We had a great stay at the property. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything listed was provided. There is so much to do and see in the area. The location was a perfect distance to explore areas to the north and south of Nags head. The host responded quickly to any questions I had.

House was clean, comfortable. Had a garage which was a plus to keep our motorcycles in during the time it was raining. Also had a nice fire pit in the back to sit around and enjoy. We absolutely loved our stay.

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. We did have a big cockroach crawl across the floor one night and the place could have been cleaned a little better (mostly the floors). However, the listing is accurate and worked fine for what we needed.

All around good experience

My family and I spent 7 nights at Malinda's property in Kill Devil Hills. All in all it was a fantastic stay, I enjoyed sitting out on the sundeck in the morning and late at night enjoying the ocean breeze. Most everything we needed was in the rental and cooking in the kitchen was easy, with all cookware available. Malinda was prompt with responses and helpful with the few issues we did have. The wifi connection was iffy for most of the trip but it was nice to disconnect either way. The only other issue was cleanliness, the floors could have used a mopping and most windows and glass screen doors could've used some TLC, but we did not let it deter us from enjoying the rental. The beach was close, but we still opted to pack the car and drive to an access with a ramp to easily get our wagon across to the beach. So many great restaurants were nearby and the neighborhood was great. Thanks Malinda for the stay!

Our family had an amazing time staying at this property! Malinda is a great host and truly cares for her property! We were very fortunate to come across this gem. The location was wonderful and a short drive to all of our favorite places and a very short distance to the beach! ⛱️ The rooms and beds were very comfortable and very inviting. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. We loved the entire layout of the house. We will definately come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Cape. It is centrally located, away from the highway, just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance of several stores and restaurants.

Me and 5 of my friends stayed in this house to fish out of Oregon inlet. It was conveniently located about 15 minutes away from the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center and had restaurants nearby that were excellent. Mahi Mahi’s Island Grill is right across the street and was so good we ate there twice!! Property was exactly as owner represented and wouldn’t be to bad a place to bring the family.

i would say that it was well worth the cost - convenient to the ocean, restaurants, plenty of room, full kitchen needs. Otherf than dust balls under tow beds, and other areas that were not well cleaned we were very satisfied.

Close to beach and anything else you could need in the OuterBanks. Very reasonable priced and better then any hotel. Short easy access to the beach.

The house and the location was perfect for us. We had a group of 6 and we were centrally located to everything and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was very clean with plenty of room. I would definitely book it again. Highly recommend this place. The owner was great and communication was easy. Please be advised to bring your own towels.

Our first trip to the outer banks. The location was perfect, and the house was beautiful. Close to everything and just a five minute walk to the beach. The house was neat and clean with plenty of room. I would definitely book it again. Highly recommend this place. The owners were great with communicating with us in a timely manner.

First of all, this property is gorgeous! We had a long weekend in this cottage & it was everything we expected & more! The spaciousness, the location & everything about this property was absolutely perfect!

This place was just perfect for my familty of four. Super nice and super convenient to everything.

Host was incredibly responsive to inquiries and house was very clean. Close to beach access and grocery stores. Our kids loved the outdoor swing!

Reservation was easy! Communication with owner was smooth and very helpful. Great location!! We definitely will return to The Cape!
