The owner was very thorough with all the details on the house, the island, jeep rentals, and places to dine. Crystal, the property manager met us at the ferry and led the way to the house which made it very easy. The house is amazing. I loved that all the bedrooms were the same so there was no fighting over the “best room”. The sunsets were fantastic and the kitchen was great for us to cook together.

This was the best property I’ve ever rented! The owner and manager were great to work with and very detailed with the rental process. The house is perfect for a large group as it has five true master suites. It also had every amenity necessary. Pictures don’t do the views justice…..they were even better in person! Make sure you rent a Jeep as the hills are fairly steep but manageable. Stay at Villa Cin Cin….you won’t regret it!

Villa Cin Cin was amazing. It is even better then the pictures. There were five couples on our trip and there was plenty of room to spread out. The house manager was easy to communicate with. I spoke with the owner several times before our trip. She spoke to me like we were old friends. She gave us great recommendations and answered any question we had. We diffently would go back.

14 of us, who regularly travel together, stayed at Cin Cin for a week, the youngest guest was 16. The house is just as advertised and is beautiful. The view from the house is gorgeous. The private beach is accessible by walking and the snorkeling in the private beach hours upon arriving yielded turtles, squid, fish etc. The house has everything we needed for meals, it seems they've thought of all the things you might need. Crystal the property manager was available when we had a question. Christine, the owner, the details provided, while there were many, they were helpful to know ahead of time. The pool and hot tub were leveraged a lot. The kids used the game room. We pulled outside tables together and played games (lots of games at Cin Cin) and catered a meal. One note: if any of you are runners/joggers, the hills of St. Johns make 'going for a run' into a slow walking routine up and down steep hills. House was quiet, we didn't hear a neighbor and we never heard the young adults and teenagers. Privacy was great. Streaming NCAA worked great, using the SONOS was easy. We drove around the island and nothing ever felt too far from Cin Cin. Stay at Cin Cin. Of any property we drove past, we never saw a property we were jealous of.

There is only one problem with this villa….it’s so perfect, it’s hard to manufacture reasons to leave. We spent 7 days at CIn CIn and the most frequent trip away was to go to the grocery store so we could eat at the house. We found good beaching, snorkeling, yacht watching, villa watching from CinCin. Perfect setting and ownership!

Great, well appointed house, good location with ample on site parking. Very communicative and responsive owner and property manager. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!

Villa CinCin is amazing! We stayed there for a week at the end of August with a family of 5 adults and 3 kids. Here are our favorite things about the villa: 1. The location of the villa is perfect - it is on a peninsula, perched high, so the cross breezes and views over both Rendezvouz Bay and Fish Bay are amazing, and helps so much with having fewer bugs. It is also very private, with no other houses nearby. It is so nice to have a short walk to the private beach and the snorkeling is pretty good (but not as good as places like Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay). 2. The house itself is fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone in our family (8 of us). Loved that all 5 bedrooms were equal - none were nicer than others in terms of space, views, bed size (all 5 kings with queen pullout sofas, beautiful en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers, balconies with amazing views). The furniture, linens, decor were all beautiful - nice thick big towels in the bathrooms, comfortable mattresses. 3. The kitchen was so well stocked! It was nice to have AC in the kitchen/main living space in addition to the bedrooms. The pool, spa, and pool deck, and other outdoor spaces were beautiful with incredible views! The infinity pool is quite large and there is plenty of space to sit in the shade under an overhang. The game room and the lawn with games were fun for the kids and adults. 4. The closet with beach equipment was very helpful! The kids could use the pail and some beach toys, all of us used some of the snorkel gear (the closet had mostly flippers - only a couple snorkels/masks). 5. We rented jeeps right at the Cruz Bay ferry terminal. You really do need Jeeps to get around the island - the roads are very narrow and steep with lots of hairpin turns. 6. The villa really had EVERYTHING! No reason to leave the house other than for some grocery shopping and some snorkeling for variety. 7. The villa manager, Crystal, was very nice and helpful! She was very easy to reach via text and very responsive. The house is in such great condition that we really didn’t need her for anything during our stay. 8. The owners, Christine and Mark, are fantastic as well - so responsive, reliable, gave very detailed info on everything we could have possibly wanted to know about the villa and St John, made us feel so welcome too! Such nice people! We can’t wait to be back! This is the nicest vacation home we have ever stayed at!

We took a family vacation with our daughter, children, our son, his wife and new baby and our son’s in-laws. The accommodation were perfect and had us all our own private spaces with equal luxury in each suite. The views were amazing, the pool was perfect and the patio was so comfortable. We ventured out to some of the beautiful beaches and took a day cruise at Ron’s the island. However, we are all so content to stay at the villa! There was no reason to leave! Crystal was so helpful upon checking in and departure, and the owner and I keep in touch during our stay. It was a perfect vacation and we hope to return! Thank you all!

Great Property would have been even better if there was a generator to take care of power outages. Other than that the house was a perfect fit for our family of 19. Beautiful views. well thought out layout.

This house is amazing! Every bedroom has a beautiful view. The location is easy to all restaurants and beaches. Our family enjoyed ending our day in the pool with beautiful sunsets.

Our group of 8 friends had a fantastic time at this property. It is a beautiful home and pictures do not do it justice. It is a mere 5 minute walk to the best snorkeling beach on the island. We saw sharks, turtles, rays, etc. all from the comfort of our own private beach. This home is truly a gem and you will not be disappointed.

We had a group of 12 people, and absolutely loved this property. St. John is such an amazing island to spend time on, but truthfully, we very rarely left the house! All the bedrooms being King en-suites that were each effectively their “own” space with individual patios and different spectacular views from everyone was spectacular. I just can’t say enough great things about the experience, and I am a regular traveler with my own homes that I rent to others, so I I have very high expectations. Rarely do I feel like I am not in need for anything, or something I would do differently. Just spectacular.

This was absolutely perfect for our big family (20). Each family had their own suite. Well stocked kitchen. The green space we enjoyed every night, with lots of corn hole tournaments and the downstairs bar set up. The game room was also a big hit. The views are magnificent! The upstairs balcony was awesome at night. We would go every year if we could. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful 3-generation family vacation at beautiful Villa Cin Cin; all 10 of us loved it. It is in a spectacular, secure location. The beach inside Ditleff Point has quite a variety of sea life — good snorkeling close by. The house has every convenience and amenity and is fully equipped for our entertainment and cooking. The way it is laid out, it is perfect for families or 5 couples to be together —or have privacy when wanted (eg, a private porch off each room.) Outdoors, we loved the infinity pool, spa, sun deck with chaise lounges, covered porch with couches, dining table and chairs, grille, bar with mini fridge. Jeeping around St. John is very easy. Christine and her staff are the BEST! Mr. Piper, the house manager, was very responsive to our inquiries. The lasagna dinner waiting for us on arrival day was homemade and really delicious, so thoughtful after a day of traveling. It was a fabulous resort experience with a family touch!

An architectural dream perched on a mountaintop with views from every room of the spectacular sunset and sunrise. The week we visited, July 13-20, 2019, the water was pretty swift down at the beach even for experienced paddle board and kayak riders. The Lime Out (floating Taco Bar) is a must . Best tacos and frozen drinks ever.The outside bar and lookout tower were favorites and the infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean and cliffs, superb! Christine is awesome! all furnishings and fixtures Restoration Hardware, sublime!

What an amazing home and experience! We came here to celebrate our 20th anniversary with our daughter and friends. We even renewed our vows on the upper observation deck with a beautiful sunset backdrop. We have stayed at several villas in St. John over the last few years but this house takes the cake! It was truly amazing inside and out with top of the line everything from furnishings to the game room and outdoor toys. Christine was a pleasure to work with and Erin was on top of everything during our stay to make sure our experience was one of the best. 10/10 would recommend and we can’t wait to come back again! Luxury and perfection = Villa Cin Cin!! A 10 star property!! We had the most delightful vacation with our 13 children and grandchildren and hated to leave! Villa Cin Cin is so impressive with its 5 master bedrooms with each having the most comfortable bed ever! 5 of the 7 baths had both an indoor and outdoor shower. Fun under the sensational stars! Each had a private veranda. We were enthralled with the magical sun rises and sunsets from every room! I was in amazement as I kept exploring and finding so many incredible features and even two laundry rooms. The design layout, Restoration Hardware furnishings, beautiful architecture, dazzling infinity pool, hot tub , fun game room and huge outdoor veranda with the bar were some of the outstanding features that we all loved! The attention to every detail was overwhelming! I can’t even imagine finding a Villa on St John that even compares! We had a private beach with excellent snorkeling only a short walk away. We stood in the pool overlooking Cruz Bay and watched the kids play on the beach. I really cannot say enough wonderful words about this gorgeous NEW villa! We will definitely be back! The owner, beautiful sweet Christina Fano walked us through the reservation process and was so patient and kind the whole way! We were so appreciative of the delicious hot lasagna dinner she had prepared for us when we arrived! It was just perfect and the right generous portions. Villa Cin Cin is well worth the cost! WOW What an amazing compound! My wife and I had been to St. John’s many times before and thought it would be a good idea to celebrate my 60th birthday by sharing this special island with our four children and significant others and my grandson. Cin Cin exceeded our expectations, the location of the home in the gated community of Ditleff Point allows for 360 degree water views, with stunning sunsets and sundowns and all day sun in pool area. The layout of the home, design, furnishings are A++- this home should be featured in Architectural Design Magazine. Additionally, having a private beach steps away where we had paddle boards and kayaks and great snorkeling put this place over the top. We had a private chef prepare a couple of dinners which allowed us to enjoy the evenings under the stars- the home also has an amazing observation deck where we would sit after dinner to take in the Milky Way. The owner Christine Fano and property manager Mark Miller were great to deal with and helpful. To sum it up my family members and I said it was an experience that will want to be repeated again.
