Technical It had a bed and running water. Office guy was a good guy and the location was ok from the highway. Lights were working. ........

Only I can say was it had a bed but property is dirty. That's counting the room that I had to relocate to. Dirty sheets..no toilet paper in restroom

Nothing it was loud people was yelling and slamming doors

There was a giant hole in the wall by the sink. Roaches. Spiders. The bathroom door was broken you couldnt shut it. The tv remote didnt work. Got a new one from the office and that one didnt work either. A couple if noghts ago i stay there in another room and the tv didnt have a power cord. The microwaves power cord was cut. There were needle caps in the bathtub grain. Just disgusting.

Horrible property like something off a horror movie

Roaches were everywhere it was filthy and nasty with dried blood on the wall and mold on the ceiling and mildew in that fridge.

I really enjoy the staff members and especially the housekeepers. They are doing a great job at customer service and at keeping the facility clean. My husband and I have two dogs that are registered and unlike most hotels, they follow the guidelines on registered animals. They get to know their customers that come here alot. It's almost like seeing family again when they notice we are back!

Probably need to spray a few more times for insects. Quite a few extra beetles running around.

The staff is freaking awesome here. And if you're a loyal customer they sure remember you and will treat you like family when you walk on the property. The cleaning couple are super awesome. Treat guests with dignity and respect and like I said like family!

They need to spray more in the rooms for roaches and for spiders. Especially the older rooms.

I was able to get YouTube on the small old crappy tv. Nothing else though. Not one thing.

1. I was eaten alive by bugs and suffered many many bites that blistered and itch. This was from the third room I was offered. 2. The neighbors in the next room had the chair from my room and sat outside our doors smoking pot and cigarettes and talking until late into the nights that I stayed. 3. After half my stay, I asked for the remainder refunded so I could stay somewhere else. I was declined my refund, but offered an upgraded room instead. Once I got moved to that room, it was discovered that the air did not blow cold. I informed the office and was told maintenance would be there to check into it. No one showed up to fix it within the next three hours, and I was told “what I needed to do” to get the air fixed. For the record, the Texas temperature that day was 109 degrees. So I packed up my things and booked a room for the next four nights at LaQuinta, which I should have done in the first place. They should have refunded my remaining two days and just let me go on. Instead, I am out more than $100 from Lone Star. 4. The first room I was offered had no microwave, trash on the floor and the door wouldn’t shut all the way. The second room offered to me had a cockroach in the toilet and pee under the seat. The third room was the best of the three, but it’s the one that yielded me all the big bites and blisters.

I didn’t like anything about the property

The place was very dirty and run down. There were flies and crickets everywhere. It was a nightmare.
