I decided to stay here with my best friend after reading views about how great the area is. The reviews are accurate! This property is in a wonderful location- close to restaurants, shops. It is next to a grocery store, too! The apartment was very clean and prepared for us. We ate breakfast and dinner outside on the patio, and we would walk around the corner to a tapas restaurant or the taqueria for lunch! It was very comfortable and felt like home. Lastly, Vicen is amazing and SO kind!!!! He made sure everything was okay and answered all my questions. I would love to stay here again in the future!!!

Vincen is a very attentive and friendly landlord. The apartment was as described. The communication was excellent (although a translator had to be used). The location of the apartment was what we wanted. Shopping, eating and drinking in the immediate vicinity. Bus stops always nearby. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Ruzafa is in good hands here. If we return to this part of the city, we will take this apartment again. Thank you for the hospitality

We had a great stay! The neighbourhood has many wonderful restaurants and coffee houses. The apartment is close to old town and the many sites it offers. Vicen is a great host, easily reached if needed, and is quick to respond. We will stay here again when in Valencia.

The apartment was very clean, great security control access to the building, perfect location to everything. I would not think twice to stay their again.

The apartment included exactly what offered in the VRBO description. Basic condiments available, water, beds for 8, internet. The host Vincent, very helpful and approachable about tourist questions for the area. Ruzafa is vibrant, developing, and noisy but we had researched the area and matched our research.

Our party of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The location makes it easy to walk to everything in the city center. We would definitely stay again.

From the moment we stepped into Valente’s apartment we knew we had made an excellent choice for this, our first visit to Valencia. Spacious and airy we found everything you might possibly need…and more besides. The beds were comfortable and, even though we were staying in the bustling Ruzafa area, black out curtains ensured a good night’s sleep. There were plenty of sofas and armchairs where we could relax while planning the next trip on our itinerary. As vegetarians we do a lot of our own cooking and here again the kitchen provided all you could wish for. The washing machine worked well and, to crown it all, there was a delightful patio outside. Vincente’s apartment became a cool haven for us, after tramping the streets and riding buses during an exceptionally hot week. Vicente was the perfect hostess never intruding but always there to answer any questions we might have. She obviously cares about her guests and wants to ensure they have a lovely holiday. So many beautiful sites to visit in this charming city and insufficient time to see them all! We’re already planning to return.

This is a very convenient place to stay. There is a nice supermarket next door and it takes 15 mins walk to go to the old city where all of the attractions are located. And the owner is warm-hearted, friendly, and helpful.

El piso está muy bien ubicado, en la zona festiva de Russafa, y a 15 minutos andando de la plaza del ayuntamiento. Es grande, muy bien equipado (¡como en casa!), hay dos cuartos de baño (¡muy práctico para un grupo de 8 mujeres!), y la terraza es grande y muy agradable. La comunicación con Vicen fue muy fluida, nos dio muy buenos consejos y fue muy flexible. ¡Recomendaría este piso sin dudarlo!

Ubicacion perfecta para ir andando a todas partes menos a la playa. La casa es muy grande, comoda y con todo lo necesario y mas.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem lebhaften und trendigen Viertel von Valencia. Viele. Bars und Restaurants sowie Supermärkte nahebei. Zur Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist innen ohne Fenster, bei beiden anderen Fenster zur Straße. Wohnbereich geräumig und bequem. Küche gut ausgestattet. 2 Bäder mit Dusche, eines etwas klein. Uns ist es nicht gelungen, eine gleichbleibende Wassertemperatur beim Duschen zu haben. Die Aussenterrasse mit Tisch Stühlen und Sonnenschirm ist ein Highlight . Die Hausregel besagt, Ruhe ab Mitternacht. Die Bewohner über uns hatten auch danach laut den Fernseher an, rückten Möbel und liefen mit Strassenschuhen umher. Wer wohnt dort? Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Vicen ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets schnell über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Es wäre noch schöner gewesen, wenn es weniger geregnet hätte.

Excellent, spacious and well equipped flat near restaurants, cafes, bus stops and the Russafa Market. My brother and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Valencia that started with a very friendly and comprehensive welcome from Vicen.

The apartment is situated right at the centre of the vibrant and trendy Ruzafa neighbourhood, a short walk from the city centre. Right on the doorsteps are many bars and restaurants which operate right into the small hours, especially at the weekend. The apartment gives the impression of having been a family home, so things like the kitchen, for instance, is well equipped. A big bonus is the patio out the back, which is ideal for breakfasts in the open air. The outside and apartment doors are opened using the NUKI app on your smartphone. This worked well. The owner, Vicen, is very helpful and frequently in touch via WhatsApp. The beds were rated very comfortable by all who used them.

The apartment is in a good location, all points of interest are close. It is important that there is a supermarket right in the building. The apartment is very cozy, where there is everything you need for a good rest. At first we were worried that air conditioning is only in the living room, but this was enough to cool all the rooms. I especially want to write about the owner of the apartment. Vicen is very attentive and if we needed any information or help, we always received an answer by writing. Thanks for all.

Our stay in this apartment was fabulous! Very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of room for 7 people. A BIG plus was having a grocery store downstairs. Would definitely recommend this place to all travelers.

Ideal location with excellent traditional bars and restaurants - supermarket directly below with everything you need - lovely people and the owner was extremely helpful throughout the stay..

We were in the heart of Valencia's Ruzafa neighborhood that has lots of eateries very close with a wide variety of cuisines - including Italian, Middle Eastern, gourmet vegan, etc. - and a grocery store right next door. We got into a rhythm with translation apps for communication as the host speaks very little English. We appreciated have extra building entrance keys, and keyless apartment door entry. Using the "Free Now(MyTaxi) app was easy, as was walking a few blocks to Gran Via. The host is very attentive. It's a very quick walkup and there's an elevator. The view of the architecture is nice. It was great having the place so clean, a patio, two bathrooms with showers. Kitchen and dining room are nice for small groups/meals; the refrigerator is full size. One of the rooms has twin beds so one of our adults had to use a twin; only suggestion would be option to put the two beds together. We saw one roach while there; it seemed to be a fluke, thankfully. Our group is very picky and we had no complaints whatsoever.

The location was great with a car parking space available. The apartment was comfortable & Vincen was very helpful & hospitable. Easy walking distance to many tourist sites which are very child friendly. The local area had lots of bars & restaurants.

Suitable for couple/ families with older children( steep stairs for buggy- small space lift available) or adult groups looking for a good location city break. Friendly owner.

Netjes ingericht en genoeg voorzieningen. Zeer ruim en mooie slaapkamers met fijne bedden. (wij waren met 6 volwassenen) 2 badkamers, al is de 2e wel een beetje behelpen. Héél fijn is het terras aan de achterkant. ipv de normaal kleine balkonnetjes. Het appartement ligt midden in de gezelligheid: bars en restaurantjes I en er is een grote supermarkt direct onder het appartement! Naar het oude centrum is het ong. 15 minuten lopen maar in de wijk Ruzafa is ook genoeg te zien en beleven. Je zit hier veel meer tussen de "locals". Vicen is een hartelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Ze praat alleen Spaans maar we konden ons best redden met google translate. Ze wil alles doen om het haar gasten naar de zin te maken zo heeft zij ook geen vaste in en uitcheck tijden. Super want zo konden wij al vroeg in het appartement en gingen pas om 18.30 uur uitchecken. Verder stond er een ontbijtmand en gaf ze advies mbt bijv. restaurants. Ook heeft ze geholpen met het vervoer vanaf het vliegveld met de metro naar het appartement. Heel handig. Vicen, nogmaals bedankt dat wij in jouw appartement mochten verblijven en voor alle hulp/tips. We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad! Dit appartement met een zeer betrouwbare en vriendelijke host is zeker aan te bevelen!

Great location, comfortable apartment and outdoor space! Perfect for a range of visitors. Bedrooms were spacious and all beds were all comfortable, allowing a great night's sleep. The living room was very comfortable too, with highly effective air conditioning in place. the kitchen was well equipped to allow meals to be prepared and the large fridge and pantry were very useful. there was also a washing machine and outside drying area The dinning area accomodated 6 diners easily. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the Mercadona directly below the apartment was very handy and saved long journeys for essentials. Short walk to the train sation and bull ring and the city centre easily accesible. Lots of taxi's and buses within walking disctance. 7km and 14 euros to the airport. All in all a fantastic flat and dealing with Vicen was an absolute pleasure - she even met us personally and gave us a guided tour - a truly lovely host to match a wonderful apartment. Would recommend this apartment to everyone.
