Everything about this property was great. Location, balcony, access to beach and town. Easy check in and quiet atmosphere! I will definitely stay at this condo from now on!

It was a little challenging communicating with staff at first (getting multiple texts from multiple phone numbers, and our key lock reset itself twice.) Beyond those challenges, it was a beautiful stay and central location with a lovely view off the balcony. The apartment was slightly less clean than expected (sock under bed, old rusty shower curtain).

BIG Thank you to Brenda Behringer & Sebastian De La Garza for the outstanding support/check-in! My wife & I come down to Port -A every month and stay at different places...some good...some not-so-good. This condo was a cut above all the others (size, price, cleanliness & location). From now on, this is our go-to-condo for all future stays. Note to owners; you may want to look at replacing two condo items; a new Mr. Coffee (the hot plate on the bottom is rusting out & shower certain bar & hooks (rusting as well). Thanks again Brenda/Sebastian!

This unit is awesome. The interior pictures need to be updated. Totally different look. Very beachy and welcoming. All new kitchen items ... cookware, dinnerware etc. nice supply of spices were available for our use. The balcony allows you to sit back and enjoy the sunrise, watch ships coming into the bay, unobstructed view of the gulf and down to the Sea Breeze Pool. Pool, hot tub and pool area is clean and relaxing. The beach is just down the road. Walk to great local restaurants and shops. Get the Jack Daniels Burger at Lelo's, the Chocolate Creme Bruele is to die for at the Venetian and you've gotta do breakfast at Coach's. And don't forget some chocolate and caramel from Winston's. To experience the total Port A Vibe rent a golf cart and enjoy Old Town, ride the beach and stop by all the shops. Head out to Port A Beer Hut and enjoy the swings at the bar and the yummy tamales. The crew at Life in Paradise is great. Great location, great unit, great management team .... Best Hidden Gem in Port A!

Overall, this is a nice property. There is a great view of the water, but there was so much bird poop on the balcony (including on the seat cushions on the chairs), that we were unable to enjoy it. The water through the pipes was yellow, so we used bottled water for everything. There is a very musty smell as soon as you walk in the unit. This is too bad because the location is amazing.

Had a great time while staying here. Check in was easy and everyone was pleasant to work with.

The units are perfect for a couple and are in close range of EVERYTHING in Port Aransas. While on vacation not everyone is cooking in their units, however the cookware and dishware as well as the cutlery needs updated desperately.

However, looking at the on-line picture prompts me to add this: That picture was obviously taken when the unit had been freshly rehabbed. It does not show the tacky looking, painted over,water leak spots in the ceiling. Not only does the paint not match, but some of it has "flaked off", revealing the raw , damaged roof / ceiling. Very tacky. Plus, the wall opposite this photo, behind the TV, has numerous, highly visable, unfilled holes. From where some pictures formerly hung. Very tacky. neither of those highly visable "features" are what a visitor should see, especially considering how much the $$$ rate is. If iI was staying at that old Rock motel, that caters to fisherman, I could understand it. But, not for $180.00 a nite (including tax), at The Sea Breeze!
