The place and Scott was great. Had a good time

The house was wonderful. Quite neighborhood but short distance to the beach. Only a few blocks. Golf cart was a plus getting all beach supplies there. Lots of grocery stores close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for our family of 6. Very clean and well stocked kitchen! The golf cart was great! Scott is great to rent from and we will definitely stay at this home again!

The place was very nice and comfortable for 8 people! It was nice to have a private backyard with a pool and the surrounding area had a lot of really good restaurants and short walk to a local ice cream stand. Golf cart was a plus! Scott was extremely nice and very easy to get ahold of. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking to stay in the area!!

This property has a great location and the host is very attentive. All needed items are on hand and we did not find any dirtiness other than one bug that came from outside (he was not paying so we made sure to get it out); make sure to get the golf cart offered, it is the best way to go around. We hope to return to this place.

My family (2 couples, 4 tween/teens) stayed at Scotts place for a week. The home was very well laid out and equipped for our group. The golf cart was fantastic for quick trips to the beach and local stops. We had everything we needed and utilized the pool, grill and all the amenities. The owner was very easy to reach. Great location off, out of the way of the very commercial area of Myrtle. if you prefer the Murrells end of Myrtle you will not be disappointed.

House was clean, well maintained, and owners very responsive but not intrusive. We’ll stocked, great pool area, and the patios were wonderful.

Property was in a residential area very quiet restaurants were close by and the beach just a short ride on the golf cart all of the attractions were close by as well overall a great place

We had two families with four kids ages 5-8 and the layout and location was perfect for us. The pool was definitely kid friendly and great for afternoons after visiting the beach. The available golf cart rental is a must as well. Scott was a great communicator and very helpful with any questions we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house! It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen! The pool was perfect for our group and the golf cart was an added bonus! It was perfect to take to and from the beach! Scott was great to work with. He answered all of our questions and was there to help if we needed anything. I highly recommend this home.

The online photos of the house were accurate. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and linens were good quality. The towels were also fluffy and Scott provided plenty of them. The kitchen had all that we needed for our stay. The house is in a mixed use neighborhood, but we didn’t hear any noise or experience unusual traffic on the street. The pool is small but it was perfect for our great grandson and for us. I would recommend renting Scott’s golf cart. It makes hauling beach chairs, coolers, etc. a lot easier. The owner, Scott, was kind, helpful and extremely accommodating. We had a great time and would rent from Scott again.

We have stayed in Myrtle for the last 20 years but typically stay in northern Myrtle at a hotel. Now that our son is older, we decided to try something new. This place was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and our son loved the golf cart. We arrived very late and Scott was there the next day with the golf cart. He was so pleasant to talk to! We will definitely be back again!

This rental has everything you need to enjoy a easy, stress free Vacay. The pool was heated and perfect size for our little ones. The golf cart was a highlight for our family. We never drove our car. We picked up dinner, went to Walmart, and played mini golf with the golf cart. Plenty of ice cream shops around the corner and even a Krispie Kreme! The house had plenty of space for us and everything was in working order. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Scott was very fast and responsive. The beach was just up the road with tons of starfish and dolphins. Would absolutely recommend this rental!

My husband and I stayed with our two younger boys for a week. we had great weather and Scott was very easy to communicate with as any issues came up.... for example the washer, but Scott plans to get that fixed . I Would recommend the golf cart to families for a quick beach ride with many beach items! Overall..... a great stay and very affordable!

We enjoyed our stay, house was very clean, Scott was very helpful, whenever we called him, also very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

My daughter, her husband and their 2 teen age children and I stayed at this property the 2nd week in June. The weather was was cool and rainy, but we still had a great time. Check in was very simple, house was super clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable and set up nicely. Loved the 2 en suites and that 1 was upstairs for the parents and mine was downstairs. Loved the balconies and the pool, area. This is a duplex, but we never heard the neighbors and only saw them a couple of times to say hi.. The golf cart was great to buzz around the community and to the beach. There was parking at all the beach accesses and the area felt safe and secure. This house is in a residential area a couple blocks from the beach - it is a mix of rentals and residents. Lot of close by restaurants and things to do. Scott was very personable and attentive to our needs and questions. Will definitely be back.

The property was just as described. Adding on the golf cart was an excellent idea. The kids enjoyed taking rides on the golf cart in the afternoon and evenings. We even took it to dinner one night at Sara J’s. The location is great. The beach wasn’t extremely busy which is nice. There are several restaurants within 2 miles and a Walmart. Pool was good size for 8 of us! We will stay here again!

Even though our vacation got cut short by the hurricane, Scott and his property were amazing! Looking forward to the next time!

Vacation property very nice. In a great location. Very nice size duplex with a great layout. We had an issue with the neighbor. Our 12 year old was one foot in the neighbors driveway and he came home in his car cursing. Then my husband tries to calm the situation and there was no calming the neighbor down. To the point where he advised us that he has a carry permit and will use force if threatened. The police were called and the neighbor reported the same story we did. The neighbor was really warming us not to be on his property. We didn’t feel safe any longer so we had to move out of our vacation home. We have rented homes year after year and never experienced anything like this before. Scott the property manager was professional though. We knew we were quiet and polite neighbors for the two days we stayed so we couldn’t risk staying longer if the neighbor was that aggravated about a child in his driveway. We were only refunded a small portion and had to scramble to find a new rental, move and spend more money.

The neighborhood was very quiet and the property is kept up well.

My whole enjoyed staying here! Everyone had plenty of room and we all enjoyed walking to and from the beach! Very quiet neighborhood!!

The house was beautiful and the property manager was very friendly and quick with responses. Will definitely try to stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Surfs Up. It’s always clean and comfortable. The pool is the perfect size to cool off in. Beach access is a short drive away. We had 4 great days there before Hurricane Florence had other plans for us. Scott was beyond helpful with helping us to determine if we should evacuate or stay. He kept in contact with us on the situation. Since we had to leave early he also offered to let us use our remaining days on another trip. That was super generous and extremely appreciated! We will be back!

We had such a good time!! We loved the location of the home! The pool was wonderful after a long, hot day at the beach. Very peaceful and relaxing time! We would definitely stay again!
