Fast check in and ckean

This hotel is convenient to route 38 and everything in Mount Laurel and it’s only 35 minutes from downtown Philly!

The ONLY thing that could improve this hotel is having healthy breakfast options like fruit/granola/yogurt.

Friendly staff at check in.

Room was dirty, never vacuumed, found trash on the floor. Multiple things in the room itself were broken (cabinet, coat rack was hanging off wall, curtains broken). Maids left empty tissue box in bathroom with 3 tissues sticking out to make it look like a flower, they could see the box was empty and didn't restock items since last guests had used the items. Maids were knocking on door trying to have us leave our room before it was even check out time and even though we had our do not disturb sign on the door.

Tub in wheelchair accessible room, couldn’t shower and there were no shower chairs available

Convenient location, good breakfast, comfortable bed.

The first room we got ,had ants all over the table and air-conditioning unit. We got a different room, but in the shower the self was broken.

It's in a good location, breakfast was very good,rooms were clean and employees were very nice.

The Staff was very pleasant. The roomwas exceptionally clean. The room met our needs. The location met our needs to complete our mission.

The cost for the room was high for that type of room. I expected a larger room for a suite. There were quite a few sporting teams staying and you could hear them at night. Finally the lighting wasn't the best in the room.

I didn’t like anything. they lost my reservation and did nothing to accommodate me!!!! Absolutely Horrible service!!!
