We all enjoyed ourselves

Loved it!! Plenty of room , A/C in cabin super cold! 10 of us fit fine ( 2 were children) with the air mattress provided. House was cozy and clean. Highly recommend.

It was really nice the only thing was the phone service. Verizon doesn’t work out there! Other then that it’s so nice and quiet out there. Also the place is exactly what it says it has.

We were expecting warm weather but that did not stop my granddaughters from swimming. We had a great time! Thank you!!’

Spent thanksgiving at the cabin with my husband and our 3 boys. Place was very spacious, clean and warm. I had too many questions for the owner and all were answered nicely and prompt. Kitchen was very well equipped as I was able to cook a full thanksgiving meal for my family. Definetely reccomend Partner and Gees Cabin!

Was a awesome little place slept 12 comfortably the owners were very helpful water was close walking distance

We enjoyed our getaway to the Frio. River is down but there’s a great swimming hole right there down from the cabin. Perfect place for a little relaxation!!

We have gone to Concan several times over the years and have stayed in a variety of places! This has been my favorite place so far!!!!! The location is easy walking to the river, a convenient store, a pool ($7.50/person), and putt-putt. The house is nice- decent sized kitchen as we cooked everyday. There is a fire-pit out front with metal chairs (exactly like pic). Def bring chairs for the river (or dance if you go the park). Also remember to bring your river towels! We brought both as mentioned. I was given a suggestion to bring our own knife set (steaks/meat, chopping, and scissors) and I am glad we did. Made things alot easier. beds were comfy and the house was cool. All in all a good stay and hoping to stay there again the next time we go!

Place was nice

Cute house right in the middle of concan, plenty of parking, lots of space inside the house as well as outside. Very short walk to the river. Felt like I was right at home! Favorite place I've stayed in concan-definitely will stay here again.

Stayed for 2 days and it was a nice little place to get away to. Enjoyed being outside in the nice weather.

The property is much bigger than I expected. Has pretty much everything you need and the house was cook when we arrived. Only thing I would change is, the ac in the back room off the kitchen I would change it to a bigger ac. Other than that it was a great place and would stay again. Very quick walk to the river

River access was amazing and not over populated! The places was clean and didn’t see one bug! Had everything we needed! We didn’t have any issues! Our kids absolutely loved it! Brenda quickly responded to any questions we had!

The property is nothing like the pictures there are a few chairs outside a broken fire pit a joke of a bbq, the racks were all bent. Inside the house the master bath needs a plumber the water fills the stand in shower. The kitchen is not stocked please take your own pots and pans, the ones that are there are broken and extremely dated. The dining table is on its last leg. Before leaving we are asked to clean the house so then what is the point of the cleaning fee if we do all the cleaning, because there're not spider webs but cob webs all over the corners. Also take raid spiders, roaches, and scorpions run the house we spent half the time killing and spraying the house.

Our stay here was fantastic. It’s close to everything. A short walk down the hill to swim. There’s a deep swimming hole with a rope swing. We were able drive down river road and launch our own tubes. You can float right back to the camp. The cabin is stocked with everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.

Good space but primary bed was very uncomfortable and many little things need attention, drawer in kitchen and outdoor furniture, fire pit and grill were very rusty and uncomfortable

Our stay here was fantastic. It’s close to everything. A short walk down the hill to swim. There’s a deep swimming hole with a rope swing. We were able drive down river road and launch our own tubes. You can float right back to the camp. The cabin is stocked with everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed here for a little get away. We absolutely loved everything about this cabin. It was not only close enough to the river that we could just walk to it, but the cabin itself had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

We love the house we stayed in ,it was very nice and convenient to stores, restaurants, and the Frio river . Brenda was very helpful and made us feel at home. Thanks Brenda and mike we will be staying at you all property god willing next year.
