Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Toilet was not left clean and, therefore, was crawling with ants. For our length of stay (8 nights) we thought the property should have, at the least, offered clean towels mid- stay. Easy walk to the beach. The beach access may pose an issue in the future since the Windsong resort is expanding and there are a series of 6 new Villas planned next to it. Because the beach is fairly narrow there, the space will be extremely tight for anyone not staying on the beach.

We rented the Studio for 2 days and we had a great stay at the Tree House. The location is perfect and yet you feel much more private than all the hotels near by. A 5min walk to the beach with a couple restaurant, and a center location to access any area of Provo island by car. Recommended ! Hugo

Ivan and Gina are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to your questions. They were awesome! A short walk to the beach, very relaxing!

My sister and I stayed in the ground floor studio and it was perfect! She took the double bed inside the studio and I chose the sofa on the screened in porch as my bed. It's very comfortable to sleep on if you take the back cushions off. There is a twin bed inside the studio as well, but I preferred the fresh air and privacy. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and breakfast out there. We did rent the car from Gena and Ivan and enjoyed our excursions around the island, especially Smith's Reef. The beach is very close to the studio which we walked to every day. We also enjoyed walking to the restaurant/bar Somewhere which is right down the beach. There is the Sandals resort called Beaches which is also in close walking distance. You can be picked up and dropped off there by some of the water excursion companies. We did the 1/2 day conch diving tour where the boat takes you out to dive for conch using their snorkel gear and then the captain takes you to an uninhabited island and makes a conch salad and then dropped us off on the beach at the Windsor Resort which is right where you enter the beach from the your studio. We did use the chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and swimming pool all provided for us. The wifi worked great. Over all I highly recommend staying here and if I ever have the opportunity to go back to T & C I hope this place is available again. Oh yeah.........the Thursday night fish fry was a lot of fun and good food as well as lots of locals selling t-shirts and other really cool souvenirs.

My boyfriend and I spent a week in the Bight Settlement in January 2020 for New Years. The studio was perfect for a couple and was exactly what we needed when booking our holiday trip last minute, in walking distance of the beach and a handful of restaurants. We enjoy walking, so we spent the week exploring restaurants up and down the beach and went without a car, but it is recommended for families or for exploring the other areas of the island. The studio had snorkeling equipment, towels, a/c, and reliable wifi (not that you necessarily want it on vacation!). Turks and Caicos was by far my favorite destination we have visited in the Caribbean, and we would happily stay again at the Treehouse in Bight Settlement! This place was amazing. My wife and I stayed for 7 days for our honeymoon. We stayed in the studio apartment which was just perfect for two people. Walking distance to Grace Bay Beach was beautiful. Must rent the rental car if staying. A lot of locals say everything is walking distance but it’s definitely not so highly recommend getting a rental car. Communication with Ivan was easy when we had any questions. Lovely cozy place. I can’t wait to stay again!

This place was absolutely fabulous! If you are looking for affordable, relaxing vacation steps away from famous Grace Bay beach - this is your place. We stayed in studio with our 8 year old daughter. It is a big open space with queen bed and one twin bed. Huge screened veranda made this space even bigger. They provide a lot of TV channels with free movies and TV shows - definitely a plus, especially with our daughter on this trip. We did snorkeling right at the beach. Saw turtles, sting rays and many other fishes. Gena and Ivan provided awesome service. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.
