We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and they did everything to make our time there great. They took in consideration our dietary requirements and cooked very great food for us. They were also very helpful to help us plan our visits around Valbrona. We also appreciated the SPA and the massages.

Owner was amazing very helpful and nice person.He gave me a lift to lakeside which I appreciate a lot.

The staff was super helpful. I had to check in super late and they waited for me to arrive, also they served me breakfast out of the time because I wasn't aware what time it ended. They did their best to help me on this trip. Also the hotel have awesome views.

The room was a little cold and I couldn't adjust the temperature, but the bathroom remain warmer and it was nice.

I spent two evenings at this place. The staff were extremely polite and approachable. They allowed us to do check in later than predicted time. The food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was better than expected! I would definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit Lago di Como and not spend too much on accomodation.

Although a very good food and nice people, a little renovation of the hotel wouldn't hurt.

First of all I want to highlight the attitude of staff - it was over than perfect. Owner of hotel was so friendly and helpful: all time he supported us and gave consultations how to rich the hotel and another touristic places ! Hotel was not so big but so nice and clean ! Room was very big and clean! In the room we get: comfortable beds, big wardrobe with a mirror, TV, nice balcony and so big bath: toilet, shower and also bath ! Hotel provided clean towels for hair, body and face ! All shower kit was available! Breakfasts was very tasty and big (you can choose what do you want) sweets, yogurt, tea, coffee, jam, nutella, flakes and tasty pasty ! Colorful terrace with a perfect view ! At front of the hotel you can find the shop ! To the nearest Train station 5 km it’s like 30 min of walking or 5 minutes by car or bus! 1 hour from the train stairs to the City center of Milano ! 40 min to Como Lake !

The breakfast was very delicious, the hotel locates in a mountain village in Valbrona, it has super charming view surrounding it. The hotel staff and the owner were super smiling to welcome us even when we arrived around 10pm. The hotel actually check-in until 10p.m, the owner said to me on the phone, he will try to wait for us. Thanks to him, and we had great stay in this hotel, the next day we could easily enjoy Onnolulu beach and the breathtaking mountain, como lake views!

The staff are exceptionaly freindly , the breakfast wasnt to my liking being continental , the room was suffecient with shower and toilet as we only wanted a base but their were some big dirty marks on the walls that could have been wiped off and the tv was around 12” lol , the town is very quiet and around 15min drive to the lake edge but we knew this , when making the booking we did ask for a balcony with a veiw and they confirmed this would be ok via email , but when we arrived we had a room with only a small double window , their are only 2 rooms with small balconys and they were taken when we arrived .

They could have included more food for breakfast , different types of food i would have loved a full english also no english tea bags only fruit flavoured which wasnt a major problem but would have been nice , maybe the rooms need to be inspected before people arrive and cleaned thoroughly .

Had a really great stay. Not much to see or do for us although there are at least 5 good hikes in the area. We enjoyed just relaxing outside in the bar area people watching and had a fabulous meal on the terrace in the evening

This little hotel was amazing,did not look of much from outside,but indside the most butiful Outside erea with the Mountain in the background..The foood and vine realy nice.The personal was nice.everything was nice

The staff were absolutely amazing. The terrace and restaurant begged for your time.

The bathroom had a distinct sewage smell, the guests didn’t care how loudly they were while travelling through the corridors, making sleeping challenging. The lack of AC wasn’t pleasant during the heat wave of 35°C.

The hotel and its surroundings are very quiet. The room is reasonably priced. The breakfast corresponds to an ordinary standard breakfast. You can enjoy good food and drink (such as excellent wine and beer) in the hotel restaurant! The owner of the hotel and all the staff are fantastic people who give you the best service and the best treatment! The hotel offers free parking. The hotel is very well located for excursions around the beautiful area of Lake Como.

The room I was in was poorly soundproofed so I was very disturbed by neighbors talking loudly well into the night. I would have appreciated if the hotel staff had told the loud guests to be quieter because it is a bit embarrassing to knock on their door yourself to complain. The pillows in the bed were way too high and firm. I asked for a lower pillow and got one that was only slightly lower. Because of this, my sleep did not turn out so well.
