We arrived at the property unloaded our things and wanted to start dinner. Started cutting our steaks and turned the faucet on to find no water!!!! I called the manager and they said the plumber was busy and would be the next day . Unacceptable with 10 people in a house with no water. Asked to be moved to another rental but was told didn’t have any available. Could have been avoided if someone had checked the rental before our arrival.

We had a wonderful time! The view was gorgeous and the property was spacious. It was a very comfortable stay!

We came to Branson for a softball tournament and had the best time. The house was phenomenal with beautiful views of the lake. The kids swam right behind the house. Make sure you have water shoes though. We will definitely stay here again if we come back. Thanks for sharing with us!

Waking up and having coffee on either of the patios, watching the sun rise over the lake was just wonderful! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay and it was a joy to cook in there. There were 2 living rooms with the only TVs in the home, allowing the children to have their own area to hang out. There was WiFi available, not the fastest but it did the job. You are in the country, with a paved winding road to travel. The trip to Branson was approx 20 min one way, though we spent lots of our time in the home so it wasn’t a problem for us. The beds weren’t too bad to sleep on and they had plenty of blankets to use. The house was almost perfectly clean, just a little dust and spider webs to be taken care of, downsides of country living. My largest complaint was the driveway, it’s so steep you’ll drive right past if you aren’t paying attention. You could fit 3 cars, with strategic planning of how to get back out! We made sure to back up to the house in order to drive forward up the drive. Otherwise, this house was perfect! We will definitely come back to stay again, hopefully to swim in the lake next time!

This is a great place to stay. Son is stationed in Missouri so this was a great place for all of us to meet. Plenty if room for everyone.

We had a great trip. House was clean and lake was just steps away.

For a large family or two families, this is a perfect place to be by the water and away from the chaos of Branson.

My wife was in love with the kitchen, it was over the top. The yard was steep going down to the lake but it wasn't too bad, I wouldn't run but I didn't feel like I was going to slip and fall. The back patio decks were great. The outdoor furniture was in great shape and the fire pit was a nice feature. Driveway was very very steep but if you take it slow you can get just enough traction to drive out. Would definitely stay here again..

Great stay! Very spacious and private property. Everything about the house was awesome! My group of friends and I would definitely stay again. We really enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the big deck! Only minor pieces were a few ants in kitchen and WiFi was not very good. Overall, great experience!

The location was more remote than we thought it would be but we learned the area quickly and found a place to get groceries and water shoes. The house worked well for us with two teens who sometimes wanted to self isolate. All in all it was a fun area to explore and the house is on our list for a return trip.

We had a wonderful time. Property was as explained in the listing, very clean, lake right in front. Does not have its own slip but we brought our kayaks and just pushed them in the water which worked out perfectly. Kids swam in the lake, has enough backyard space to play! You can see the sunrise and sunset from the deck. Very relaxing! We also rented a Tritoon from the State Park Marina which is 25 minutes away from the property. Also, went hiking at the Lakeside Forest Wilderness Area, good for all age groups, again 20 minutes away! The only feedback that I gave to the property administration was that the internet wasn’t good. We couldn’t watch anything on TV so I suggest bring a few board games if you plan on just chilling inside. All in all it was a memorable trip and will definitely rent this property again!

We loved this property! A beautiful, huge home that was just what we needed for our two young families. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook most meals here. The lake was close enough that we could fish or swim whenever we wanted. The decks were amazing for winding down at the end of the day.

Bathrooms are all wonderful, kitchen is nice, both decks are great. It is a new property so the stockpile of seasonings and things like that weren’t there but with the clean and nice finishes, that was not an issue at all. The dnive to Branson wasn’t bad at all. 30-40 mins to silver Dollar City and the main drag of Branson. 15-20 minutes from the closest true grocery store. We rented a boat one day and did some tubing. There were plenty of activities and this house was nice to come back to in the evening. Be sure to bring your bug spray. Management group was helpful and sent clear instructions on getting to and into the property. Highly recommend this house. The only thing that would push it to perfection would be access to one of the docks close to the house for swimming.
