The house is big and spacious. We got everything we need
We arrived at noon and it's understandable we can't check in which was not an issue. However, the sheets smell a bit bad. I am not sure if it wasn't changed or wasn't washed properly. The internet didn't work and I cant do my online job. We got everything we needed but coffee and sugar are very unsanitary. They should have provided coffee and sugar sachets instead of a big bottle. There is a teaspoon inside the sugar container and it doesn't look clean. The dishwasher is full of glasses from a previous guest on the top and was missed to clean. There are used food in the fridge (bbq sauce, mayonnaise etc), and no milk for the coffee provided. And the worst is, we requested for 11am check out but wasn't allowed to given it was raining and our activity has changed. It wouldn't be an issue if the tradies didn't arrive at 9:55am to do the job in the house to the point we have to check out on the dot.

Location was great access to motogp track and penguins. It was roomy and 3 good sized bedrooms great for a family. Had all the equipment in the kitchen and great place to unwind and chill out in after a ling day at the track. Close to eateries in San Remo.

Clean and open and wide, value for money
Overall, it was really good
there was only one toilet, we came with two families with 4 children. We kind of bit struggled going into toilet at the same time.
I believe adding a extra toilet will be beneficial for large families given that house is very large and open space.

The house was spacious and comfortable with a sunny lounge area and back garden with an outdoor table and chairs. The bathroom was huge, with a large bath and huge wash basin. The house had all the equipment a family might need, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and induction stove top. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable and had electric blankets. The house had two lounge areas. The drive can accommodate two or more cars. The property represents great value for money. The host messaged from the time of booking and was easy to contact.

We certainly did have a relaxing stay and it was fantastic that we could bring our doggo. San Remo is a beautiful, safe area.

The property was great. It was at an excellent location and only 15 mins drives to Phillip Island. Host was very friendly and very easy to communicate. We had everything we needed and more at the house.

My 2.5yo granddaughter loved the little details like the baby rocking chair, many toys and books and a garden to runaround. She was gleefully delighted to see a bunk bed for the first time. For the adults, it was the location, good view and a relaxed ambiance.
The bunk beds had no electric blankets, so it was a bit cold for the occupants

Location, oven was good, bathroom sink was deep enough to bath the baby.
Grass was long and garden was not maintained. Could not enjoy the space outside. There were bags of dog poo on the back patio. The wardrobe in the main bedroom had a bucket of dirty water from a hole in the roof. There were a lot of spiders in the house. There were a lot of mosquitos in the bathroom and in the house because of a bathroom window that doesn't shut. The shower glass door was leaking water on the bathroom floor. We checked out on the agreed check out time. However 10 minutes later we got a call from the host. She didn't ask us if we had already left but she just started telling us to get out because the cleaner was waiting. She came across a bit rude even though we had already left 10 minutes before.
The accommodation overall looks outdated and is due to a renovation. Not value for money. Too expensive for the quality of the property.
