begin to believe how great this place is. Best Location, Beautiful, Clean, Everything you need in the kitchen and bath to get you started so you don't have to run out the minute you get there. Super restaurant recommendations and a VERY QUICK walk from the train station, so you don't need a car. Uber was available to get you out to the surrounding villages if you prefer. Antibes, which is one of my favorite places in the whole world is a 10 minute train ride which leaves a few times each hour every day. You can fly into Paris or Nice and take the train here. There is no need for a car! Clare was available for any questions and always very responsive and helpful. We have rented over 24 different places and I will say this is one of the VERY BEST! I hope you get a chance to enjoy it someday.

There are not enough words to fully articulate the beauty of Clare and Guy's loft! It is absolutely beautiful, and the pictures do not show the warmth and comfort! Every detail, big and small, are done with great care! The location could not have been better! There are plenty of restaurants, markets, things to do right outside your door! Clare was simply wonderful to work with! She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. She recommended a fantastic driver upon our arrival. He was familiar with the apartment and knew right where he was going. Clare personally met and welcomed us to her home. She lives locally, so we felt like we had a friend in town if we need anything! She also made wonderful recommendations for local-area favorites! We would HIGHLY recommend this stunning loft apartment to anyone coming to Cannes! You will be so happy and very much at home here! We cannot say enough about our stay in this beautiful apartment, our lovely host and wonderful Cannes. Claire was exceptional to deal with from start to finish. Her emails were always timely and helpful, she ensured our arrival was seamless (driving instructions and parking), and followed up to make sure our trip was going well. She even provided welcoming provisions for our evening arrival and breakfast that met our specific dietary requirements. The apartment itself was exceptional and was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants and Claire made some recommendations that turned out to be excellent. It was such a great place to stay that it made me want to stay in and relax. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be privileged to stay here again.

Thank you very much Clare, our vacancy was perfect. The flat is as beautiful as shown in the pictures; the bed very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom clean and we even got new sheets and towels after our first week. The location is great as you can easily walk to all the sights. The market with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes away from the accomodation. Clare is a very good host with good knowledge of Cannes and surroundings and she answers quickly to emails which is great if you need help. So after all we can highly recommend this accomodation :-)

This apartment is a little piece of paradise in the centre of Cannes. It is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Our host, the very charming Clare, so thoughtfully left provisions in the fridge to welcome us. During our stay if there was anything we needed Clare was at the end of the phone or very speedy email to provide all local knowledge. This apartment is located beside all the shops you will need and the food market is on your doorstep. We found a great friendly beach to hang out within a 5 minute walk (O'key Beach), rented bike down the road and ate in the local restaurants all on your doorstep. This is the perfect place to stay in Cannes. We will definitely be back.

Firstly, the photos really are accurate...the interior, the design, and the layout are cleverly and impressively combined to create a homely yet stylish holiday apartment which you wish was your home. It comes with everything you need, there was not one thing I wanted for. Secondly, location is ideal, right in the heart of the town near shops, beach, train station, supermarket, and restaurants, yet secluded down a walk way so you are not disturbed by any noise. And last but not least, the owners are the most welcoming and accommodating people, better service than I have had at 5 star hotels, from answering every email promptly to helping book resturants for special occasions. I will most certainly be returning.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The place is clean, tastefully furnished, pleasant to both look at and live in. Our host was very kind and helpful. It's got a stellar location. Overall, this was a great find, we recommend it to all Cannes visitors.

My wife and i stayed at the apartment for a week in early August and we thought it was wonderful. It's very close to the Ferrage car park and very convenient to arrive. It is also very close to the market to buy things to cook a nice dinner if you felt so inclined ( we ate out every night for a couple week so it was nice to have a basic home cooked meal with delicious farm fresh ingredients). It is also very central to the cute street shops of Cannes. It's not super close to the beach but an easy walk for 10mins. The two downsides to the apartment would be that it's on the 3rd floor ( 4th floor for Americans), and the air conditioning doesn't keep the bedroom area the same temperature as downstairs ( it's a lofted bedroom). It was a bit of an issue the first night given how hot it was, but it was fine thereafter.

Thanks to our wonderful host Clare we had the most amazing stay in Cannes. The apartment was wonderful, with all of the amenities we needed. Clare was such an amazing help, helping with everything from our airport transfer to tips on great places to eat and shop. The apartment was located on a quaint quiet street and was very secure. The market was just steps from the front door and beach a very short walk. The apartment was clean, well maintained and very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and definitely will be coming back again! 5 stars all the way!!!

I rented this apartment as I was attending a conference at the Palais and was bored of spending time in hotel rooms, more often than not more expensive than the quality of décor they provided. This apartment is beautiful, so close to the Palais and all the other amenities that Cannes has to offer. Everything is new and decorated in great colours with a wonderful sense of style and design. This is so much better than an hotel room and allows you to get away from the madding crowds of the hotels. I will always stay here in future and it would be great for a quick getaway to the South of France during the winter to enjoy the sun! No-one will be disappointed in renting this apartment. I highly recommend it!

This apartment is stunning. The quality and style of the interior is second to none and makes you feel very comfortable and at home. The location of the apartment is minutes away from the Palais des Festivals, perfect for congresses or just vacationing. Guy and Clare were extremely helpful and friendly with plenty of tips on what to do where to go etc. The property was very clean and had all the necessities required i.e. Wifi, ironing board, smart tv, fully loaded kitchen, towels, books and more. I would recommend this place highly and will stay there again myself for sure!
