My wife and I stayed here with our dogs for the second time and enjoyed it all over again. You can't beat the price for the location, communication was easy, and the house is just perfect for two. We will definitely stay here again!

Great little place in a convenient to all spot. Less than an hour from Biltmore which was our main reason for coming to the area. Wish the weather had been nicer to do some local exploring but had a few much needed relax day on Sat for hub instead before heading to the estate on Sun. That being said there are a few things that would've made that more enjoyable- 1 being that you need a REAL coffee pot. Nothing fancy-good old Mr. Coffee will do! But there's nothing cozier than the smell of fresh brewing coffee in the morning! ☕☕❤️❤️Especially damp chilly ones like we had. Also not conducive to the "jammy" day was the decidedly uncozy couch. Hub is 6'2 & kept hitting his head on the sill behind him & with the wooden frame it's just not a comfortable piece overall. Both easy & inexpensive fixes. The only other issue was the low water pressure in the shower. Ok for a quick soap & rinse but my thick coarse hair would've taken forever to wash & rinse so I just let it go for the weekend. But I realize that might be something the owners have no control over- could just be the utilities in the neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our visit, the dog friendliness is a HUGE plus for us since we take them with us alot. 🐶🐶Would hope to get them out & about more next time as well weather permitting🙏🌞😀

This little cottage is perfectly located in downtown Brevard, a very easy walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was very clean and inviting. We stayed with our dog and the small fenced in yard was perfect for him. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best get away here! Such a great location. We were able to walk everywhere in Brevard and enjoy the beautiful fall leaves :) We will definitely be coming again!

Ideal location, very quiet, but a short walk to all the cute shops & restaurants in Brevard. Loved having a secure yard for our pup. My only suggestion is to take a new photo of the cottage now with all gorgeous fall colors! 🍁

Wonderful relaxing efficiency cottage convenient to downtown. Excellent bed, cottage artfully decorated with all the necessary equipment for a week long stay. Very safe and quiet setting.

Well appointed and centrally located home! Just a great place all around - beautiful decor, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, walking distance to town, nice fenced in outdoor area with seating, host was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here in Brevard. The house was just what we needed for my husband and I and our stabyhound for four nights. Hiked Dupont, Gorges, and Pisgah. Ate some great dinners at Vescovo and the Greystone Inn, even stumbled upon a crawfish low country boil food truck at Oskar Blues. Being able to walk downtown was great, hope we will return soon!

Our second stay at this perfect place. Everything you need, walking distance to downtown. Our dogs loved trips to dog park and breweries, as did we. Susie is the best!

This was an excellent place the location was wonderful, and the accommodations were first rate. Instruction and directions were spot on. Bed was really comfortable the setting was really nice and quiet. Will probably go again this summer.

We loved our stay!! The cottage was perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable & clean. The location was fabulous, walking distance to shops & eateries. Looking for a homebase to start off hiking in various forests, waterfall hunting, trips to nearby cities, a walk to the downtown? This cozy cottage has all the amenities needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible for couples and furbabies including a Keurig! We were so happy to find extra blankets during the cold snap and even shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Check in/out were easy as pie and I don't think there was any improvement suggestions we could make for our stay. Thank you for having us!

My husband and I stayed here for some hiking and football. It was the perfect size for the two of us and we loved how we could walk to breakfast in the morning and dinner at night. Susie was wonderful to work with and even found something that I left and sent it back to me the same day. We would definitely stay here again!

We were celebrating a belated birthday for my husband, but we luckily stayed in Brevard during a special weekend for this little mountain city. Our home for three nights was perfect for us -- clean, quiet, private, cozy and comfortable. On Saturday, the main streets were closed and there were various Halloween events. We were on the avenue for a race and a parade -- what could be better? We took our dog Lucy to the Brevard Dog Park - that was a highlight. We enoyed meals at Wild Morel; Love, Eat, Thai Restaurant; and Big Mike's Pizza -- all within walking distance. All three were great! I can't think of a single negative for our visit! It was a Halloween treat!
