It was a bed for the night! That included a microwave!

The beds where on wheels so kept moving. Wardrobe door was off track, we fixed it. The shower was missing the front screen so shower went through full bathroom, very tight room. Very run down. The rooms were far from sound proof, heard everyone walking up & down the hallway & in their bedrooms! Annoying the code on the main door but there was always the kitchen door to go through with no code! No notice that staff would not be present.

Upon arrival 2x rooms were already open as door handles were broken or non-existent. Rooms were extremely dirty - bed's unmade, bins full of rubbish, empty beer bottles, floors filthy, dirty dishes, stains and blood on beds ...

Everything... when booking, the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. We contacted the site manager upon our arrival and the owner soon after - a refund was kindly offered, however REFUND NEVER RECEIVED. We have made multiple attempts to follow-up via phone, text message, email - NO RESPONSE, and emails now bouncing.

Booked a queen room. Bed was only a double . Abit small

No cold water Bed sheets not changed, so we moved to another room which had spiders and a bug in bedding, no lock on door, no instruction booklet on how to use air-conditioning, no working remote fir air conditioner, it dripped water all night on carpet.

Cost effective, ver clean and good facilities

Parking is bit less

no hot water at all so couldn’t shower and air conditioning was so noisy

Nothing itwas the worst hotel by far that I have stayed at

AC was not working so they after multiple mesages n calls provided a cheap fan on a 36 degree day n said sorry for the trouble n thats it but charged me the full amount anyway
