Location. 10 min walk to historical center. Parking, it is for extra charge, but near to the hotel.

We have a room on the first floor. The canalisation in the kitchen working with the pump. It is very noisy. You can't use it when someone is sleeping in the room.

I didn’t like that the apartment does have mold infiltrations. the smell was pretty evident. there wasn’t any living-room, small kitchen but it is having all the needed appliances. we had coffee and tea, sugar, etc.. the bed for my bedroom was squeaky as hell

The room was spacy and it was close to the walking path between Tampa hill and the old town walls. Very nice location, the center is close. Host took care of the parking for free, even though it is not a pleasant area for finding it. A nice quiet house a bit above the old town. Very warm and comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom with all that you need, room designed in film noir style, just the way I like it :) Internet and heating system are available and easy to use. It can be used as home office and it has plenty of warm water, this is something you cannot take for granted in cold Brasov :)

English speaking of the host could be a bit better.

If i was to nitpick... the floor in the kitchen is slippery especially when walking down the steps.

All the rest. Beginning with the good help and communication with the host. Espectacular. Then, the apartment was super correct, the main bedroom had an electrical fireplace super nice! The neighbourhood was far enough to be quite and near enough from the center to go in a walk.

The sheets of the beds were a little bit old-fashioned and not smooth. Maybe the mattress a little bit noisy and old.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is cosy and it has all necessary things for a comfortable vacation. The location is quiet and easy accessible. The stuff is very friendly and helpful!

It was close to the city center within walking distance. Pet friendly but expect to be charged an extra ~50% of the room price for it. Good parking provided even if it’s not immediately near the property.

We’ve got stuck inside the room because of a faulty door lock and we weren’t the first ones to experience this. The mattress wasn’t comfortable. There was a noisy dehumidifier running because the apartment is a bit below the ground level so it’s quite humid.

Everything was like in description. We enjoyed our room. Kitchen might be little better equipped. Rest in good condition.

Almost everything is ok. The host helped us a lot to find this place, her english is very good. We had what we wanted. Clean bed lining, towels, plates and cups, showergel, soap.

Poor plant - tree, is has no water at all(( there are no foot towels, no deep plates, smell of cigarettes in the kitchen, toilet lid is broken. But these are little inconvenient can be fixed quickly😊

Wonderful apartment, we were two friends and had our own rooms which were very tidy. Everything was practically perfect.

One remote didn't work but the housekeeper fixed it.
