Great location and condo. All was as pictured with ample beach equiptment.

A perfect place for our annual girls weekend

Nice clean condo with pool and easy <1/2 mile walk to beach. Had amazing sunsets. Very quiet building. Was nice having 2 bed/2 bath and full kitchen for cooking. We used the outdoor grill which also has a big patio and fire pit. Loved sitting on outdoor patio for meals. There are some very old beach chairs and beach equipment but recommend checking it first. There are umbrella&chair rentals at beach or for purchase at store a block away. The ‘starter’ kit for toiletries was not enough to last 2 days so be prepared to buy/bring garbage bags, TP, dishwasher soap.

Wonderful stay. Condo is the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Owner has provided virtually anything you could ask for. Clean, good layout, exceptionally quiet. A short stroll to the beach. Owner communicated quickly and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay again.

The photos of the property are pretty accurate, although you can't see all the little details. For example the layout of the master bath is awkward and there isn't anywhere to hang towels, robes, etc in the shower area. Some features of the stove (clock) did not work, screen door was broken but these are just minor issues. The owner was responsive if there was an issue, but it would have been nice to have some written instructions as to operating appliances, handling linens on departure, etc. There are plenty of restaurants/shops either within walking distance or a short drive. The beach is located across the street, but you cannot access it from there so you have to walk a bit, but it's not too far away. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This place had everything we needed. Loved how short a walk to the beach it was. Host was responsive and helpful. Check in and check out a breeze. We enjoyed our stay on Marco Island.

We had a great stay at the condo! It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, with the construction going on (which we were told about before booking) the building had removed the screens from the lanai and we ended up not using it, but besides that everything was great. Lots of beach towels and gear to take to the beach (cart, chairs, etc). It is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Excellent and timely communication with the owner! We would definitely come back! Thank you!

We were pleased with the overall experience of our stay . We were not informed of the construction to the building until a day or so before our arrival, we were a bit disappointed that we really couldn’t enjoy the balcony or view as there was blue film on all the window and the construction cranes were right At the level of our balcony. We also needed to buy extra papertowel, tray bags and dish soap for our stay which I was surprised there wasn’t extra of . It was nice to have great beach access and all the fixings for the beach ! Overall nice stay

My family loved this condo! The location was perfect. The condo was just lovely. The storage had everything we needed for the beach. Caroline was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. The neighbors were kind and welcoming!

The condo was beautiful as advertised. We were happy with the location. We received an email just as we were leaving for our trip that there could be some construction noise during our stay. It was every weekday from 8:00am to 5:30pm. They were using lifts and pressure washers to clean the building and grounds. While I understand maintenance is necessary, we paid a premium for this listing and the constant noise disrupted our vacation stay.

We had a large extended family gathering staying on Marco Island. The convenience of this location to the beach, neighboring resorts, restaurants, etc., was fabulous. No car needed; walking distance for everything needed. 👍🏼

It was a beautiful property. Had everything you could want from kitchen to beach items Unfortunately there was construction going on which required us to leave the unit. Caroline tried to find us another property close by to no avail She agreed to fund us fully and offered 2 free nights on our next stay. It wasn't our expected vacation but Caroline did all she could Only snafu now is getting VRBO fees They could be more guest friendly! Marco is a beautiful place to visit

We stayed for a few days while in Marco Island and loved it—the condo was very comfortable, had easy and convenient parking, and was walkable (!) to both the beach and many of the shops/restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. The only downside is that there appeared to be a major construction project (windows?) going on at the property while we were there, which meant loud construction that started at 8am daily during 4 days of our 5-day stay—wish we would have been given a heads up about that but I think that was more of a one-time event, so I wouldn’t adjust my rating based on that. We’d definitely stay there again.

The condo was clean and access was very easy. We had a short walk (3 blocks) to the beach and restaurants. The unit had a screened porch which was great for coffee in the morning and refreshments at night. The complex had some construction going on (replacing windows) but it did not effect our unit this week. The noise was not that noticeable early in the week but on Friday they were only two units down. They worked from 8:00 AM till 6:00 PM so we were not disturbed. I found it interesting watching the worker while I had my coffee. The unit came complete with beach chairs and a cart to get them too the beach. We had everything we needed to set up house keeping for a week or more. We definitely would stay here again. It can only be better with the new windows and porch screens.

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. The property is a 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment/condo. It has a full kitchen, dining table, and a living room/ sitting area. It is clean with no bugs, comfortable, & only a couple blocks walking distance to the beach public access. The owner Caroline provides some beach items & also a rolling cart to easily transport items to the beach. Caroline is friendly and responded quickly to our questions. Thanks for an enjoyable stay! :)

Other than some minor maintenance issues the property is a nice condo

My teenage daughters and I had a great stay the week before Christmas! The apartment was beautiful and was walking distance to the beach! We were just excited to see palm trees out our window! The owner provided her phone number and cared about our stay! She even made sure we knew to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the beach! It was the perfect relaxing vacation after finals week and made our Holiday memorable!

Everything went great! Caroline is a great host. The property was very clean, modern, safe and with lost of ammenities around.

Had a great time, spending the weekend with my daughters to celebrate my birthday. Easy to access the beach, and lots of beach stuff avaialbable.

We loved it! We have 4 kids 13-12-10-8 everyone was happy. Kids took turn with couch and air mattress. Kids suggest bunk beds. Other then that it was perfect. Plan on going back in may!!!

Very clean and updated nicely. Would stay again. Front door could use a coat of paint and it may be nice to install a deadbolt or chain lock for piece of mind.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. I loved having a screened in balcony and spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed for cooking meals. The property is very well maintained. We hope to be back!
