I mean it is a quiet place in a quiet neighborhood.

the room is small so it was difficult to enjoy for four days. if you have a short visit, this could be a place to stay though.

The apartment had a great view. There is a shopping centre nearby, a Bakery next door and small mini mart.

The studio apartment was lovely, nice and clean, had a lot of outdoor space, fantastic views. would go back if we were there again.

Kitchen was very small. shower unit very tight.

The neighborhood was really quiet and close to a supermarket and a mall; the view was really good; it had both a fan and an airconditioning; the bed was comfortable enough. Also, it had netflix and the host was very polite.

As for the location, although the neighborhood was quiet, it was about 16 minutes (1.1km) walking from the Underground (not far but not close, as well). Cleanliness was not as expected. In particular the bathroom needed a lot of work, as there were hair on the floor, the toilet brush was not in a condition to be used, and a really bad smell came off. There was only a little more than half toilet paper for our three-day stay. The room was really hot, as it is on the terrace and you need to have the airconditioning always turned on to stay inside. Also, it is a third-floor room with no elevator. Finally, you could not feel secure, since the door of the terrace cannot be locked, and the door for the apartment was not safe, and the windows could not be locked properly.

Pretty good location. Cozy room. Nice host.

WiFi maybe acceptable for a short leisure stay (if you just want to read news or post some pictures) but if you think of working from the apartment connection is very average (especially upload that is less than 1Mb/s).

the owner is friendly and help u if u need something. I like the terrace and the free Netflix.

the kitchen need to renew the cabinet too.

The host is very good and friendly, speaks English, and can supply you with much valuable information or pick you up from the airport for a reasonable price. The location is very good - very close to the University of West Attica, campus II. Great locations for those who need to visit the university. There is a small grocery shop just downstairs, and lots of small shops, pharmacies, and cafeterias around. There are also huge supermarkets within a few minutes to walk. There is a big terrace and a nice view, although obstructed by power grid lines.

The internet router is inside the room so the WiFi signal is good and you may connect to the internet via an Ethernet RJ45 UTP cable. Internet was 5 megabits download, 0.8 megabit upload, and the latency of 23 ms. This latency is via a cable. WiFi adds extra milliseconds to the latency. The lightning is unconventional - there are lots of good local lightning, e.g., for reading, but the overall room is lit weakly. The kitchen space is very small. It is hard to cook something due to the small size of the kitchen which is essentially a narrow passway between the room and the bathroom. Doors and windows are not very airtight, there are gaps through which the wind blows when there is a strong wind outside. The apartment is located on the roof of the building. To get into the apartment, you need to climb four levels up the spiral staircase. There is no elevator. There are flower pots on the stairs, which are beautiful but narrow the passage. If you have large heavy suitcases, then it will not be so convenient to climb up to the apartment by this spiral staircase.
