We loved our stay here last year so decided to come for two nights this year. It was all perfect as always! Lovely bedroom, such a comfortable bed and the house is in a beautiful setting. Breakfast cooked to how you like your eggs - yes even perfectly poached eggs :) Ideal location for Silverstone, also within driving distance of Warwick Castle. Was lovely to visit there again. Will be back!

The location was spot on for what we needed it for, parking is convenient and the views onto the lake are gorgeous. The hosts were approachable, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great - options of cereal or cooked which was tasty! The bed was very comfortable, like sleeping on clouds! The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

There was dogs barking overnight but this was not the hosts or property's fault as can't be helped!

Very helpful accommodating hosts. The location is great with beautiful views from the mill. Very quiet apart from the sheep and ducks, which we loved. The room was bright and newly decorated, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep.

Mirror in the shower room is small, okay for a shave, but I would think if you wanted to do your hair or make up, it would be very difficult. There was a larger mirror in the bedroom. No clothes/towel hooks near the shower. None of this would stop us from booking again.

What a perfect stay! I selected Astwell Mill as a peaceful venue to stay to relax and prepare the night before an important job interview. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. The hosts were wonderfully friendly, it was like staying at a relatives house but still with the privacy I needed to switch off and prep for the next day. Waking up on interview day to a stunning view of the Lake was perfect and the breakfast to follow absolutely delicious. We have already said we want to go back for a longer stay and would recommend it to all of our friends and family! Thank you :)

We received a warm welcome to this beautifully converted old mill situated in a peaceful location near Silverstone. Our room was comfortable, beautifully decorated and had a superb view of the Mill pond. Our room had tea /coffee making facilities and in the kitchen downstairs there was a microwave a stove top and an oven. All in all we had a wonderful stay with great, friendly service and with excellent value for money we can highly recommend it

The owners were very polite and completely understanding as unfortunately could stay there for both days as other half had a family emergency, very very friendly and welcoming will definitely be going back with my rods next time 😅

The owner was very welcoming and accommodating. The history behind the mill was very interesting. The view from our room was fantastic, overlooking a lake. It was a lovely stay.

This is exceptionally good accommodation offering an almost unique combination of B&B with optional evening meal AND the use of a very well equipped shared kitchen. The history and location of Astwell Mill added to the experience of our stay and the hosts, Mark and Cassie, were most welcoming. We would 100% recommend this property and would certainly stay again if we are in the area.

Our stay at Astwell Mill from start to finish was amazing. We were greeted by Mark who gave us fresh milk for a hot drink in our room and made us feel very welcome. The facilities were wonderful and after a relaxing bath, we were ready to have a lovely night's sleep in the huge bed (which probably had the softest bedding I've ever stayed in!) The breakfast was lovely, a selection of cereals with fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast and jams and Mark and Cassie were always on around if we needed anything. Location and views were beautiful. We cannot wait to stay here again

The accommodation is on a road with no footpath, during commuter times you need to be careful if you want to take your dogs for a walk, as you will need to walk along the road to access a quieter country track where you could walk your dogs more safely. It is only a short distance though to the track.
