We enjoyed staying in the apartment. It was an ideal location with everything we needed.

Very clean spacious apartment nice view from balcony

Stayed her with my 15 year old daughter for a week , 21st-28tj August. Ryan air flights, great times. Taxi from the airport to apartment was €14- It’s about a 7 min drive. Gill met us at the steps to the apartment. Quite a few steps up but you get used to it, she explained bits and pieces to us. Paid for the use of her Sun lounger cushions, worth it as nice and comfortable on pool loungers every day. Safe & secure area, quiet too. Bit of noise a couple of times as apartment underneath being done up but went out anyway. Apartment lovely, good size bedroom. Comfortable beds. Safe in wardrobe. Big fridge, tassimo coffee machine. Everything you need. Balcony views really nice. Chairs and table, washing line. Fans throughout, not air con , but fine as breezy at night so just keep the window open for a bit to cool the place down. Pool just round the apartment block and just so lovely. Hardly anyone ever there with us! I think at most there were about 7 people there, pretty much most days we went and got a lounger we were the only ones by the pool and in it for hours. And there is always a lovely breeze all the time. It was fantastic, less people the better! Spar supermarket at the bottom of complex steps. Others around too down the front. Walk to the right down Calle Pedro Barba, 5 mins and you are on Avenida las Playa. Beach 5-10 mins to the right and shops, bars , restaurants opposite side. Had lovely meals in Dos Mil Cafe, Trattoria, La Cantina, and particularly liked Cafe La Ola. Sun beds at beach € 10.50 for 2 all day. Only went there once, prefer pool. No bugs, mosquitoes, very clean area. Perfect break away, enjoyed every minute. Memories made.

Couldn’t fault the apartment or the view from the balcony, everything you could need for a great holiday, everything was perfect from start to finish would definitely recommend.

The location of this apartment is excellent, there's a good sized supermarket next door and a lovely pizza restaurant next to that. Every other kind of restaurant and cafe are a 5-10 minute walk away down on the front, each meal we had was very good. It's so easy to catch a bus to the harbour when you fancy a change, or even walk it along the lovely promenade. The apartment itself is great with plenty of storage for your clothes and a washing machine to freshen things up on a longer stay. The weather let us down badly with some of the coldest temperatures experienced on Lanzarote. A fan heater in the room would have made a big difference to our stay, otherwise - perfect! We had good customer service from Gill and made use of the friendly airport transfer.

Loved this apartment, very comfortable, everything you could need was there and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Free wifi was a bonus, complex was lovely and quiet and 2 minutes from the strip, were going to try our hardest to use this apartment/complex again & we'll be recommending it to family and friends

My daughter and I stayed at the apartment on a short break 3 - 8 August 2017. The apartment has everything you could ask for and is a real home from home. It was very clean and well presented. The sea view from the balcony is lovely. It gets the sun from early morning until mid afternoon and is totally private. The complex is quiet as is the pool, yet the situation couldn't be more convenient for restaurants, bars and the beach which are only a few minutes walk away. There is a well stocked supermarket literally on the doorstep which is open from early until 10.00pm. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and, in fact, hope to be returning in the very near future.
