Great property close enough to all amenities. Property manager was helpful and easy to contact. Only negative was the rules around the pool no jumping or floats a little restrictive if you have children. Overall a great holiday ☺️

Villa is wonderful, everything in it for a fantastic stay down to chairs for the pool, beach towels and even a shopping trolley to go to the supermarket. Villa was spotless and Tania the keyhole is lovely. Villa is close to 525 strip which is a bonus. The Vrecknet family will return- thank you!

Townhouse clean and well equipped, only downfall is the pool area you have to access through a secure gate and children not allowed to use balls or inflatables.

My wife and I visit Los Alcazares on a regular basis and have stayed at several other apartments on the Albatross complex and this one was excellent. The apartment was lovely, clean, tidy and spacious with aircon and fans in each room. The rooms were modern and comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Tania, the property manager, was very helpful communicating with us prior to our trip and when we arrived. The pool was fine although the access was a little away from the property. We would definitely book again when we return to Los Alcazares on our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything on doorstep and just a short stroll away. Shops, restaurants and beach all easily accessible and it was lovely and warm in April.

Nice and peaceful
We arrived after having Tania, the property manager, arrange for us the transfer from the airport. Tania was there to greet us and explained everything we needed to know. Everything worked well although our only 'complaint' was the beds & pillows were too soft but that's a personal thing. Our transfer back to the airport was rearranged by Tania due to our original driver having car trouble. It was a pleasure to stay there and if we did encounter any problems I'm sure that Tania would have sorted them out for us. Would definitely go back there.

Buen alojamiento, aunque de menaje de cocina muy escaso. La limpieza de la cocina muy deficiente y el resto de las estancias buena. Hay bastante distancia a la playa. Es importante saber inglés para poder comunicarte con la asesora inmobiliaria y poder ver la televisión.

El apartamento es espacioso pero le falta mantenimiento. Poco iluminado, con falta de bombillas o fundidas. Toalleros desatornillados. No hay aire acondicionado en el dormitorio de abajo, con las literas. La cocina con equipamiento justo y desparejado. La terraza superior ocupada por dos bicicletas oxidadas que impedían utilizarla al completo. Hormigas por el salón. Canales de televisión SÓLO en inglés. Piscina comunitaria con restricciones de horario.

EL ALOJAMIENTO ETA BIEN, NO TAN LIMPIO COMO ESPERABAMOS, PUES CON LA TARIFA DE 80€ QUE DEBES PAGAR EN EFECTIVO ESPERABAMOS QUE EL HORNO ESTUVIERA LIMPIO, LOS PLATOS TAMPOCO ESTABAN, LOS UTENSILIOS DE COCINA TAMPOCO ESTABAN LIMPIOS, HABIA MUCHAS HORMIGAS ...PERO POR LO DEMAS BIEN

Great all round experience
We had a great two week stay at this property. Location was fantastic, 5 mins walk to Euro Marina, shops and bars. 10 mins to beach, which is great because trying to get parked near the beach is a nightmare. The property was spotless and had everything we needed, beach towels, sunbeds, parasol, air conditioning was the best we've had, not one drip of water all the time we had it on. I cant find anything to criticise, if we want to stay in this area again we would definitely book this property again.

Nice house
Excellent accommodation and well positioned for all amenities. We stayed 6 weeks.
Ample room for 4 adults and 2 children.
Washing line on the roof terrace could be repaired and we bought a couple of larger glasses (for beers and gin!)
Bought a couple of chairs for the beach and then found 2 Under the bunk beds along with a parasol!!!!!!!
BBQ outside the kitchen was well used.
