Sehr gute FeWo mit allem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gemeinschaftspool nur mit Badekappe ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alessandra ist eine tolle, freundliche Vermieterin die auch viele Tips zur Umgebung parat hat.

We were traveling and needed a brief stop-over spot. This was a wonderful villa and Alessandra was such a gracious hostess. Our only regret is that our travel ittenerary did not allow for a longer stay.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Von der Vorplanung, über die herzliche Begrüßung bis zum Abschied war es eine sehr nette Kommunikation. Auch die Hilfe, als wir mal zum Arzt mussten, war super! Danke, Alessandra! Die Wohnung war wie versprochen und für uns Vier genau richtig. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und bekamen noch frische Eier, leckere Melone und Spezialitäten vom lokalen Bäcker dazu. Der Pool war für unsere Tochter das Highlight - am liebsten wäre sie jeden Tag drin gewesen. Frühstück auf der Terrasse war herrlich! Die Lage war für uns mit dem Auto sehr gut, schnell in Livorno und Pisa, aber auch in den schönen kleinen Orten oder Florenz. Unser Highlight war Lucca. Unser Tipp zum Essen sind der Surfer Joe in Livorno und Gigi in Lucca. Auf dem Rückweg unserer Ausflüge war der Supermarkt schnell angefahren, so dass wir uns gut versorgen konnten . Wir würden in der Toskana jederzeit wieder hier wohnen! Danke!

We are honoured that Alessandra chose to share her beautiful home with us. We would describe it as the perfect Tuscan apartment with modern facilities. The spacious accommodation more than met our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and well laid out. The 4 bedrooms made this the perfect location for our party of five. The bathrooms are modern and the kitchen is well equipped. The most wonderful aspect of this accommodation was the private terrace with loungers and a dining table, adding to the comfortable table and living area inside. The pool was one of our most important elements when booking, and we were delighted to find it within 30 seconds walk of the apartment- a safe walk for the family. The children were welcomed and loved their time at the pool. The pool area is well kept and also with loungers - this was probably our favourite space. Thanks to great guidance from our hosts we enjoyed fresh bread every morning from the bakery in Montenero - there is also a small convenience store and pharmacy in the village. A short 5 minute drive takes you there from the apartment- you will need a car to be based here. However, the most impressive aspect of our holiday at Villa Maria was the welcome and accomodating nature of our host Alessandra. Before we arrived, and from our early arrival, both Alessandra and her daughter were the perfect hosts. They gave us all the info we needed on the local area, and treated us to some very special welcoming gifts. We are very grateful that they were willing to open their home to us, and for the time they put in to make our stay perfect. The accommodation is the perfect base to explore Tuscany by car. We travelled both north and south during our stay and recommend exploring Livorno itself - a hidden gem with Medician canals. We are just sorry we didn't stay longer! We hope to return to Villa Maria some day soon - it was simply perfect.
