we had a great stay at 3 Forest Hills. The property is well looked after and the housekeeper and owner were very helpful and may our stay memorable. We have visited Forest Hills a number of times and it is a really good location with great facilities. Better than most five star hotels!

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Barbados. Julian’s Villa played a large part in that. It is just as advertised and the photos are a great depiction of what you will experience. Royal WestMoreland complex is very secure. And well attended. We had an issue with the AC in one of the rooms, but Julian very quickly rectified the situation. You are within 2 miles of Holetown, and all the bars and restaurants that it provides. Overall, I can highly recommend this villa and the area.

The Villa was brilliant. Stayed there with my wife and kids. Julian, the manager/host was ever so accommodating. Anything that we needed, he was a WhatsApp call away and always provided. He also recommended great restaurants and beaches nearby. I would personally like to thank him for making my family feel at home in his villa. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, great villa and great host.

The property was clean and as described. The kitchen had everything we needed and the chilled water and ice facility on the fridge freezer was very useful. The communication with Julian was excellent- any queries were sorted out straight away

Just amazing

The villa was in a great location. Right near the Rum shack and forest hills pool. The additional annexed bedroom worked out great for staying with family but still having our own space. Genevieve the housekeeper was lovely and kept the place spick and span for us during our stay and answered any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Westmoreland. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. Our host checked in once in a while to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Any issues were dealt with straight away. Genevieve was a star and looked after us very well.

The villa is in a lovely position overlooking the golf course with the sea in the distance. It is very comfortable and very well equipped with everything that you would need. Genevieve, the housekeepe, is a gem. The swimming pool, although a few steps away, is excellent and not used much at all. The owner was very helpful to us as we had not visited Barbados. His restaurant recommendations could not be faulted and he responded to all our questions almost by return. A very pleasant and relaxing holiday experience and highly recommended.

Check-in was easy with keys left at the security gate at the front of the property. The unit was clean and spacious and Genevieve is a lovely hard-working housekeeper who walked us through all the details of the property. It is a short drive to the best restaurants and beaches on the island. The unit itself is walking distance to the tennis courts, swimming pool and fitness room. You will enjoy monkeys, ducks at the pond and birds! The main unit sleeps four and there is a cottage right off the main entrance for two more. Our kids loved the independence of the cottage. Parking is right at the front door. We would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the Royal Westmoreland is beautifully situated and has great facilities whilst the house was really pretty, clean and felt like a home. Lovely views too from the spectacular main room. We would definitely return. Thanks also to the owner for all his help during the booking process, very painless!

Greeted by the lovely house keeper who looked after us throughout our stay. The villa is so well positioned and with the doors open a lovely breeze flows through the house. Breakfast on the outside terrace every morning was perfect. The large supermarket is only 10 mins away and same for the beach. This is our 3rd time here and hopefully we will be back soon.

We spent the first 3 weeks in June at Fairways, and really didn't want to leave! The villa is perfectly located and has so many advantages; the bedrooms are both huge and en-suite with loads of wardrobe and drawer space (and plenty of hangars). They are both air-conditioned and keep lovely and cool. Upstairs isn't air-conditioned, but because you are high up on the development, and both ends of the living space have large patio doors which you can open - you get a lovely breeze through. We looked at a couple of other villas on the development while we were there through some friends, and I wouldn't want any other layout as many are all on one floor which means you wouldn't want to leave windows open; you would get more insect problems; etc. Fairways works really well. We also rented the cottage for family members which was perfect; a large studio bedroom with kitchenette/fridge/kettle/microwave and a lovely en-suite. Again, loads of wardrobe space. 3 things made this villa perfect for us; firstly, its location is stunning - great views - very private and quiet. Secondly, the villa has everything you could possibly want in it - the kitchen is like being in your own home - and the big American fridge/freezer is so useful. Thirdly (and possibly the best bit) is Genevieve the housekeeper: She is amazing and such a lovely lady. She changes the towels and bed linen constantly; cleans everything so it is all spotless and is just so helpful - and no matter how hot it gets, she sings and smiles all the time. There are loads of great restaurants locally and with the new Massey's supermarket due to open in Holetown soon (it's like Waitrose) - it's easy to cater for yourselves. We regularly bought fresh fruit and veg from the street sellers and just went to the local supermarket (Jordan's) for other basics. The main pool area of Royal Westmoreland is beautifully maintained with loads of sunbeds/fresh towels etc and the gym is amazing. The shuttle bus to the beach only goes a couple of times a day in low season but as we had a car (driving is really easy on the island) that didn't bother us. We have been to Barbados many times over many years but have always stopped in a hotel - but never again. We hope to return to Fairways many more times in the future - it really is perfect.

Our stay was glorious. Two weeks in this stunning villa that really did contribute to making our holiday memorable for all the right reasons. We could have lazy mornings on the balcony or by the pool whilst planning what to do in the afternoon. And then come back after cocktails and sunsets on the beach to find Genevieve had worked her magic and the villa was as spotless as when we arrived. The villa was exactly as described and whilst the photos are fantastic they don't do the property justice. Especially view (you can now see the Caribbean from both sides of the living room as trees have been cleared). There was also a welcome pack of juices, cereals, milk and bread waiting for us on arrival, so having got here at 6pm straight from the airport we didn't have to worry about breakfast the next morning. The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can do as much catering as you want to with all the gadgets you have at home. There is also a barbecue (buying fish from one of the many local markets is a must). Hundreds of local restaurants, all accessible from the villa, too many to chose from but some that we really enjoyed were: Zaccio's: Fabulous coconut shrimp and pizzas (and they deliver pizzas too) JuJu's: Beach bar that does great burgers and wedges Tides: If you want a special meal or are celebrating a special occasion. Round House: About 40 minutes away but the view is spectacular Beach House: A great place for evening dinner Fish Pot: Lovely for lunch but amongst the pricier ones Chilly Moo's: Ice cream and more ice cream! Mr Delish: Enterprise Beach, he does the most incredible fish nuggets with chilli sauce. A must on every trip to the island. Treetops: The cafe at Earthworks does fabulous Panini and the view is fantastic. Cafe Carizuna: In the Chattel Houses in Holetown. Again, great for wraps and they have free wifi :-) I could go on. Closer to home of course the Rum Shak on Royal Westmoreland is just a stroll away and the perfect place for an early family supper and the service is the best we had on the island. If you have small children do go and look for monkeys playing in the trees near the Sanctuary Spa just before the sun sets. ANd if you are really lucky you will see them run across the back garden too. Suffice to say the property exceeds any and all expectations and is highly recommended.

Such a beautiful villa - I got tearful when we arrived! The children loved playing on the lawn as we sipped drinks on the balcony, and the swimming pools were bliss. So unspoilt and relaxing. The use of Mullins beach was a very special treat too - we became very fond of the virgin coladas!

This is the second year we have stayed at the Fairways Villa and we have enjoyed every minute. We have now visited the Island for 6 years and have fallen completely in love with the place. The locals are the most welcoming and friendly people you would ever wish to meet. My family and I stayed at the villa in August 2010. To say it was superb is an understatement. The villa is quite beautiful and the surrounding views are simply breathtaking. Having breakfast and dinner on the balcony was lovely, and Genevieve the housekeeper was simply awesome. Access to the beaches, bars and shops was easy. Even if you don't drive, there is a shuttle that can transport you back and forth throughout the day. The golf course is first class (even if you play as badly as me, ha!), and I had to literally drag my chidren out of the pool every day, as it was so good. There is also a very good gym. All in all I can only thank you to Neil and Olivia for allowing us the pleasure of experiencing their villa. Thank you, and we will be back. Tony, Cheryl and the kids x

We have just returned from two idyllic weeks at this property and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The lovely housekeeper Genieveve was there to meet us (despite it being her day off and our flight being delayed) with a big smile and a fabulous supper of chicken salad and coconut pie. She then looked after us everyday, ensuring we didn't have to worry about a thing. I took four books with me but didn't read any of them as there as it was just so easy to spend all day staring at the view from the balcony: golfers on the 10th tee, or the Caribbean sea. The description of the property was spot on and everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Even when the tumble drier stopped working Genieveve arranged for maintance to come and look at it, all without us being troubled. The property sits on a lovely quiet spot of the resort yet is within walking distance of the club house, pools, spa and rum shack. Holetown is only five minutes away and has wonderful restaurants and bars right on the beach. And the famous Cliff restaurant is just fifteen minutes away. We would highly recommend this property to friends and would dearly like to return very soon!
