Clean, very child friendly and less than 20 minutes to Disney Parks with heavy traffic

The property was within walking distance to the pool area. We were very close to all the Disney attractions, shopping and restaurants. With a young family, staying in to cook, a can opener, more baking sheets and 9x13 baking dishes would be an awesome addition. The condo was very clean and comfortable for our stay! I would highly recommend this property for your Florida vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here overall. Having the extra baby items available was extremely nice. We also loved the pool/water park area! The host was very easy to communicate with. My only negatives would be that they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper. We pay a lot of money to not be provided with something as simple as toilet paper for the week. It was the same with trash bags… we were only given 2 and our stay was for 9 nights. I’m not sure why there wouldn’t just be a box of trash bags under the kitchen sink. We were comfortable here though, and enjoyed our stay.

The condo was everything that we expected. We loved the pool and extra beds, games and toys in the kids’ room. Everything was clean and the on-site laundry was a plus.

This property is perfect for any family headed to Disneyworld. It’s a quick drive to and from the parks, and a perfect place to rest your weary feet after a long day of walking. We’ll stocked kitchen has everything you may need.

Would definitely stay again. Location was great for all we wanted to do. It was just as the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable,everything worked properly. Highly recommend this property.

Sujit’s condo was so perfect for our first trip to Disney with two young kids 2 and 5. Literally anything I could think of that kids would need is provided. They loved playing in their themed room with all the toys, games and movies. We had coffee on the balcony most mornings and had a chill day at the pool and arcade in the resort. Walmart super center is just down the street and all the neighbors were quiet plus top floor with an elevator was a plus. We can’t wait to go back!

Mickey Mouse Farmhouse was an excellent fit for our family. The location to the parks was great. The resort pool an amenities were a great addition to a spectacular condo.

This property was absolutely the perfect space for my family of 5. The kids had room to move around and we could still relax at night while they slept in their own beds. The double stroller really came into use at Disney! Highly recommend!

Very good location. Disney world parks are near by and you have easy access to shops and restaurants close to this house.

My family had a great experience at this property - condo was clean and decorated very well, my kids loved all the toys and Mickey Mouse theme. The complex has a fantastic pool, splash pad, and arcade - lots of included amenities and it was easy to get to Disney from this location. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to any messaged. Would highly recommend!

This is a great value property. My kids loved the bunkbed and toys. My main gripe is the fact that there was extremely loud construction noise every day - they were doing work on the roof and my kids (1 and 3) would not nap because the noise was scaring them. We had to change our plans the last day so we could get them to nap in the car to save our sanity. We were never notified of the construction. If we would have known beforehand, we would’ve found another place to stay. It made for a frustrating week.

Super close to magic kingdom and animal kingdom. Great amenities. Only negative was the floor in the condo “appeared clean” but we were barefoot and all had to wash our feet BEFORE we went to bed because the bottom of them were so black. So if they’ll mop the floors……..it’s a 5 star rating. Otherwise I can only give a 4. Owner was SUPER to work with.

Clean, great location to all theme parks and restaurants. Nice to have a Walmart and Starbucks around the corner.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Mickey Mouse Farmhouse. The location was perfect for what we needed. Everything was close by, and we only had a short drive to Disney. We enjoyed the home as well as the resort amenities. We would love to visit again sometime! The only negative is that it was very muggy in the house, and we weren’t allowed to set the A/C any lower than 73°. This made our visit a little uncomfortable at times, especially with the hot/humid Florida temperatures. Overall though, we had a great stay!

Nice condo, not too far from Disney. The place was nice, appeared to be recently updated and had lots of kid friendly items. We’d definitely stay here again!

This property met our needs for a fun week at Disney. The location is centrally located to lots of things. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything you would need for kids including toys, highchair, and even a stroller to use. Some cons was that it could be cleaner. The sheets had lipstick on them (I do not wear lipstick) making me think they were not washed prior to our arrival. I also feel like it needs a good deep clean as there was some areas around the baseboards that hadn’t been touched in a while. The living room also needs new furniture. It definitely looks nice but it must be staging furniture because it is hard as a rock to sit on which was a bummer after a long day of walking at Disney. My kids actually preferred to sit on the floor. If they stepped up cleaning and got some more comfortable furniture we would stay here again! Host was great and very responsive to our needs.

I would defiantly book this property again the next time I go to Disney

The Pros and Cons: Pros: The owner Sujit has excellent communication all thru prompt emails. No questions went unanswered. This condo was just adorable! Very well decorated. It was roomy and accommodated our needs. Three HDTVS are great. We had four adults and one four year old. We used the double stroller due to its sturdier wheels which was perfect for a long day at Magic Kingdom. It was a fast 15 mins away. Our stay was only 3 days and 2 nights but we were able to have easy prepared breakfasts and even a home cooked meal with the kitchen supplies. We even had two pre-registered guests that were able to visit us one afternoon. Only paying guests have access to things like the pool, not visitors. Btw, the preheated pool was a blessing this December! The nearby Walmart had a ton of Disney supplies and souvenirs that we highly recommend! That’s where we also grocery shopped. The Cons: The provided towels are standard size but are one set per person and thin. Our. Cc!! beach towels saved us. Definitely bring towels! There are NO standard large pots. Only small and medium. But what was there worked for our homemade spaghetti meal for four. The condo is definitely clean when walking in. But later we noticed a thick band of dust above all the door frames that need attention. The master bedroom door has a creepy long squeak lol. DW-40 and it will be eliminated. The couch is firm. The mattresses need to be more comfortable. Not the best but we survived. Just be forewarned. The cleaning supplies were very small and basic. So bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap! We picked some up from the Walmart. If you’re going to wash clothes more than once or twice bring your own detergent and make sure that it’s HE detergent for the side by side HE machines. All in all this condo is in a prime location. The CONS do not out weigh the PROS. READ your Welcome Packet thoroughly because it lists EVERYTHING from what’s near you to where to stash your bags in order to stay neat and organized during your stay. I recommend Mickey’s Farmhouse and would rent from Sujit in a heartbeat!

The apartment was just like the pictures. Beautiful stay, well stocked, extras for the kids, and good communication with host.

This condo was exactly as represented. Location and amenities were perfect for our family and for our visits to the Disney parks. The owner was very responsive and replied to any questions or requests quickly. I would definitely rent this unit again.
