Great location for Regate Royale

My wife and I stayed with our two sons and we all loved stay in Michael and Karen's apartment! Beautifully appointed, spotless, and perfectly located apartment in Cannes, within a 10 minute walk of everything - shopping, the beach, restaurants and train station. This was our first experience in renting an apartment as we typically stay in hotels and I'm glad to say because of the very positive experience it won't be our last. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very spacious and every detail has been thought of. The look is modern yet includes an eclectic mix of furniture selections which makes one feel very at home. Michael and Karen leave no stone unturned with this rental, Michael was our main point of contact, he was very courteous and replied to an email with hours of our inquiry. Without a doubt we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

The location was perfect for our family vacation!! Very close to beach and shopping!! More importantly, the apartment was exactly as advertised, well furnished and with great extras!! The owner was responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended!!

We love this apartment, it`amazing. Perfect place to be. Directly in the lovely town of Cannes. Close to all restaurants and the beach. Very well-equipped, very clean, and all specials you need like: Nespresso machine, Nutribullet and busniesscards ( what is a nice idea) Ideal location for shopping :-)

Very nice apt with everything you wish for, comfy beds, modern stylish decoration, kitchen with lots of machines and dryer washmachine, tv/sound system with a lot of channels, long balcony in the back, perfect for your luggage, nice location close to the Croisette, warm and well insulated from cold and noice. Warmly recomended.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Situated on the 2nd floor it is full of light, and at the back overlooks gardens so pretty quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom and shower room modern. The position in the centre of Cannes, makes it a great place to stay: a few minutes walk to La Croisette, beaches, restaurants and shops (great for the baguette in the morning). The old harbour, cobbled streets of Le Suquet and ferry to the islands of Lerins are also within easy reach. The owner was very friendly and easy to contact. We won't hesitate to come back

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and it was fantastic. Very quick walk to my job at the Palais, clean, comfortable, stylish. Love the Sonos system and Apple TV too! I have stayed at over 10 different rental apartments all over Cannes, and this is by far my favorite. Highly recommend.

My husband, son and I spent a week at the apartment and it was fantastic. The location was unbelievable! At any time day or night we could walk out the front door and be in the heart of Cannes. Markets were close by so food shopping was a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that I needed to make family dinners. The owners were exceptionally well organized and professional. Each bedroom was clean and stylish with plenty of room to unpack and move around. The beds were very comfortable and there were curtains to block the morning light so we slept late every day.To sum it up........ Beach with paddle boarding and great cocktails, stellar people watching, world class shopping, beautiful apartment and lots of rest. All good!

The apartment appears as nice as it look on pictures. Very close to the beach, restaurants and the main shopping street Rue du Antibes. The communication with the landlord was very swift and efficient.

Had an amazing two week stay for our first experience of Cannes. The apartment was lovely, fully modernised with much needed air conditioning and couldn't be in a better central location for the restaurants or shops, both of which are literally around the corner. We loved breakfast at Lenotre and fully recommend Le Mantel for dinner. Loved the apartment, location, food and especially the weather.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations on several fronts. Phenomenally appointed between La Croissette and rue d'Antibes, you feel like a local staying at your home-from-home, rather than a tourist. The layout and configuration of the apartment is optimal, giving you a sense of ample space and light. It's also been decorated and furnished very tastefully and luxuriously, adding to the feeling that you've transported your creature comforts with you. Michael, the owner, is very responsive and communicative, checking in during our stay to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable: very rare these days to have the courtesy of such a personal service. Above all, the cleanliness of the flat met our exacting standards. Very happy we found this apartment: abit like stumbling across a valuable piece of insider, local knowledge!

The apartment was fantastic. I have been staying in Cannes rental apartments for the last 5 years and this is by far my favorite one. The location was perfect for a market at the Palais and the quality of the apartment was top notch.

We have just returned from a wonderful 12 night stay over Christmas. The apartment is stylish and beautifully furnished in a contemporary design with great attention to detail – like staying in a suite at a modern boutique hotel. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was very convenient having 2 bathrooms with a separate bath and shower. It was all very clean and had been maintained to a high standard. The location is perfect – the shops, markets, restaurants and bars all within short walking distance. The Croisette and beach are also extremely close, and we had many a lunch on the beach in the December sunshine. Rue Notre Dame itself is a very quiet street, an added bonus! Michael, the owner was extremely helpful and very prompt in responding to any email communication. I would most definitely recommend this property without hesitation. It will be a pleasure to return here, and something we hope to do in the future.

Absolutely a nice apartment to rent, but advise future lessors the narrow street to load/unload their luggage.

Renting this apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment has a lovely decor and is well maintained. Appliances are all high quality, has a great air conditioning unit, and many upscale touches throughout. Every aspect of our stay was facilitated by the owner's attention to detail, responsiveness to questions, and professionalism. Fantastic location! Close to everything we wanted to do in Cannes (beach, shopping, great restaurants, train station). We will definitely be back!
