Apartment was quite spacious that it.

TV was not working, I told the management 100 times but they didn't fix it even they said that it ll be fixed soon but nothing. Window curtain was broken. Kitchen Gas line was leaked and it could have lead that to a fire incident. They fixed it later. No proper cutlery was in the kitchen, I called and asked the management to arrange forks plates and glasses several times, but they were giving stupid excuses. Pathetic food. Bad and zero services.

The location was really nice and I loved the fact that there were a lot of complimentary services. The staff was super helpful too.

A suggestion would be to also place the tv in the bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Their service is quick specially tea paratha are instantly served upon order.

The rooms were modern and spacious

Lady named Nagina in gym area, made my stay a misery. I would not go back to this hotel, she harassed us over pathetic issues, like gym towels, wearing a cap in the swimming pool. I never wear a cap in the swimming pool and they do this to make money, honestly its despicable for a hotel at that level to extract money in such ways. It totally put me off staying at this hotel again.

Lift was too much busy . Bed was very old and not comfortable. Furniture in the apartment was very very ordinary . Some switches was not working . We requested for electrician but nobody came . Laundry guy took out dresses for washing and pressing and forget to return . Paratha in breakfast was not good . We requested for Mountain View apartment 15 days ago for 9 nights stay but they couldn’t arrange even promised .

Description states bedroom tv, however the tv wasn’t connected to anything, the description also states room is sound proof, however I had to make three noise complaints in one night because of the loud music from the adjacent room being played at 1am, curtains were also broken in the bedroom and requests for water bottles were ignored numerous times.

Great service from: Mr Faizan and Haseeb They were great and attended every time i called them was a very welcoming and provide a 5 star service through the stay Excellent housekeeping team Especially Mr. Faizan,Irfan and Housekeeping team leader Mr.Usman I have stayed in many five star hotels but I feel very comfortable. I will recommend my entire team and members to stay at Centaurus.

I stayed there for almost 3 weeks the manager Nader got rude when I didn’t like a room and threatened to check me out. I upgraded the room type for my own comfortability The Manager needs to either be trained more or replaced in my opinion

I loved staying here with my wife! Extremely safe and comfortable. I would like to extend my appreciation to Umar, the lift operator who was extremely kind and even gave us the complementary fruit platter. And I would also like to mention Ms. Humnah, Mr. Zain Shah and Ms. Mahnoor for their hospitality. Overall, it was a great experience!

The only thing I didn't like in 1105 was the washrooms. It's very small, which makes you feel claustrophobic.

Service provided at Centaurus hotel and suites was excellent. Any concern you had was taken care of immediately. During my stay certain people provided great service which included Mr Faizan and Amir as well as the house keeping team and their manager ( Usman, Adnan Sup, Bilal Masii, Dilawar, Sanam ). To sum it up a very comfortable stay. I would gladly recommend Centaurus to anyone due to its location and the service provided.

One point which I think they need to work on is upgrading/replacing parts of their furniture and bathroom fixtures. Other than that the place is great.

I like breakfast here because there are many options. In addition, the service offered is very friendly

They are frauds, they say one thing then charge something else every man will give you new story on charges

Cockroaches running around in the room.. room tiles coming off.. had no curtains instead had office blinds so you have to wake up with the sun. Bad service… i checked in late and told reception to send me few things and don’t ring the bell.. just knock.. but they couldn’t understand and woke up children 2 in the morning.

It was a horrible experience, it was the worst hotel experience we had so far. It is in no way a 4 star hotel.

There was nothing to like, very old property with broken blinds for every single window, we couldn’t enjoy the view at all because of this. Most of the drawers were broken in the rooms awell. Broken glass shelves in the toilets, no hairdryer even though we asked multiples times for one. Shower wouldn’t work in one bathroom and the water was going from hot to cold in the other one.

Rooms are very big, very luxury.

Good location, facilities and breakfast. Staff were attentive and helpful when i had queries. Aminah at the front desk was helpful and made check in relatively easy at arrival.

Bath and fittings in general weren't the cleanest in the room. Would be better if management made it clear which tower we would be staying in in the confirmation email. Were sent from one tower to the other on arrival as a result.
