Seefeld was the first stop on our month-long driving vacation through Austria, the Czech Republic, and Germany. What a beautiful place! And Villa Caroline lived up to our expectations in every way: conveniently located a short walk to the city center, shopping, restaurants, and groceries. Ingrid met us at the villa and walked us through everything. The villa was immaculately clean and conveniently arranged for our party of two couples with the two bedrooms, two baths. The large deck was perfect for morning coffee and looking at the incredible views. Parking in the underground garage takes a bit of maneuverability and a vehicle that's not too large as the garage is tight and there's no nearby driveway or street parking. Once we figured out a back-and-forth move, we could exit the tight turn required to exit the garage with a minimum of hassle in our rental Ford Kuga (Ford Escape) but I wouldn't recommend anything larger. All in all, a wonderful stay in a great location!

Wir haben sieben Nächte in der Villa Carolina gewohnt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon die Begrüssung von Ingrid war herzlich. Für die Basisverpflegung, Milch, Wurst, Wein, hatte sie gesorgt. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders den Gas-Kamin haben wir genossen. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf die Berge ist phantastisch. Das Zentrum von Seefeld erreicht man in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is our 4th stay at Villa Caroline and it never fails to be anything other than perfect. The apartment is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a perfect holiday with wonderful views of the alps from the lounge. Ingrid was there to meet us and make sure all was well. The apartment was very Christmassy, even presents under the tree which was lovely. The weather was perfect with plenty of snow. The well-stocked supermarket is also only 5 minutes away on foot, as are all the lovely bars and restaurants in the village centre. Hopefully we will return again and thank you Chris for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment.

Place was perfect for us! We had elderly parents and worked out great with lift. Kitchen was stocked with evetything you need. We did cook some of our breakfasts there. Ingrid had been nice enough to even lesve us some snacks. She also came one night when there was a minor issue with hot water heater which she quickly resolved. Perfect location for us as we ventured out every day on a different day trip. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in the wonderful Villa Caroline for a week with our 2 children and had an amazing time. Absolutely fantastic accommodation, so clean, spacious, well equipped and with stunning views. As others have stated, the photos really don't capture it and we were speechless when we first arrived! The weather was hot and sunny during our stay and so we were also able to take full advantage of the Villas huge outside space. Our first visit to Austria and so pleased we chose Seefeld, such a pretty place and everything is so accessible from the Villa, supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, train station etc and obviously stunning walks, are all a 5-10 minute walk away - we didn't use the car once during our stay. Chris and all those that helped with the booking etc were amazing to deal with, so friendly and helpful, they really do want you to have a wonderful holiday. We have stayed in a lot of holiday rentals over the years, but I can honestly say Villa Caroline takes top prize and we will definitely return.

We enjoyed staying at the beautiful apartment in the simply gorgeous Villa Caroline last week very much indeed. Everything was just perfect and we couldn´t have wished for a better week, nor a warmer welcome. I still can´t get over the amazing views from the lounge! Mountains everywhere you looked - amazing! Sometimes we struggled to leave to get out onto the piste, it´s so comfortable and cosy in the apartment. The apartment is spotlessly clean; the décor extremely tasteful; the towels and bed linen all crisp and fresh; and there was even a welcome basket with wine, ham, rolls and fruit etc. waiting for us in the kitchen upon our arrival. It was lovely and warm, thanks to the lovely fire in the lounge, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and ample radiators. We had plenty of space with our children so that we didn´t all feel on top of each other. They enjoyed the board games provided and were pleased to see that there were some English TV programmes they could watch thanks to the satellite TV. The location is very convenient, and is only a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk to the lifts of the Geschwandtkopf, and only about 3 mins to the ski bus stop which services the ski areas of both Geschwandtkopf and Rosshütte. The well-stocked supermarket is also only 5 minutes away on foot, as are all the lovely bars and restaurants of the centre of the village. Even the swimming pool and ice-rink are only a 5 minute walk away. Thank you again for everything - we will definitely be back, and have actually already re-booked! I would warmly recommend Villa Caroline to anyone looking for a lovely skiing holiday in a beautiful setting.

We were lucky enough to spend Christmas week here. Seefeld is a lovely place and the apartment was perfect in every way. Wonderful welcome from Ingrid, lovely welcome pack/wine and even Christmas presents under the tree! The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable self catering holiday and was spotlessly clean! Fabulous views of the Alps and very convenient for the town centre and all facilities. Very friendly helpful owners. Don't hesitate!

The accommodation was excellent-clean, well equipped and in a great location. There is plenty of walks within easy reach of the apartment and lots of bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk -we ate in a different place every night during our 2 week stay. Seefeld is in a stunning location pictures could never do it justice. We are already planning to return.
