La casa es realmente bonita, decorada con un gusto impecable, muy cómoda y además con todas las comodidades para que se divierta gente de todas las edades, es incluso más bonita que en las fotos!

De villa is fantastisch, door de indeling van het huis, kom je overal verrassende hoekjes tegen. Slaapkamers zijn mooi ingericht met bijbehorende badkamers. Meer dan genoeg servies, bestek, pannen, etc. aanwezig. Ook het zwembad met zonnebedden was heerlijk verwarmd en dat was heerlijk in de periode dat wij er waren. Helaas waren twee zonnebedden defect waardoor deze niet lekker lagen. En het licht bij de barbecue was defect. We hebben met zaklampen toch kunnen genieten van een heerlijke barbecue. Nog een tip voor de oven op de middelste verdieping, doe er een goede signing op, zodat je weet welk knopje je moet gebruiken. Van het poolbiljart en de tafeltennistafel is door onze kinderen en ons veel gebruik gemaakt. We hebben GENOTEN!!

It was quite simply, the best, relaxed, fun, family holiday ever, my grandchildren gave the holiday 10/10 - not bad for a 9 and 14 year old (both boys)

Lovely villa for a relaxing holiday. Lots of lovely outdoor areas to sit, eat and relax. We were part of a group of eight staying at the villa, but never felt crowded, as lots of places to sit around. Only negative points are having only 2 sets of keys for 4 couples, and a rather complicated oven/ microwave , although instruction book was provided. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would recommend Villa Theresa

Wow, we had such a fantastic wonderful stay! The villa is even more amazing than the photos, its breathtaking. The owner has simply thought of everything. So clean, modern and excellentantly maintained. We were a group of 10 (3 families) and it was a perfect size for us all. Check in was very smooth with Chrstine, the villa manager, meeting us on arrival. The location is also perfect with only a 5 minute walk to lovely restaurants, the beach and a little supermarket which stocked everything! We loved everything about the villa and Cala Vadella and hope to return at some point in the future!

We had a mixed age group from 85 to 23 and everyone had a great time. The villa is beautiful with large en suite bedrooms. It has three floors and the lower floor can be self contained with its own kitchen and direct access into the pool. We put our sons and their friend down here as it had a pool table, old style arcade game machine, huge tv so they could watch love island, sad I know. The middle floor also has a kitchen and utility room and access to a sun deck with table tennis and seating area. It was just a lovely space with so much attention to detail. The beach is about a 5 minute walk down a hill and has plenty of bars and restaurants . St Joseph the closest town has a big supermarket and shops and restaurants and is about 15 minutes in the car. To sum up we all loved the villa and the location and would definitely visit again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Vicki’s villa! What a beautiful place! Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was impeccable! The pool was amazing and our children were in there from 8:30am until bed! Huge range of children’s toys which meant no one had a chance to get bored! The villa was immaculate when we arrived and a huge thanks to Christine for all your help while we were there! You will not be disappointed in this villa! Thank you for making our holiday exactly how we dreamed it would be! X

This is a great villa with fantastic outdoor spaces. The beach is only a few minutes walk and the town was fairly quiet in May which was perfect for us.

Beautiful villa, versatile outside space, lots of opportunities to relax in quiet areas. Lovely pool and comfortable sun beds. Wide selection of games for children and adults, play station, pool table etc. Good layout with second kitchen and beautiful decor. Really enjoyed the outside dining area for lazy lunches and evening barbecues. Lovely bathrooms with excellent showers and plenty of hot water. Easy access to the beat but walking back up the hill in 30 degrees was somewhat challenging but beats doing it in the rain! Some minor comments you may like feed back on to make future visits even more enjoyable were that the irrigation system seemed to be causing water to pool on the patio area, and could have done with some more salad type bowls for serving food, also pool towels could do with refreshing and would be good if they could be different designs so they could be identified. LED candles on outside table need replacing. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We (and all of our friends) loved our stay in the villa! The design, the location, the tidyness, the service, the communication! We will be back for sure!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit prachtige huis. Het verwarmde zwembad was heerlijk omdat we eind april begin mei hier logeerden. Dan is de zee meestal nog erg koud. Wij waren met 5 kinderen en 2 volwassenen (leeftijd kinderen tussen de 12 en 17 jaar). De beneden verdieping heeft een pooltafel, grote tv met playstation (die het niet deed maar dat was totaal geen probleem met alles wat er wel was), Arcade met leuke spelletjes. We hebben heerlijk geslapen, goede bedden, mooie badkamers en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Doordat er goed is nagedacht over de zitjes in de tuin heb je op alle momenten van de dag wel ergens zon en/of schaduw. Het huis ligt 5 minuten lopen naar Cala Vedella. Wij komen graag nog een keertje terug! Dank Victoria en Christine!

We were a group of 9 including 4 children ages 4,6,7 & 10. The villa was perfect with plenty of space for all of us inside and out. The pool was gorgeous and deep enough for everyone to enjoy. The Beach was nice with a good choice of restaurants and not too touristy. We hired paddle boards which were €20 for an hour. We all really enjoyed our holiday and would like to thank Victoria and her team for making us feel so welcome.

Wow what a fabulous villa. We were 6adults and 4 children and we all had a brilliant holiday. The description and photos do not do it justice. The facilities are excellent and there is additional equipment such as toys for the pool and children. The pool is quite large and there is ample seating and shade for everyone,including some very comfortable quiet areas to get away from the kids!!! We holiday in lots of villas but we have never stayed in one with such comprehensive equipment and facilities as this one. The beach is lovely and very safe. The restaurants and bars are all good and it's wonderful to eat at the side of the beach as the sun sets and the children play on the sand or the bouncy castle. What gives this villa that bit extra is the owner ,Vicki, and her team of Christine and Lee. They are so helpful and give the impression that they want to ensure you have a fabulous holiday. Although the beach is only 5 mins walk away the hill is quite steep. With 4 children and the eldest being 7 ,the walk back took 15 mins. Buying them an ice cream at the bottom did ensure a quiet walk back. The supermarket on the beach is small but adequate. However a top tip would be to arrange through Christine a trip to the large supermarket 15 mins drive away and stock up on all heavy items such as water,wine and beer. Christine can also arrange transport with children's car seats. We highly recommend this Vila if you are fortunate enough to be able to book it.

This villa was absolutely perfect for our grouo of 10. Spacious and comfortable with beautiful decor that perfectly fits the incredible surroundings and with loads of natural light. The pool is perfect for adults and children and you can definitely spend a whole day there. Cala Vadella beach is also a 5 minute walk away and is a beautiful beach with fantastic restaurants and bars. We particularly loved Cala Vadella beach bar and Can Juane tapas restaurant. The whole place is perfect for big groups with a pool, bbq, pool table and beautiful garden. We have had a wonderful and relaxing week and would highly recommend this to everyone.

First of all I must say this house was a perfect fit for us and thus for any group of friends with children and babies as it is configured in a way to welcome at least 2 families with children in a perfect way : - everyone can have its own space and privacy whilst having nice common areas - the location at a walking distance from a super kid-friendly beach with nice lounge-bars for the parents - the swimming-pool is heated We spent 1 week this beautiful home and we were thoroughly happy with our stay. The owner had just re-decorated and the beds were just awesome. Perfect place to relax, perfect fit for us :) G.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday here last August. My brother joined us with his family, yet there was plenty of space for us all with 1 room to spare! We spent most of our time relaxing outside by the pool with a Cabanna for the kids to snooze in whilst taking a break from swimming and running around. The villa is in a lovely location and the local town / beach is a short walk away. The town had some great restaurants, and a small supermarket to keep us stocked up with drinks and food. The beach was also ideal for our kids (2 and 4 years old) as the slope is gradual and the water calm. The same should be said for the pool area with an automatic hard pool cover to give you peace of mind when the kids are running around unattended. We knew the nightlife of Ibiza wasn't far away if we wanted it, but for this trip we spent our time relaxing. Our only regret is that we should have stayed longer !!
