A lovely and spacious home situated on a breezy hill with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. Our group of three couples particularly enjoyed the in suite bathrooms for privacy . The master bedroom is quite large and the other bedrooms are comfortable. Linens were crisp and clean and the showers were very nice and roomy. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The house is e very large, so it is great for a large group. Outdoor space is simply perfect although we had two critiques, we’d have appreciated more outdoor furnishings in various areas and the house would rise to resort level if there was a pool. I’m not usually a pool person but the house is so lovely, we would have liked to spend the sunny days there but without a place to cool down, it’s a challenge. Even an outdoor shower in the area for sunbathing would be fun. We enjoyed being greeted each morning by a neighbor’s rooster and there are birds to watch as well. On arrival, we were surprised by a large basket of snacks and wine. Nice touch. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well and was also much appreciated during a heat wave. We had a great stay and would stay again.

You cannot beat the views that this villa affords. Easy to get to once we knew our way around. Locals are friendly and there are some good restaurants pretty close by without having to go into Pescara. The owners went out of there way to accommodate us when the weather turned cold and the heat was not turned on yet.

Eccellente soluzione abitativa, con vista panoramica spettacolare sulle colline e sul mare. Ambienti ampi e luminosi, terrazze esterne comode per cene e colazioni all'aperto. Consigliatissimo per soggiorno in Abruzzo. Gestione cordiale e disponibilità massima.

We were with two families in this beautiful house and enjoyed the stay very much. The house is very comfortable and offers a lot of space. The surrounding area is very beautiful and offers a lot of variety for leisure activities. It is close to the beach but you also can quickly reach the mountains and visit nice villages. We also liked the very good recommendations for resaturants, ice cream parlours and excursions, which you will receive as a guest in the information package as a welcome.

The unique style of the villa sitting on top of its own hill give it a 360 degree views all around. Huge grounds for kids to play with private gate closed, all around terraces and unique architecture of the villa made our trip a memorable experience .every room had its air conditioning and a private full bathroom in each room made it very comfy for everyone . A definite return and highly recommend

This house was a dream. Absolutely gorgeous. Immaculately clean and incredible attention to detail. Huge bedrooms and great bathrooms. The out door space is like a dream, just gorgeous views. There was a beautiful welcome basket when we arrived. We had excellent communication with the owner. This was truly an incredible house and experience. We stayed at the villa for 4 nights and enjoyed doing home cooked meals and eating outside while enjoying the stunning views. It was great having lots of space for our family to hang out in. Sunsets were stunning! The property is a little dated so there were a few maintenance issues but the owners responded quickly to our concerns. We are cyclists and while the roads could be a bit a rough, the country side was amazing. Too bad we didn't have more time to explore some of the other routes!

Amazing views from every window and terrace with sounds of church bells from the valley. Close proximity to national parks, blue flag beaches, medieval villages and designer shopping. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and the view was beautiful. It was really nice to have a bathroom in each of our rooms too. We will definitely be back once it gets warmer as it was close enough to the beach for convenience but away from the hustle and bustle of the city....again with a ...great view and enough space and privacy that you don't have to worry about bothering anyone.

The only thing difficult about recommending this property is deciding what was the best part about it. The views are breathtaking at every turn, the land the home sits on is gorgeous and even overlooks a vineyard. The beach is fantastic, and the city is charming, with great shopping, food, entertainment and great local events. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, and we enjoyed having such a beautiful place to rest, relax and talk about what we'd done during the day. The fresh air and comfortable beds made resting up for the next day's adventures a pleasure, as well. The managers are friendly, wonderful and very easy to work with. It was easy to stay and difficult to leave. I hope I get to go back someday.

The rooms are beautifully done, very spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. And the location is perfect - we were 10 minutes away from the beach and very close to Pescara centre. Would definitely recommend it for self-catering groups or couples who are looking for a small home away from home.

The villa was pretty amazing. Our family really enjoyed renting the villa that is located on the top of the mountain! The weather is simply amazing. We went out every day for a walk for about three weeks. It is something that we sure will be doing again really soon.

My friend Tina and I stayed in Daniela's house in Montesilvano Colle in the summer of 2005. It was truly 'home from home'. We had all the comfort and facilities we needed to make our stay enjoyable, from the comfortable beds in the airy bedrooms to the well equipped kitchen. We were able to cook wonderful meals from fresh produce bought from the nearby town and on the garden terraces we sat and sipped the locally produced wine while we enjoyed incredible views on every side of sea, mountains, villages and vineyards. In the family-friendly town we ate the world famous 'gelati'- Italian ice cream , strolled and sunbathed on the wide beaches and swam in the warm Adriatic. You would need some form of transport to get up and down from the town and beaches and to visit the surrounding countryside. We definitely plan to go back again one day.

We traveled to Pescara as a family of 5 with two adults three children. We rented the entire villa for our selfs to have our own privacy and it was truly amazing as we had spectacular views and fresh air. We hired a car to explore the close by beaches and the city was great for shopping, cafes and evening entertainment. We also arranged our own day trips to mountain side and small historical villages. Even though dining out was nice we also loved cooking in the villa and dining on the terrace. The owner (Daniela) is very keen to ensure that our stay was perfect.
