Got a ton of snow 1st 2 days there. More than some felt comfortable skiing. Had one epic day, with sun and groomed runs. Crowds were dispersed. House was bare bones providing only house amenities. Wasn’t prepared for that. I guess thats how independent B &Bs work. Think it was built by same guy who built house we owned in Sunriver. Nice house. Accomodated family well.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We found it exactly as advertised. Instead of Christmas gifts of more “stuff” for my adult children and their significant others this year, I rented this house for a family weekend of making memories. There were 11 of us total. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was as well. Our only 2 complaints were that we did have to go buy some more trash bags (there were only 2 provided) since with such a large group, unfortunately we created quite a bit of trash in 3 days, and the second one was that we could only find one baking sheet. However, we did not consider these to be anything that detracted from the enjoyment of our stay.

Other than the dishwasher not working, everything else was good. The place was clean and quiet and just what we needed.

Comfy beds, large open space, and overall beautiful property. Perfect for multiple families. Loved our time there.

Plenty of space to enjoy family time. Loved the deck space outside and the privacy! Centrally located, so easy to get to the village by car or bike.

We came here for a little snow getaway with my family and my sisters family. Even though there wasn’t any snow right at the house it was just a half hour drive to Mt Bachelor and they have super fun sledding hills at the bottom. The house was a perfect size for our two families and we loved the hot tub and number of bathrooms was very convenient. We have kids ranging in ages from 1-14 and it was suited well for all ages. The only suggestion I would have for the home would be that the furniture and bedding could use some updating. The pillows felt flat and old. The TV systems are pretty outdated as well. But overall this place was nice and fit us very comfortably.

Family of six stayed here. It was very clean and cozy.

This was our second week-long stay in this home. As with last year, this was a great experience. The house is spacious and has a nice layout. It is well furnished and has amenities such as bicycles and a game table. The owner is very responsive to questions and possible issues.

This house was perfect for 6 adults and 3 children. The kitchen had plenty of everything we needed. The location is perfect for Fort Rock park and the river, since the SHARC was closed. We hope to return!

This house was our all-time favorite house of any we've stayed in in SunRiver (and that has been many). We will come back. We loved the huge entertainment room and kitchen. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed but a juicer. We found everything worked, including the multiple bikes. We had a great time. Thank you!

Great location and home.

Excellent home for family Christmas gathering! The extra decorative holiday touches such as a beautiful decorated Christmas tree meant a lot to our family. Homeowner extremely responsive. We all want to return!

Great family property! Well stocked kitchen and great location! Sharc water park passes were fabulous fun for all!

This property probably exceeded expectations. It is a good location and, even though the lot borders Abbot Drive, very quiet. The owners have provided this spacious house with comfortable furnishings, great appliances and kitchen utensils, and ample paper expendables. The large, semi-secluded deck with its southwestern exposure is a definite plus. In the garage were six adult/youth bikes and four smaller bikes for guests to use. All seemed to be in great condition. The multi-game table in the garage is showing some wear from rough use by guests. The owner was very conscientious is making sure our stay was enjoyable and the property management company was efficient. We hope to be able to stay here again.

We started here for one week and loved it! There is plenty of room for multiple families to share space comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked. Close location to the Village and the SHARC. We would definitely recommend!

Great house perfect for a crew of 10! Clean and had all the cooking utensils and pots, griddle, waffle maker you could want! Perhaps could use a few more actual pool towels (larger than bath towels) for use at SHARC but passes were awesome and House was spacious and the Owner was great about communicating! Bikes were also a bonus!! A definitely great place that I would return to! Perfect family getaway!!

The kitchen was so nice and big with lots of pantry storage, which made it easy for 3 families to share. Deck and hot tub were great. This is a very nice, clean and spacious home which we enjoyed for meals and playing games, but the sleeping situation was very uncomfortable for some. The King Master badly needs a new mattress. The 2 Queen beds downstairs were okay, but the futon pads in the 3rd bedroom were uncomfortable. After 3 nights of discomfort, two of our three families left one day early. We had a nice time, but sad that our family vacation was cut short.

We had a great week in Sunriver! We had 2 families stay in the house, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. The bikes and game table kept everyone entertained and we loved relaxing in the spa at the end of the day. The SHARC passes were a huge bonus as everyone loved our time there. The location was great and was pretty close to Bend. We were also not too far from Tumalo Falls, Paulina Falls and East Lake - all fun day trips. We were even able to bike to the Lava Caves. I would love to come back again sometime. Thank you!!

The floor plan of the home was perfect for a large family. The kids had the whole downstairs which allowed my husband and I privacy upstairs. Great location! Kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty water park passes and bikes to get there. We were very pleased and look forward to going back soon! Thank you for a lovely experience.

We had a lovely time at this rental. Between 4 adults and 4 kids, there was plenty of room for everyone. The whole house was very clean (which is very important to me), and it was in a nice, quiet location. I would absolutely recommend this home to others and would definitely stay there again.

Great location, great property! Nice, big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms! The hot tub, bikes, and air hockey table were a hit with everyone! I sure wish we could have stayed another 3 nights!!

We had three families with kids and the house set up worked great. We look forward to future stays here. The kitchen was well stocked and we really had no complaints at all.

Our family of 11 had plenty of space to gather, eat and play as well as get away for quiet time when needed. Everything we needed was provided. The location was smack dab in the middle of Sunriver and enabled us to walk to SHARK and Fort Rock Park. We will be back in the Summer for sure!

We would look to booking this home again for a future stay. We were 7 of us with 3 adults and 4 teens. The sleeping quarters are super comfortable, clean, warm and lovely. The bathrooms are well designed and hot water more than adequate for several showers in parallel even with teens! The hot tub was lovely and hot as noted by the owner upon arrival. Owner was accessible for simple questions/queries to make finding little things that were but obvious to find anyways! There was a view of Mt. Bachelor we could glimpse from the home when the clouds cleared on occasion for the early bird! Nice touch of the window above the fireplace. The garage was usable - although this time the weather did not challenge us enough to want to park inside - however we could have parked one SUV comfortably and maybe even 2 if needed if we moved the pool table aside. The kitchen is well appointed and very usable for making meals for a good sized group. We mostly brought pre-made meals we warmed up but we could see making meals as needed. Above all, a very easy transaction, a beautiful home that only met and exceeded our expectations. And as a special treat there was even a Christmas tree that was put up to bring in holiday cheer.

This was a wonderfully quiet, private and spacious home. There were 5 of us, two couples and a single adult. We had our own bedrooms and our own baths, which gave us good privacy. The house had everything we needed and included an excellently stocked kitchen, plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor dining and relaxing. We enjoyed the Netflix and internet connectivity. The home is just far enough from the river to have a nice walk there and feel like you got a little exercise. We were close to the Newberry Crater sites, we saw them all. Just a beautiful home in a great location.

We are always a little reluctant to rent homes online for the obvious reasons. I am thankful that we decided to rent this home. It is a large, beautiful home, with a great floor plan. With 3 of the bedrooms downstairs, you could not ask for a better home to stay at with children. The bikes were great, miles of beautiful bike paths. The deck was wonderful, we watched the deer walk through every morning. This home was very clean and well organized. We can't say enough about how comfortable we felt.
