As a nature lover, I really enjoyed this oceanfront balcony alongside several lush palm trees above perfectly vegetated dunes with a short distance to the water. We have stayed at many oceanfront condos over the years, and this one is my favorite. The beach was never too crowded and the Indian Rocks area is gorgeous and well kept. There are many great restaurants within a few miles and even within walking distance. This condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. I highly recommend a stay at this condo!

Can't beat this location! My family rented 3 units and we were able to spend beach time and dinner time together. The unit was nice, beach chairs rusty and old. Overall will book again!!!

This was our fourth or fifth stay in Samuel’s condo. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Not having to use a key was very helpful. Our kids loved the pool. We plan to return next year!

For the most part the condo was ok. Filter in Furnace was very dirty, I know cause our allergies were going crazy. The beds were very uncomfortable. But the view was breathtaking... the best part of our stay.

We love Indian Rocks Beach, and the Hamilton House is in the perfect location. Small, quiet building, spacious units, nice pool, super close to the water, gorgeous oceanfront views, and walking distance to many great restaurants. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable. We had an issue with the smoke detectors, and the owner was very responsive and fixed it right away. The ceiling fans didn't work well and could all stand to be replaced, but overall a very nice unit that we definitely recommend.

Great Location

We enjoyed staying there! It’s a great beach to walk and swim! And, a beach big enough for everyone! A swim in the pool later! Sunsets from patio at night!

We love the area and have stayed in many different spots along the IRB/Madeira area over the years. This location is great for walking to many restaurants and little shops. The condo itself was as described, although the kitchen supplies were bare minimum, no cookie sheets, 1 wooden cutting board, 3 trash bags provided, 1/2 roll of paper towel left etc. These items were not promised but we've stayed at many other places that provide so much more. The worst thing about the condo was the master bed. It is a mattress on a metal frame and both my husband and I sunk in horribly. We have never slept on a worse mattress. It is so bad that one morning my husband didn't see me and thought I'd gotten up, he flung his arm over and hit me in the face. The cleanliness could have been better - the corners of floor had accumulated some dirt and you could tell not given a lot of attention. We were able to hear people in the stairwell at all hours (right across from stairs) so the soundproofing isn't great. The biggest reasons for the 2 star rating is the bed. Get a new mattress and your star rating would be 4.

The property was as represented in the pictures. The appliances were impeccable. The beach equipment was adequate. I would vacation here again. The location is absolutely perfect. The pool is well maintained and the beach is wonderful.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The bedroom comforters and pillows appeared to need cleaning/and or replacing. We noticed some stains. However, this was a very nice place to stay on a lovely beach. The view from the balcony was amazing. Plus, it’s in close proximity to great restaurants and shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your Condo. The beach and sunsets were memorable and the close proximity of many restaurants and bars made meal time planning a breeze. So many places to choose from that we never ran out of things to eat or shops to visit. Loved the laid-back vibe and the gorgeous view from your balcony. Wonderful to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's in an older small building in a great location with beach views. The condo was very clean, well stocked, quiet, and very comfortable. There is a small pool and easy access to the beach. There are numerous restaurants nearby and it's easy to travel to both St Pete's and Clearwater Beach. The patio was large and a great place to have meals overlooking the beach. I would highly recommend this condo for your stay in Indian Rocks Beach.

Very clean, everything we needed including plenty of towels/washcloths, kitchen utensils, beach equipment. Beds were very comfortable. Best part- the balcony! It was large with nice furniture and a beautiful palm tree that provided shade during the hot afternoons. Quiet area and not too busy in October. Plenty of nearby restaurants. We will definitely return!

This property has taken care of all your needs away from home. Owner very attentive to any questions you may have. Great location for walking to restaurants. The sunset views are just amazing.

This was our third time staying in Samuel's property. It looked like the bathrooms had been updated since our last stay. The beds are very comfortable. We cooked in several times and everything worked well. We loved not having to carry a key anywhere. We look forward to our next stay.

Very nice condo. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet no pool noise at all. All tile floors which is a little scary for my older parents. Overall really nice condo, would definitely stay again, just might bring my mom a rug. Lol. All appliances work. Very comfortable place. We have stayed in Hamilton house for 4 years and each room is very different. We really enjoyed this room.

This property was great! It was equipped with beach chairs, toys and towels. You just need to show up and enjoy. The location was great and an ideal beach vacation. Only wish was the Charcoal grill provided for the full unit to be upgraded.

Condo was very clean and everything just as pictured on website. Great area also. My family really enjoyed our stay at this unit!

We enjoyed being back in Indian Rocks. Love the area. Missed being able to see the Phillies. Condo was nice. All appliances worked fine but could be updated. We read “change filter” alert on microwave and refrigerator. Could use new dish towels and bath mats. Was well stocked w/linens, kitchen necessities, and beach amenities. Liked having the palm trees at the corner of the dock. Made the view ver tropical.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks. The condo was clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs.

This was our 5th vacation to the Indian Rocks Beach area, and this condo was by far the best location. Right on the beach, easy walk to restaurants and shops, and it had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
