We usually rent condos at the resort (for 15 years). Being on the beach with the big lawn area for sports was a great change. The children are older now, so it was easy going back and forth to the resort for member activities. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and listening to the ocean on the porch was the best! We highly recommend this condo to others.

Quiet, clean and exactly as advertised. We loved our stay here and will be back! Full sized washer/dryer, ample space, beautiful kitchen and the VIEWS!!!! Beach access was convenient and it was wonderful to see the sunrise and see the pelicans flying by. Took advantage of the golf course nearby and lovely restaurants.

Condo was clean and well furnished. Would recommend more dishwasher pods as they only sell large amounts at the Publix. Ice maker would not dispense from the refrigerator door. Other than that, everything was great.

While we did have a great time, we feel stays at other resorts were just as nice and we didn’t pay asMuch!We think we are paying for the golf courses on the premises along with the beautiful landscaping/flowers for the full time residences.Additionally, there were kids in the “adult “ pool when the family/ kids pool was across the street.It’s a lovely area, the condo was beautiful but the this resort is way overpriced.Dogs barking while being walkedIn grassy area out front at 7am is not an alarm we requested.

Very nice condo with a few buts. The building is a long walk to the pools especially if you’re carrying items for children. I believe the mattresses were memory foam and the problem is you sink into them which I dislike. Also, there is very little to do in the area unless you go back and forth over a toll bridge.

Condo is lovely and a great location, but sadly there were numerous maintenance issues (broken ice maker, missing shelves in refrigerator, dryer was absolutely packed with sand and debris, overhead lights burned out, slider screen wheel stuck so you couldn’t move it without it falling off.) I understand that these things happen, but the bigger issue is that numerous calls to maintenance (number provided in book), no one ever came to fix any of it!

This is the 3rd year we've come to Cinnamon Beach for a long weekend getaway with our kids and grandkids. We all love being right by the beach and having the wonderful pools right there as well. The condo was very nice, probably the nicest one we've stayed at so far. (The grandkids loved the bunk beds.) The kitchen was well stocked and the condo as a whole was very clean.

The rental was very spacious and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the beach without all of the crowds. Loved the community and the town. Our favorite treat was going to Raga Coffee and it sounds crazy, but we loved sitting on the balcony the day it rained. Sometimes you just have to stop and rest. We do recommend adding nice beach chairs for your guests to use. Most all beach condos we stay in have them. Overall great stay!

This property was even better than the pictures! Our family enjoyed our week at Cinnamon Beach. This property was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The pictures show a small grill on the porch which was not available so plan accordingly. We ate at JT's one night and it was wonderful. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained property, I would highly recommend this unit.

All and all it was a very good experience only issue but I am sure it was due to peak season was the inflexibility to check in prior to 4PM. Traffic at the gate was ridiculous with families all checking in at the same time. Management should consider at least two check in times to relieve traffic

We typically stay in Flagler but had some changes and ended up at Cinnamon Beach and it was absolutely great. Kids loved the pool and even though it was busy we always found a spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The beach was nice however the rocks made it challenging for the kids to go into the water but if you walk down to the beach access at the pool there aren’t as many. We will most certainly be back.

It was a very easy process renting the property and communicating with the management company. The property was great! It was beautifully redecorated, perfectly located, and well appointed with plenty of dishes, cook wear and glasses, just everything needed to feel at home. We will definitely rent this unit again!

We were ecstatic with how nicely appointed #532 was and how ultimately comfortable it was for my family of 4.
