Great family friendly location with excellent beaches (and coffee!) close by. House is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing poolside holiday. Excellent communication with our host Heather.

The property was clean, inviting and very spacious with everything we needed for the week. Our host was extremely timely with all responses as well as friendly and informative. We loved spending time in the large pool and enjoying use of the kitchen. This property is perfect if you’re looking for a group or family stay — close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. We would 100000% stay again. If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT, it’s worth it!

What a great property to stay at so close to sunrise beach this was a real bonus as the other beaches were crowded and this one was quiet so relaxing at the house after spending the day out nice deep pool to cool off and relax around. The house was very spacious plenty of room and very clean and tidy. Heather was just so great to deal with right throughout the process thanks so much.

Access to the single storey home is simple, and the house spacious and spotless. Parking was on a short and relatively steep driveway. A little tricky for the disabled but manageable for us. We also appreciated the suport handrail in the toilet. All equipment had instructions and TVs easy to use. Beds are very comfortable. Local coffee shop, within walking distance to Sunrise beach excellent. Our maltese/shitzu loved the off-leash beach area. We dined at Sum Young Guys in Noosaville- excellent all round. We also enjoyed a take away from Peregian Beach Hotel on arrival. Delish!! Thank you Heather. Next time we'll come in summer to facilitate that fabulous swimming pool.

Would define stay here again

The property was clean, spacious and an easy walk to the beach. It had comfortable beds, good facilities including a pool and we could use the smart TVs to watch various streaming services in the evening. The host was responsive and check-in simple. The area in which the home is situated is quiet with local amenities an easy drive or walk depending on what was needed. A great holiday was had by us all with the beach access close with one of the best beaches on the Sunshine Coast to enjoy.

Heather was great and quick to respond there was the noise issue because of the construction next door which she did tell us about we just didn’t realize they worked 6:30-4:00 and were right on top of you Heather gave us a out but we decided to stay we just spent our days away from the house the workers did not work on the weekend which was great we spent some time in the pool which is definitely smaller than it looks in the picture but clean and refreshing the house was clean but showing it’s age we would recommend Heathers house minus the construction

This home was very well located. Close to the beach, bus stop and shops. Very quiet street away from the tourist spots. Would definitely recommend.

It was a great place to have a family getaway. There was plenty of room for all to meet together and place where you could go for some quiet time.

Home was well set up for beach holiday with comfortable living areas & also nice around the pool. 10 min walk to off the lead beach. Got a little wet unpacking the car when we arrived as no undercover parking. Nice Prosecco & nibbles when we arrived. Would definitely recommend as nice clean home in good position

After our first stay at DW 2 years ago we were excited to return however unfortunately this excitement quickly turned to disappointment after seeing the cleanliness (or lack thereof) and the way we were treated by Heather after our second stay. The home was dirty with hair and crumbs in the cushions of the leather lounge. There was a chewed dog toy and food remnants under the (quite stained and threadbare) yellow fabric couch in the sitting room and even a button battery in the lounge cushions (I have a 1 year old baby and I find this absolutely terrifying). There was also food burnt onto dirty alfoil in the oven and the bathrooms had a bad sewage smell. The point of this is that when we vacated after 7 days I was informed that the owner was charging us for further cleaning as she claimed there was hair on the sofas (our dogs don’t shed?!) and she said the house had a “pet odour” (I will also mention during our stay it rained everyday so the dogs did not leave the property as would be expected under normal conditions so obviously the owner just needs to not accept dogs/pets in the first place if this is an issue for her). In summary we are certainly not going to be returning to this house next year and I would strongly advise anyone with a dog to look elsewhere as Heather and this property are clearly NOT “Pet Friendly”.

Very clean accommodation with fantastic facilities! The neighbourhood is very quiet and you can walk to the beach! Highly recommend this property for a wonderful experience!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Sunrise Beach property. The house was immaculate, in a quiet neighbourhood and was close to the bus stop for a 10 minute journey to Hastings St. We are already planning our next visit.

There were 5 adults and our furry friend and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Heather communicated with us in a timely and friendly manner. The property was spotless and so well set up for a group stay. Separate living areas inside and out ensured everyone had space when needed. The pool was a sparkling and refreshing delight at the end of a day on the beach. We cannot fault Divine Woodlark Beach House - a short stroll to the beach and great hospitality. Thank you Heather!
