My 3rd rental here…all facilities as described and working as they should…neighbourhood pleasant and in easy walking distance of restaurants , takeaways and even the Fuerteventura Amsterdam Cannabis cafe which I didn’t try!. Weather could have been better but that’s hardly the fault of thenrenter !

The apartment more than lived up to expectation. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Cooking equipment was as I would want it. I deliberately booked a two bed apartment as previous Fuerteventura one bedders tend to be too small. Helpful communication from landlord. Two really good sun terraces. Top terrace has all day sunshine. Lower terrace has some shade. The apartment is on the edge of El Cotillo. Convenient for supermarket.Short drive to surf beach or to the lagoons. Beautiful beaches. Restaurants are an easy walk. They are ok but not up market. It’s a good place if you are looking for sunshine. I enjoyed it.

I like it having stayed twice..2 terraces..well equipped ..good showers.. responsive owner..really nothing bad to say and will be back next year

Very pleased with everything at this property, everything you needed was available. Comfortable furnishings and beds with 2 pleasant sun areas. Convenient parking and shops, restaurant, bars and beaches were all within easy walking distance. All in all a very enjoyable break.

Quick response from Patrick to pre booking questions, and lots of useful pre arrival info. Property was as expected. Very spacious both inside and on terraces. Well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, micro, etc. Upper terrace has sun until about 5. Lower terrace only sunny first part of morning. Only disappointment was we thought the lower terrace would be sheltered from wind but wasn't. Property on edge of village so views from both terraces and kitchen window across plain to mountains and coast. A quiet area, very peaceful. Good location, 2 minute walk to Hyperdino and 4 or 5 minutes stroll to harbour / center.

Spacious , clean and quiet . El Cotillo is a lovely base for exploring the island . I've stayed in the town in different apartments on previous holidays , but this one is my favourite . I shall be returning again next year .

Enjoyed another great stay in this comfortable apartment. Great location and quiet at night. Weather a bit too windy to make full use of outdoor terraces but hoping will be a case of third time lucky when I book again!

Sunbeds are very uncomfortable and outside seating area not very inviting chairs need cushions but overall very nice.

Lovely spacious apartment with two very good terraces. We mostly used the top terrace which had sun loungers and a table and chairs. Maybe a parasol would have been useful but I imagine with the strong winds that it might not last long. Everything provided in the kitchen and lots of books and DVDs. El Cotillo has lots of restaurants and cafes so you are never short of finding somewhere to eat. It is a little scruffy in places with unfinished and tumble down buildings but that is typical of many holiday resorts in Spain. Overall it has a charming feel.

Great place, quiet and comfortable.

This apartment gave us the perfect base for exploring the island and everything was so convenient. We had all the equipment we needed in this spacious apartment and it so light and airy, in a lovely location with views of both beach and mountains. El Cotillo has everything you might need - lots of places to eat, nearby supermarket and wide expanses of beach. This was our first visit but we hope to be back!

The best holiday apartment we have stayed in. So comfortable and very well equipped. A home from home, from coffee makers to cool bags and lots of handy Tupperware for storage/picnics. Music and DVDs for evenings. Comfortable sofa and beds. The roof sun terrace and separate courtyard lets you catch the sun all day. Very well situated short walks to supermarket, harbours and glorious beaches. This was our first time in El Cotillo, if you like a relaxed atmosphere and wonderful beaches this is the place for you. Communications with Patrick were very smooth and the local agent Steve was very helpful if we needed any assistance or advice.

Ideally situated in Cotillo plenty of hot water- two balconies to chase the sun or find the shade or just look at the views - very comfortable. Now on our ' to return to ' list

3 weeks in this apartment and it delivered perfectly on all counts. It is modern, clean, well equipped, and everything that was needed Thanks to Pat for all his help, and Steve and his wife for the cleaning services

This is a lovely apartment over looking the south beach and the Campo. Outside a good mix of places to sun bath in the morning and afternoon. inside a modern feel with everything you could want for a relaxing stay. Would book again, and have recommended it to others, just hope they don't want to stay when we do......

El Cotillo is such a great place for a really relaxing holiday and this apartment is so well equipped and comfortable that it just makes it so easy to do so. Great experience from first contact and also while there. We will be back! Thank you

Had a problem when we arrived and it only took a call to Patrick and all was sorted straight away .Really enjoyed our stay here with the large area upstairs great for chilling out in the afternoon after being out all morning walking ,great location great apartment would hope to return again in the future

The apartment was very well located and extremely well equipped. The owners blatantly spend a fair amount of time there as they have thought about pretty much everything. Cool bag, cool blocks, Nespresso machine, every cooking utensil you could need, BBQ etc. The only negatives were in the bedroom. I am a big fan of a decent pillow and sadly the apartment only had hollow fibre polyester pillows which offer very little support. The bedding also appeared to be a mixture of cotton and polyester, however I can’t be sure as I didn’t check. Due to being there when it was relatively cool in the evenings, this didn’t bother us too much but I wouldn’t want to be there in the height of summer without pure cotton bedding. Patrick was very quick to respond to all queries and we had no need to contact the owners during our stay. So, apart from the bedding, a great little place to escape to.
