Just got back from what should have been a relaxing and well needed break to what unfortunately turned out to be a very stressful holiday. There is work going on around the villa at all times with continuous noise from HGVs and workmen which was our alarm call just before 8am every morning till 6pm. It was relentless and most times we couldn’t enjoy the outside space as we couldn’t hear ourselves speak. There was no privacy as we were constantly overlooked by workmen working on telephone poles and others that were constructing a new villa. There was only a dirt path/road around the villa with deep trenches. There is a serious lack of health and safety here and hard hats and walking boots are a must! This villa should not be available to book. We were notified of some works, but not the full extent, by the host 3 days before we were flying out, when it was too late to cancel. The hosts weren’t helpful at all and in fact we felt threatening by their behaviour. This villa is advertised for 10 people , there were 5 loungers and not enough parasols and the chairs and loungers have seen better days. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is accessed by going out of the main property so is set aside, this only caters for 8 people. It is not a luxury villa as advertised and much smaller in size then made to look. Works have been going on since November 2021 and we can’t see them finishing in the near future.

Precioso chalet, muy confortable, de una zona planta. Súper cómodo, bien pensado, com salida a la piscina desde el salón. Para familia con niños y adolescentes. Karina nos hizo sentir como en casa siempre atenta y cuidando cada detalle, no nos falto de nada. La Zona de barbacoa está genial, la cocina muy completa. La situación del chalet te permite desplazarte sin dificultad a todo Marbella. Muy cerca del paseo marítimo De San Pedro de Alcantara. Nos la pasamos genial. Volveremos.

Bonita casa, muy cómoda para disfrutar con niños y adultos, la propietaria encantadora siempre disponible para facilitar la estancia y hacer recomendaciones sobre la zona. Único pero es la playa que no es una zona de arena fina aunque sí que está muy cerca del paseo marítimo.

When booking this property I had a few questions as we were taking my 7 month old away for the first time. Karina was nothing but helpful from my very first message, gave quick responses and posted extra pictures online for us to see the facilities provided for my little one. Could not of asked for a better hostess, she made our choice of accommodation so easy and stress free. The villa itself is beautiful, plenty of outside space and the swimming pool was the perfect size. The pool seemed to be partly shaded most of the day which was perfect for our baby as it meant he could enjoy the pool all day too. The location was ideal, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. On arrival I got a taxi from the airport to the villa for €110, however I would recommend you speak to Karina directly as she organised our transfer back to the airport and it was only €90 and took the stress away of having to book one ourselves. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the villa and can not thank Karina enough for all her help and kindness. Would highly recommend this property!

The house is just perfect, it’s got everything you need. The rooms are very Nice and tidy. The outside got a amazing swimming pool and space were you can eat outside with a BBQ. Also is the landlord very Nice and really wants to help you id you got a question. Overall a amazing stay

The property is very clean and near to the beach. Karina, the owner, is friendly and very helpfull. Our family had a wonderful holiday. I would recommend this villa to everyone. Abertina D.

Wobderful place for a big family.

We were 10 friends who stayed in the villa for one week and everything was perfect! The house was amazing, we had everything we could wish for and we had a wonderful time in the villa. Karina was wonderful and helped us with everything we asked for. She also got us a driver that picked us up at the airport when we arrived and also someone who picked us up and drove us to the airport the day we went home. I really recommend this villa and we will definitely go back!

Fantastic villa, the pictures don’t do it justice. The location is brilliant. You can walk to the bars and restaurants or it’s just a €10 taxi ride. The owner, Karina is so welcoming. We had an incredible holiday and would definitely stay there again.

Ett smakfullt inrett hus med privat badrum till varje rum, jättefint! Köket var fullt utrustat och vi saknade ingenting. Fantastisk trädgård med stor pool. Vi reste med småbarn och fick ett staket uppsatt runt poolen. Barn-matstol och spjälsäng ingick också i priset. Väldigt rent och fräscht överlag! Fint utekök med stor grill. Terrass på taket med fin utsikt. Karina är en mycket trevlig kvinna som verkligen brydde sig om att vi skulle få en så fin vecka som möjligt. En kort promenad från huset ligger en trevlig restaurang, Restaurang Fernando och ytterligare några minuters promenad ner mot havet finner man en härligt strandpromenad som tar en ända bort till Puerto Banus. Jag kan varmt rekommendera det här huset som semesterboende.

Je vais laisser une appréciation en français pour nos amis "non anglophiles". Nous avons passé une super semaine. Nous étions 6 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 bébé. Les +: - L'appartement de plain-pied bien insonorisé (important avec nos enfants en bas âge). - Chaque partie perso a sa salle de douche. Hyper moderne, très propre. - La piscine nickel Chrome et sécurisée à demande (très important pour nous). Fraiche début Mai mais ensoleillée de 10h à 18h. Nos enfants de 4 ans ont passé 2 heures par jour dedans sans pb. - La proximité de la mer, la proximité des commerces et restaurants (notamment côté vieille ville). - La gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires qui nous ont dépannés deux ou trois fois (ils habitent dans le coin). - Place pour garer nos deux SUV sans pb dans l'enceinte de la propriété. Les -: - Lave-vaisselle petit format. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons! Merci pour tout.

Das Haus war sehr großzügig ausgestattet und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere Großfamilie mit 8+1 Personen. Der Garten mit Grillplatz, verschiedenen Aufenthaltsbereichen und dem erfrischenden eigenen Pool wurde von uns reichlich genutzt. Wer von der Sonne nicht genug bekam, konnte auf das Dach steigen. Küchengeräte und Geschirr waren ausreichend vorhanden, für Nachfragen und zur Beseitigung technischer Probleme waren Karina und Angel immer erreichbar und kümmerten sich sofort, auch wenn es mal später am Abend war. Vielleicht sollte man im Schlafzimmer rechts mal die Matratzen auswechseln, wenn der Nutzer ganz weich nicht so mag. Die sehr ruhige, strandnahe Lage, schnell erreichbare Kinderspielplätze, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere interessante Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe runden den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Wir haben uns jedenfalls in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We are a family of 6 and we spent a week at this beautiful property last October, it is exceptionally well maintained and the welcome received personally from Karina was amazing with her attention to detail about the villa and attractions, she give us a tour of the town as we didn’t have a car and in our last day we had a late flight and she had an early reservation so we had to checkout on time so Karina was so kind to stored our luggage in her own house and she even dried some of our clothes while we went to the spent our day in the town, she also booked our transport from and to the airport she was so helpful. The location of the villa is fantastic in a lovely, quiet area, but with easy walking distance to plenty good restaurants and to the beach, it is the ideal place for a quiet get away. I choose this villa because it was very child friendly, the pool area was very well fenced off and secure. Plenty of outdoor space for playing in and relax. the house is spacious with 3 bedrooms in the main house plus another double room with en-suite bathroom to the side of the house, which is ideal for a couple of teenagers or for an extra couple. The spacious rooms were great as we could easily have our own space if we wanted to, the beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils we needed for cooking and BBQ, plenty space for eating inside or out. We would thoroughly recommend both the owner and his property for exceptional quality throughout which ensured that we had a fantastic family holiday. Many thanks once again.

Karina was extremely helpful and the villa was very nice, clean and well kept. Lovely area. 5 mins to beach. Karina recommended el ancala restaurant nearby which was a beautiful location and great food.

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The Villa is very clean and well equipped, comfy beds and high spec bathroom/bedroom fittings. The pool and gardens are very well looked after, plenty of places to sit outside and a fab rooftop terrace. The location couldn't be better, we walked into The local town, lots of wonderful places to eat, very Spanish which we loved. You can walk to Puerto Banus along the beach. We enjoyed being in a very Spanish area and not right on top of PB and the very English pubs and bars. Karina was always at the end of WhatsApp if needed and allowed us a late check out so our niece could stay at the villa until her later flight. We had a wonderful relaxing week.

We stayed here for a long weekend for my friends hen do. It was the most perfect place. The location was great, the villa was beautiful and Karina was an amazing host. Definitely recommend to everyone and we hope to come back soon!
