We have used VRBO many times. Working with Patsy was probably our kindest VRBO experience. She was VERY understanding and helpful with a family thing we had come up. Thank you!!!!! I would HIGHLy recommend staying here. It is nice, great area, had everything you need for your stay and is so close to park city activities. We had six of us staying and all had plenty of room. We went on nightly walks and it is so peaceful where the property is. We definitely want to stay here again but for longer.

Our yearly stay continues to merit 5 stars. Patsy does not sit on her laurels with this rating but continues to make improvements on a yearly basis. She is most considerate and responsive to making certain you have a positive experience!

This was one on my best home away vacation rentals. Although Patsy was not present you could feel her hospitality from a distance. She had thought of everything. You walk into the home and the first thing you see is a beautiful granite island in the kitchen that sits 6 people. The kitchen was fully stocked with different spices. Also a good supply of pots, pans and dishes, but only 2 wine glasses. The bathrooms were fully stocked with every kind of toiletry. The towels were so soft and fluffy. The designs in each room were pleasing to the eye. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a Portable Evaporative Cooler..(Really Nice) Also, a teevee in each room. The master bedroom has an awesome comfortable bed with a speculator view of the golf course and hills. It was very relaxing to sit out on the master bedroom balcony early in the morning. The patio also had an amazing view and lots of seating. We did not have any problems with internet, door codes, etc. Our first night was attending Disney In Concert at Deer Valley Amphitheater only 10 mins away, and then hanging out at the St. Regis hotel for dinner and beverages. The property is in a really great location and has a quaint, upscale air about it. Our day was sight seeing. We drove 30 minute to Salt Lake City to see what it had to offer. I have only 2 regrets, one that we did not stay longer and two that we didn’t get a chance to ride bikes. My family is looking forward to returning in the near future. We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament for our daughter and we brought our dog with us. The townhouse was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a bonus! It was close to everything and the views were amazing!

We spent 5 days in Patsy's place and our in laws rented her other unit in the complex. Everything was wonderful and the access to the gym (MARC) and Park City trails could not be beat. We hope to return! We also traveled with our 4 year old son, and he is still talking about the awesome Creekside playground located less than a mile from the condo.

Very well-appointed! Pasty thought of everything one might need. Lovely surroundings.
