A nice place to stay in San Sebastian. The apartment has a great view on the bay from all the rooms and the master bedroom is beautiful. Flat fully equipped.There is a small terrasse which fits two persons.The flat is closed to the beach and you can walk or take easily the frequent buses to old town. Supermarkets and restaurants near by.The flat is on a high hill which explains the great view and the steep walk on the way back to the flat. Gonzalo has been accommodating with an extra request for my family.

Wonderful apartment with unbelievable views of the Concha and Ondarreta Beaches. Beautiful flat with open plan kitchen and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fantastic communication with Gonzalo, really clean apartment. Definitely recommended and will come back every time I come to visit Donosti. Many thanks Gonzalo!

Great stay, appartment has fantastic views of the bay, so the short walk up the hill up to the appartment is worth it. Little trouble accessing the appartment initially as couldnt get into the key box, however neighbour had a spare key. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Firstly, the pictures don't do the apartment justice. It's simple and minimalist but very attractive and very comfortable. The views are outstanding, and the walk down to the beach is easy and convenient. Would absolutely recommend!

Enjoyed staying for a short 3 day visit to San Sebastian. View is terrific and the apartment was very comfortable for my wife and I. Would stay again if back in the area...

The views across the bay are stunning, but you have a lot of steps up to the appartment from the beach or bars. Second bedroom is very small for 2 people (adults). No hanging of towels or clothes. But very nice apartment.

The place was in a great, quiet location to stay in San Sebastián. The beach is close and the view is unbeatable from the patio. The walk into old town takes about 30-40 mins, but is along the beach. Lots of great places nearby for food and shopping as well. Would recommend this place to stay!

Rustige locatie met garage. Leuke uitvalsbasis voor San Sebastian en de regio. Alle comfort. Vlotte sleuteloverdracht. Enig minpuntje: zeer klein terras.

Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht
Das Apartment hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bahia de la Concha. Die Ausstattung ist gut (2 moderne Bäder, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine) und damit für zwei Personen perfekt. Wie schon von anderen geschrieben, wäre ein wenig mehr Geschirr hilfreich.
5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, zurück, weil bergauf, etwas länger. Der Vermieter war freundlich, kennengelernt haben wir ihn nicht, das ein- und auschecken geht im self service mit einer Key-Box. Sehr praktisch ist die eigene Garage.

Wonderful Apartment
Gonzalo‘s apartment is situated in an exclusive and beautiful area.
The view is stunning.
The apartment very clean.
Supermarkets, restaurants and the beaches are nearby.
It is a perfect place to start hiking, road bike and mountain bike tours go for a nice run or walk to the beaches or just take the bike into the city centre.
We stayed for 2 weeks and every day we spotted something new. The perfect apartment to explore San Sebastián and the region around it.

Close to beach, but non-touristy
Nice apartment in a good location. Beach is about a 5 minute walk, but the property is on the opposite side of town from the Old Town. This does mean walking to most attractions (aside from beach) will require at least 30 minutes, but it's a pleasant walk. It also means the area is quiet at night, as it's residential and not catering to tourists. There is a bit of a hill to climb, but the reward is a balcony with a panoramic view of the entire city and beach.

Las vistas lo valen
Apartamento muy coqueto con una vistas sobre la bahía espectaculares. Zona muy tranquila y muy cerca del centro en coche. Dispone de todas las comodidades: aparcamiento privado, Wi-Fi y smart TV, cada habitación con su baño, cocina totalmente equipada, sofá chaise longue muy cómodo y balcón. Se echa en falta una mesa con sillas. Es perfecto para una escapada a Donostia.

Perfect spot
If you want to be close to antiguo but out of the hustle and noise, this apartment is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and a nice stroll to the old town. Gonzalo was the perfect host and the apartment met all our needs.

Could be better but excellent service.
I love to walk so I found the location to be excellent. We had a car but only used to explore areas outside of the city. We found the address to be very confusing and had difficulty finding the place but the property manager responded to all our inquiries. He was always available and prompt. Yes the view is lovely but the balcony is very small. The size of the apt worked very well. We were two friends, each with our own bedroom and en-suite. It was comfortable. However I would have appreciated more dishes and towels and bedding. I got tired of washing our two cups and two plates, etc.
Certainly not deserving of a 5 star rating and would return if the amenities improved.

Great vista and location in San Sebastián
Clean and spacious 2 BR apartment with amazon views looking across the water to old town. 2nd BR is small for 2 teenagers but has its own en-suite. Main bedroom has recently renovated bathroom area. 5 minute walk down hill (10 to 15 up hill) to the family beach in Ondaretta. 20 minutes walk to La Concha, 30 minutes to Old Town. Gonzalo is a fantastic host and was very helpful to ensure we were comfortable and provided recommendations on where to go and how to get around. The location is a little way out of the main action but is an amazing retreat and the vista is well worth it all at any time of day or night. Highly recommend for 3 to 4 people staying.

Impossible to find an apartment with a better view!
Really enjoyed our stay overlooking San Sebastián. The walk from the old town is a good 45 minutes, mostly along the coast but the last 10 minutes are pretty steep (lots of steps may not suit everyone) The apartment itself is compact with the smaller room very tight for two singles. The en-suite in the master bedroom was a little too openplan for my liking (shower fine, would prefer enclosed toilet!) Kitchen well stocked with various pots and utensils but disappointing that although the apartment sleeps 4 the tiny balcony only has 3 chairs so no where to sit together to eat. All communication with the owner was excellent and key collection via wall key safe so no one to wait for.

A wonderful refuge from the crowds
We were delighted with our stay at this apartment. It was spacious with lovely views from every room. There is a path from the backyard to a winding street that brings you to the beach—a five minute walk. We rented electric bicycles for the week and kept them in the garage provided. It was a fabulous way to get around the city, as the many dedicated bicycle lanes make it safe and fun, and having ebikes helped with the hilly terrain. Gonzalo was very responsive and gracious.

Great apartment with wonderful views
The apartment was absolutely wonderful with gorgeous views from all the rooms along with a delightful little kitchen. Our stay was a great experience overall as both the beach and main San Sebastian are within walking distance.

Tolles Apartment mit atemberaubenden Blick über San Sebastian! Moderne Einrichtung!
Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen! Das Apartment liegt etwas erhöht über der Stadt. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. In San Sebastian gibt es so gut wie keine Parkplätze! Die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit!👍
Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist dass die Kücheneinrichtung nicht ganz sauber war. Vermieter wird dies aber in Ordnung bringen. Er ist sehr nett!

Modern, gut gelegen, Super Aussicht
Schöne, stylische Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf Stadt und Strand. Garage ist praktisch. Strand rasch erreichbar, für Altstadt kann Bus oder Taxi genommen werden. Manko: zu wenig Geschirr für eine Wohnung welche für Familien bis 4 Personen vermietet wird.

Beautiful views, comfortable apartment!
This apartment worked perfectly for us. It was clean, comfortable, and waking up to views of the beach was lovely. It's a decent walk to the old city, around 40 minutes, but a nice one along the beach. Gives you a chance to digest all of the amazing food.
