This private room was just want my hunny and I needed for an overnight trip. It’s located in a very quiet and pet friendly neighborhood with a covered parking space. It was a short distance from the airport, the Ascend Amphitheater and downtown area. I’d recommend the rental to a friend, family member and/or stay again in the future.

Our stay was perfect. We had a great time! Everything was accurately described. It wouldn’t hurt if the mattress was replaced - it tended to dip to one side.

I wish I'd known before check-in that there's no shoes allowed on the carpet, I'd have packed my bedroom slippers. I don't like to walk anywhere barefoot, personal preference.
The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure you're comfortable in such a small space (which is bigger than it looks in the photos). The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe. Close to restaurants, shopping, downtown, and the airport. Owners were very responsive. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed here while in Nashville for a conference. The studio was exactly as described. A very clean basic studio apartment with a large mini refrigerator, microwave, water kettle and kuric machine. Check in and all correspondence was quick and easy! Parking was secure in a covered driveway in a nice neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and had a nice tv with good wifi. The owner has three very nice dogs which greet you each day. A nice alternative to the overpriced conference hotel.

We loved staying here! I was cozy and just what we needed while we were in town for a concert. They had amenities available for us as well as a hair dryer that I was very thankful for, since I forgot mine! 10/10

This was perfect for what my mother and I needed during our weekend in Nashville. Room was clean and check in was a breeze! Property was in a great location and made it easy to get to downtown Nashville. Have already booked another stay!

This place was the perfect pit stop to get us closer to the airport for our early flight. It was easy to find and the room was very spacious and cozy. Plus, it was stocked with games, condiments, and toiletries you forgot in the bathroom. The tums were a life saver! Thank you!

Self check in so we showed up later in the day - no problem. There’s a coffee/tea station complete with a hot water kettle and variety of tea. Comfortable bed and our own a/c and heater unit with remote. I can recommend it.

This was a very easy VRBO rental and the owners were very nice. The property was very clean and room was better for us than a hotel room. We had plenty of space and Lindsay thought of everything to make our stay feel like we were at home. The bed was very comfortable and cozy blankets for cold nights! We would stay here again!!!

This property was about 8 miles outside of Nashville and it was perfect for our weekend getaway!

We had a long weekend as my daughter raced in the Music City National BMX Race. This place was PERFECT for the two of us! We were comfortable, the place was clean, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The hosts were pleasant and very accommodating! Would highly recommend and hope we get to visit again!

Perfect Weekender
This home is located in a pleasant little community. Perfect for those on the go around the Nashville area. Close enough to get to the downtown action and enjoy what it has to offer, yet there are plenty of parks and recreation areas to relax and enjoy the day as well.
The host has taken care of the little details for your room that help to make your stay more pleasant.
We would definitely come back for a return stay!

The price was great for the space! You must be able to feel comfortable being able to hear the hosts. It was fine for us because we were exploring the city majority of the time, but we had never experienced a VRBO like that before. I did have a cockroach on my feet in the shower, but the room is sub level with outside so I understand things happen! We would stay again if we come back to the Nashville area. They also had tons of cute animals which we loved. We called it the bunny hotel!
