Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Conil . Das Appartement war sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Die Bars und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft werden von vielen Spaniern frequentiert und sind daher sehr authentisch, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Auch die nebenan liegende Markthalle mit frischen Produkten ist toll. Conil ist auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt wert - und das Appartement mit der großen Dachterasse sowieso.

We had a wonderful time in Conil. The apartment is located in just the right place: not too close to the nightlife but close enough to reach everything by foot, beach, bars and stores. Tom Bell is very helpful. Thanks to his information we got to Conil very well prepared. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Thanks for a great vacation!

A lovely apartment in a good location,ideal for beach,restaurants & bars

We had a really good time in Conil. The appartement was perfect for us. Situated in the town center, all we needed was just a short walk away. The roof terrace was nice for having an afternoon nap. My family was happy and so am I. There‘s a good chance we will come back.

Spent just under 6 weeks in Conil and on the whole the apartment was just what we wanted, nicely situated and underground parking was essential as the roads around the apartment were extremely busy. On the downside as the floors we all marble tiled , noises from the other apartments was very loud, nothing to absorb the sounds. The weather was very kind to us and we were able to take advantage of the roof terrace although the stairs were very steep and slippery. However all that said we would be happy to recommend it to fellow holidaymakers.#

We had a wonderful stay in Tom's apartment. Conil is a lovely town and the property is in the nicest area. Market, bakers, greengrocers and take away churro shop all on the doorstep. As well as plenty of nice bars and cafes. The apartment has everything you could need and was spotless. Tom was a huge help beforehand with advice on directions and car rental. We definitely intend to return.

We had such a great stay in Tom's apartment. From the start he was always very helpful with any questions I had, and had very helpful info on directions and how to pick the keys up etc. The apartment was spacious and very clean, but what makes it such a gem is its position and the roof terrace. Every thing you need, from churros, tostadas, tapas, ice creams, market, shops, ATMs, just literally steps away. We really loved the feel of the barrio. The beach just a 10 minute walk, but the very private roof terrace was just perfect if you were feeling very lazy! We had only stayed at hotels in the centre of Conil before, but to have that lovely outdoor space with loungers was so good! As usual, Conil was wonderful, made even better by this lovely apartment. Thanks Tom. We will be back!

We had an amazing week in Conil de la Frontera. Conil is a wonderful Spanish town, with a great beach and loads of fantastic places to eat and the apartment is perfectly located to enjoy it all. The private roof terrace is a real bonus. Cadiz is only a short drive away, perfect for a day trip. We also really liked the nearby El Palmar beach. But it was pretty hard to tear ourselves away from sunbathing on the terrace! Highly recommended.

Nice apartment in the center of Conil. Close to restaurants, shops and above all the mercado. The terrace offers some great views. The garage is a nice feature although its layout is probably not the best which makes parking your car a small challenge. The apartment is clean and the furniture fits its purpose.

Keys for the apartment were collected from an office about 350m away. This process was straightforward with no problems and the staff provided helpful information, especially about the underground car park and access to the apartment. The parking was a real boon in an area where parking on the street can be very hard to find. The place was clean and well furnished. The owner provided information sheets which were very useful and worth reading. The apartment was as described and the kitchen well equipped for all our needs while there. The roof sun terrace was really private and was well appreciated for topping up the tans when not on the beach. Shops for food were very close, especially a bread and cake shop only 30m away from the front door - very handy for breakfast. There are also some restaurants close by if you didn't want to go further to the more touristy areas. The beach and the main centre are about 10-15 minutes walk away so are well within striking distance, but the way back is uphill, sometimes steep in places, so leave some energy after swimming or overindulging at the restaurants. Temperatures when we were there were regularly above 30 degrees during the middle of the day. A particular favourite was the good selection of heladerias serving up great ice cream and coffee. There is also no shortage of restaurants and tapas bars in the town. The beach is wide with good clean fine sand and there is often a breeze to help you keep cool. However, it did blow enough on one day to start kicking up some sand. The sea shelves gently with a sandy bottom and was fine for swimming. The flat acts a good base for visits. We visited the beaches at Zahara de los Atunes and Barossa - both good beaches, although Zahara was probably our favourite. However, other locations are within easy striking distance including Vejer, Barbate and Chiclana. We also visited Tarifa where one of our party went on a whale watching tour and saw orcas and dolphins. For those interested in wildlife, we also saw flamingos in the marshes when we drove towards El Puerto de Santa Maria. Communications with the owner were very good and the deposit returned in short order after our stay. I would be happy to recommend this apartment to others.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Conil direkt am Markt. Dadurch,dass man einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz im Haus hat,braucht man sich keinen Sorgen zu machen. Die Wohnung ist nett und die Schlafzimmer sind groß genug. Das Masterbedroom ist im Hochsommer ist etwas heiß. Die Terasse ist sehr geräumig und man hat einen tollen Blick über die Dächer von Conil. Falls man nicht an den Strand will,ist man gut dort oben aufgehoben. Man sollte jedoch wissen,dass man in der Innenstadt ist und der Lärmpegel etwas lauter ist!! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!! Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet.

We had a wonderful week in Conil,7 days of sunshine spent making the most of all the fabulous food & drink on offer in this lovely traditional area of Spain.The apartment was perfectly located with plenty of bars & shops on the doorstep & was a short walk from many more bars,restaurants & the beach. The apartment itself is lovely,& felt like a home rather than holiday accommodation. We definitely hope to be able to come & stay here again!

We've stayed in rented accommodation in Conil on a number of occasions over the past few years but this was by far the best. It really is difficult to fault the location: near enough to Conil's fast-developing nightlife but tucked away on a fairly quiet side-street. The beach is an easy stroll away but supermarkets big and small - as well as the impressive meat and fish market - are on the doorstep. Having a private garage is a great bonus - parking in Conil in high season can be distinctly tricky - but that's where our car stayed for the whole week; everything could be reached on foot. And should you ever tire of the beach, the shops, the bars and restaurants there's always the peaceful haven of the private rooftop terrace. Wonderful.

Excellent & quick booking procedure with Tom, the owner. He provided us with lots of useful information. The appartment was exactly as described, clean, modern & well equipped. Added bonuses of secure parking (especially in Conil's narrow streets) & the private roof terrace where we relaxed in the sun most afternoons. Central location to all the restaurants & bars & where we could wander in a relaxed & safe atmosphere. The nearby beach is within a 10 minute walk from the appartment & from there you can walk for miles to other beaches on the coast. Conil is a typical spanish resort & comparatively cheaper than the UK. We really enjoyed our holiday there.

My wife and I stayed for a week in May 2014.The apartment is as described. It is well maintained and comfortable and has all the facilities required for an enjoyable stay. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace which is very private. The owner was very helpful. Communications, booking process,Property information and directions provided were excellent. The apartment is in a great location.Greengrocer,bakery,general shop,bars,restaurants are within a short distance..A large supermarket is 5 minutes walk away.The centre of Conil and the main town beach are only a short stroll. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

This apartment is perfectly located on a nice street, near the shops and near the centre. After making contact via email with the friendly and attentive English owner everything went smoothly and pleasantly. Our Spanish hostess in Conil came to see us when we arrived and showed us around the fine apartment. The facilities inside really leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is complete, the living room comfortable and the bed rooms clean and quiet. On the roof terrace you can spend hours just reading and relaxing. We visited in early May but the whole atmosphere in Conil was already relaxed and warm as in summer. It's the perfect holiday feeling just lying on the immense beach right before the town towards the evening. Just strolling barefoot over the very wide sands as the waves steadily roll in... Tourism in Conil luckily remains far removed from the 'industrial' scale reached elsewhere and this undoubtably is one important reason why the people here are so very friendly. You really get the feeling that you are visiting Spain and not some anonymous holiday resort which could be located anywhere. As to things you can do there are many possibilities. We went to Tarifa for a boat trip to see dolpins and whales, which was great. My two daughters of 12 and 14, respectively, immensely enjoyed that but even they were anxious to return in time for the beach in the afternoon. We also did a beautiful cliff walk from Barbate to Canos la meca. Lots of other things you can do of course...
